“This is the best roots in Pittsburgh. You can tell this location takes the extra step. I get the same item every time- kale pesto Caesar salad. At this location, the kale doesn’t have one stem, all fluffy soft kale, mixed to perfection, the chicken is always perfectly grilled- never any weird chunks. Comparatively the last time I picked up at E Lib I had to ask for dressing on the side because the salad was literally dry and I thought it myself, “uh, McKnight location would never.”“

“We go to this Melting Pot at least four times a year. Each time is a wonderful experience. Today, however, we were beyond blown away by the best service we've ever had. Hanna was our server and she truly is exceptional! She made everything perfect! The food is always tasty and plentiful. In addition, Amanda, the manager is phenomenal! I still can't figure out how she remembers us each time we come to dine. This is a testament to her customer service skills and professionalism. “I love ordering from honeygrow, but I've had ongoing issues with the rewards system not recognizing my points when I place an order online after logging into my account. During my last visit, I showed an employee what was happening, and she told me I wasn't the only customer experiencing the issue. She tried to help fix it, but the system still wouldn't let me redeem my free drink.
She was incredibly kind, patient, and honored my free drink anyway. She also said she would look into the issue so it could hopefully be resolved.
The staff truly deserve 5 stars. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the ongoing issue with the online rewards system—not because of the employees. If the issue gets corrected, I'll gladly come back and update this to a 5-star review.“

“My only criticism is how brightly lit is the place; it is a much beloved local bar. Friendly people and competent servers, good selection of drafts and bottles and the menu looks good and people seem to be happy with it.

Lots of bar space for you and a friend or 3 but also dining in the bar and back.

Son got burger and fries to go and he was happy.

SAT are $3.50 Miller products which works well for me; only Gooski's has lower tho it is their each&every price.

I got there about 8p on a SAT and there was a seat unoccupied, allowing me to order easily, tho we sat at a table. Minutes after the bar tables filled up.

I happened upon a spot out front but that may have been good timing.“

“chef bill provided 27 boxed lunches of different variety of sandwiches potatoes salad slaw and cookies. Food was absolutely tremendous. 2nd year we have used North Shore to cater our company functions and are happy with the price and quality and are happy to continue. Thanks Bill“

“The team at Milanos gave exceptional customer service tonight. I originally placed an order on the Slice app, but noticed the ETA never updated. Long story short, the order never went through on the app side. After waiting on hold with the Slice for 20 min, Milanos called me back to confirm they got the order and would have it done right away. My kids and I arrived early and while we were waiting, one of the young men working there taught my son how to hand toss dough (he might be a future Milanos employee now). “We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “I do really like Dibella’s and this location has been great for years and still is. I found it a little weird on my last visit that they were asking me if I wanted pesto mayo and lettuce on a cheesesteak. The lady didn’t seem to know how a standard cheesesteak was made. They also bang on the grill with the utensils excessively, but they have always done that.“

I let most of it cool to then put in the freezer, so I can have some quick and easy meals when I'm busy. I usually reheat takeout pizza in either in the oven or I'll use a toaster oven.“

“This was awesome. Felt welcomed from the time we walked in. Our server, Kenan, was outstanding. He answered all our questions and readily gave his recommendations when we inquired. He was not at all pushy, was always patient and pleasant. Food came quickly and was so good. Portions were so generous. I was especially pleased with the protein ratio. It was difficult not to take a piece of meat with each forkful. Honestly, super value for money. Would have gone again if we were in the area longer.“
