“This is the best sub joint in Pittsburgh. The meats are top quality compared to most sandwich shops and the bread is the best in the business. Subs are offered in three sizes to please most appetites, and all the sides are good as well. The cookies are a great treat too.“

“We really liked our subs. Much better than subway. My husband got the cheesesteak and I got one of the italian subs. Both delicious. The person who took our order and made our subs was very nice and friendly. The only negative is that the subs are a little pricey.“

“I had a great experience during my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I was going to work, and stopped by here to get the sandwich. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavour. I ordered the Hook & Ladder sandwich, and I would highly recommend trying it — it was delicious and made perfectly.
I would also like to shoutout to the girl working there who helped me choose and customize the best sandwich. She was very kind and happily added extra toppings to make it exactly how I wanted. She provided amazing customer service and made my visit even better.
I was very satisfied with both the food and the service, and I will definitely be visiting this store again. Highly recommend giving Firehouse Subs a try!“

“Wow is all I can say!! I stopped in to get a sub for my 80 year-old aunt I asked the young man if he would mind putting the vinegar and oil on the side because I had to transport the hoagie and if it got soggy, I’d never hear the end of it. He was so nice. He said absolutely. he rang me up. I get in my car in the parking lot and this young man comes out and says miss I forgot to give you your vinegar and oil. He went above and beyond the call of duty lol she absolutely loved her hoagie and she always has something negative to say lol but not today lol I would definitely recommend this place“

“At this particular location for being way understaffed, I have to say I'm VERY impressed by the manager running it now. For being the ONLY one literally working, he keeps the place exceptionally clean, tables floors, bathrooms and food prep station as well. And not only that, he greeted us with a smile, welcoming attitude, didn't show how stressed and exhausted he was and gave the best service I've had in a very long time.
I wish I knew your name bud, you deserve the recognition and respect that you so effortlessly earned. Keep up the hard work, I promise it'll pay off!!
