“This was my first time going there. I've heard so much about them now. I live just down the street from them. I had ordered the chicken ranch and bacon sandwich. The sandwich was horrible. It had a 1 a piece of bacon on it that looked like it was sitting around for about a week. It was soggy and black and dark. Now, we all know. Bacon is supposed to be crispy if I didn't ask for the onions, I guess that's all that would have been on. There would be just the bacon in the sauce. The sandwich was called and so was the fries. The fries did not have any salt on them. All I can say is that it was horrible. And I will not be going back again. I do not understand how they got 4 or 5 stars.“

“My fiancé and I stopped in after leaving the Katy Williams show and both of us ordered the mad chicken sandwich, rice and coleslaw and fries. Everything was fresh and amazing. Mad chicken has never disappointed me.

“This is the goated Chick-fil-a location! Whether you order through the drive thru, in the restaurant, or on your phone, the service is incredible (usually under 10 minutes from order to food ready). The staff takes great pride in keeping the dining area clean for customers and they have employees wiping down tables regularly. Staff is very friendly and they genuinely care about you as a customer here. Would definitely recommend the Fox Chapel location to anyone nearby looking for a chick-fil-a.“

“Chick-fil-A most famous menu is the fried chicken. The signature waffle fries are amazing. They sever them hot. The seating is very comfortable, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The drive thru services is also an option. It’s conveniently located next to Giant Eagle, Marshalls, and Target.

One thing I appreciate most is the women’s restroom. They clearly care about their customers, they even provide hand cream to use after washing your hands.“

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. “I came in for a Door Dash. Dining room wasn't busy. But the drive thru was hopping. I asked for the order. An employee named Millie with cool hair told me the nuggets just went down. Offered me a drink. I waited another 90 seconds after getting my drink. Millie chatted the entire time. Very good employee. Deserves a raise. Employee of the month at least.“

“Some of the best burgers I've had, nice hotdogs as well. My partner had one of their new veggie burgers last time and she loved it.
It's nice that they always ask before adding toppings or condiments, my partner can't have mayo and some other places will just slap it on without asking.
Overall, really good food, pretty damn quick at a damn good price. Can't recommend enough.

I don't know if they decreased the size of the cardboard containers or what. I do know that small is definitely small and there were no loose fries at the bottom of the bag (or in this case a box). “I've been eating Jim's since i was a teenager in the 60s. Unfortunately the famous sauce has been altered and was never as spicy as it is now. Too much heat and spice have ruined Jim's sauce.“

One order is good for 2 to 3 people depending on how hungry you are. I think it's worth the price.

The hush puppies have certainly improved, and they are almost as good as I remember they were many years ago.
