The establishment was clean to include the restrooms, spacious, staff was very inviting and friendly, they were attentive but not overbearing, food was home made, delicious, generous portions and prices were good. The Owner arrived, was approachable, communicated with his customers and just added to that friendly and inviting atmosphere. I will definitely go back and recommend Pizzaz if your taking the family out to dinner or want to grab a drink with a few friends. We came back a month later and guess what, it was even better then the first time. We brought a crew 20+ to see and hear Dip n Dale and enjoy some food and drinks. The only thing better than the food was the staff and owner, Jerry. We had the pleasure of having Stephanie and let me tell you she was on her A game. We will be back.“

“We were there on Saturday at 4pm. Parking lot already had at least 1/2 dozen cars. Did not have reservation so decided to eat at bar. I have never eaten at bar seating before so I wasn’t sure if I would like it. Let me tell you, it was so enjoyable! The bar was completely full within 15 minutes and the bartender was awesome. She was so friendly and competent. Complete pro!! No one was ever waiting for anything! Food was delicious. I will definitely sit at this bar and eat anytime.“

busy on a Tuesday for lunch (who wouldve thought!?) the service was great and we even got extra breadsticks from the waitress to go. When i was a kid i remembered there being 1 (one) Andes mint per person at the end of the meal, so imagine how mind blowing it was to receive upwards of 10 (ten) this time. “We order takeout from Armstrongs Express quite often and it’s always consistently good! My husband loves their wings. We’ve tried a lot of items on the menu and are always satisfied and full. The staff is so friendly and kind!! I also love that they have a few parking spots reserved for takeout costumers since that parking lot can get busy. Only downside is that they are closed on Sundays when we often want to order takeout“

Our server was very kind to us, and making sure all of our food was always quality and refilling drinks. Soup and salad served as appetizers were delicious, as well as our entrees. “Stumbled upon Albero Verde, when looking for a fine dining restaurant for our Anniversary that wasn't $50-100/ plate and was more accessible than downtown Pittsburgh....Albero Verde, did NOT disappoint. The owner and Chef, Anthony Pupo, introduced himself while delivering a small, unique tasting of a wonton with a twist. This small but mighty restaurant provided top notch service, an intimate dining experience, good music, the option of BYOB, and the FOOD was too die for. The wonderful waitress suggested that we split the Wedge salad, and I appreciated the suggestion as 1 was plenty for 2 people...but when she brought it out, they had plated it on 2 seperate plates for us, taking away the hassle of dividing the dish ourselves at the table. We then had the Octopus and Beans and Greens appetizers.... both delicious. For our main course, we had the Fran and Fudge (named after the Chef's grandparents) a HEALTHY sized bone in porkchop with brie and goat cheese pierogi and the Scallop and Langoustine Spaghetti... both excellent! For dessert we had the Pomegranate Semifreddo, a refreshing frozen yogurt and a mini chocolate cannoli. We will absolutely be back! Thank you, Chef, for a lovely and tasty evening.“

“Anna and her staff were exceptional . The night before sister’s wedding there had been an accident to the front of the building. All was cleaned and ready for a great night. Staff, food and venue were excellent and I would recommend highly to anyone in need of a venue.“

“Was here this past Saturday for a private gathering on the second floor. Did was very good, it was presented buffet style. Only negative I had was entrance was from the one side of the restaurant up a rather steep flight of stairs. I was curious what they did in the winter time to prevent people from slipping on the stairs and the rational of this as apposed to having a stairway from inside the restaurant. Other than that like I said the food was very good, full bar and the one waitress did a fantastic job.

Update, ate here last week for lunch and again tonight 9/19/24, I think this will be my new go to, closer to home and better menu and they are open till 11pm, the kitchen also closesat 11.“

“I called IVP to order pizza for a school sports team event occurring on a Monday. I didn’t realize they are typically closed on Monday, but the person I spoke with was so pleasant and helpful and took our order anyway. They said they are usually there on Mondays to make dough, so they were happy to help us out with the pizzas we needed. Everything was perfect and ready exactly when we asked for it. I have always had great service and great quality food every time I have order from them.“
