I originally thought we would have 20 people, but it was more like 25. We are a big, noisy family and they were wonderful! The food and drinks were amazing! Our waitress, Morgan, was exceptional! “I've had mixed experiences here. Awhile ago I came and had the wedding soup hoagie and a soup and it was incredible. The last time I went I got a quart of chicken soup and a sandwich as well. This time there was a long line of people, the soup didn't have almost any chicken (I found two small pieces in the whole quart) but was just carrots and celery (great broth though), and the sandwich was pretty good but my bread was a little soggy.

I think soup can be a bit of a gamble with getting an even distribution of stuff inside, so I'll try it again!“

“We go to this Melting Pot at least four times a year. Each time is a wonderful experience. Today, however, we were beyond blown away by the best service we've ever had. Hanna was our server and she truly is exceptional! She made everything perfect! The food is always tasty and plentiful. In addition, Amanda, the manager is phenomenal! I still can't figure out how she remembers us each time we come to dine. This is a testament to her customer service skills and professionalism. “I got a whole Sicilian Pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I would say the pizza was an 8.5 on a scale of 1 to 10. So, I rate it as tasty. I enjoyed it. I let most of it cool to then put in the freezer, so I can have some quick and easy meals when I'm busy. I usually reheat takeout pizza in either in the oven or I'll use a toaster oven.“

“This is the best sub joint in Pittsburgh. The meats are top quality compared to most sandwich shops and the bread is the best in the business. Subs are offered in three sizes to please most appetites, and all the sides are good as well. The cookies are a great treat too.“
