Very happy with our food, and the bartender has been great! Will be coming back Took forever to get service, and when we finally ordered food, it took over an hour to get it. Once it finally came out, it couldn't even be eaten. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1, was the bartender apologized and took the food off of our tab.“

“UPDATE: I just want to update my below review. The management at this location reached out to me within 24 hours of leaving this and refunded my order. Not only that, but Michael was sincerely interested in specific feedback about the pizza and finding ways they can improve going forward. Customer service like this is why I will continue to go back to Primanti’s even after a bad experience. Kudos to Michael and to Primanti’s for taking ownership of a mistake and striving to be better next time. You don’t see a lot of that anymore. Thank you!

The pizza at this location is awful. I’ve had Primanti’s pizza at multiple other locations around Pittsburgh and have always thought their pizza is great. I’m not sure how true this is, but I’ve heard that not all locations have a pizza oven. I’m not sure what they’re doing at this location with the pizza, but it was inedible. The cheese was waxy, hard, and extremely greasy and burnt. The sauce was dried up and tasted awful.

We got the family meal deal tonight and had to throw the entire pizza out. My kids hated it. My wife and I both tried it and it was absolutely terrible. The sandwiches, tenders, and giant Bavarian pretzel we got were great tho. The pizza is my only complaint. Something needs to be done to improve it at this specific location. It’s really bad.“

“Alright hard to do a star rating so read the whole thing but I did online order for the family and had a 40 minute wait which I understand so honestly that doesn't effect me if I have to wait cuz they get busy. While waiting my bag got handed off to the wrong customer so they left and came back 5 minater n said that wasn't what they ordered. The bag they took was my order cuz when I asked if mine was ready they handed me that bag. Everyone is different but me if some complete strangers had my food and left the building with it I'm gonna be weird about eating it. The girl said she was getting the manager before I could even say anything so I appreciate that and the manager (Ethan) came was super nice and asked what I wanted to do and gave me vouchers for basically my entire order. Go home with the food told the family the situation and see that the sauce for the onion bloom wasn't there no ranch we asked for and the 2 all American burgers only had cheese so being annoyed already I just called and I think the other manager name was Jeff got on the phone and asked how he can make it right. I honestly didn't know I told him I was just making it known that our experience was a disaster. The manager said what if I have your Burgers and onion bloom made and have the other manager Ethan drive it to your house? I was not expecting that to be a thing but I said are you serious? He took my address and Ethan was at my house within 30 minutes and gave us more rolls extra fries ranch and sauce for the onion bloom. So I know things can happen and get busy but my 0 star turned to a 5 star because they went out of their way to make things right and I've never had any experience like that going above and beyond. So accidents happen things get busy but if you try to communicate civil in a annoying or stressful situation you'd be surprised what can happen. Long story (literally) short excellent service and I will order again in the near future. Huge props to management on Jan.19th 2026. It was very much appreciated“

From awesome sandwiches and wraps to fresh salads, these guys know how to combine flavors to create delicious spins on traditional fare that kicks it up into the next level. Way more nutritious than fast food, for about the same price and very comfortable, family friendly atmosphere. If you haven't made it here, you definitely want to. The lemon flounder was delicious, but a tad salty. The pilaf and green beans were terrific sides. And the smoked salmon appetizer was repeat worthy.“

If you ever get the chance to attend a bourbon pairing dinner created by Chef Bobby at Ohana Lounge… RUN, don’t walk, to get your tickets. I had the absolute pleasure of attending his Jefferson’s Bourbon Dinner, and I’m still thinking about it days later.

From the second we walked in, you could tell how much heart, talent, and detail Chef Bobby poured into this experience.
He personally designed the entire menu, prepared every dish, and set the full vibe — the place settings, table layout, napkins, ambiance… every single detail was intentional and flawless.

🍽 THE FOOD — Out of This World
• Appetizers: A crab-stuffed mushroom along with an Italian-sausage stuffed mushroom with red sauce. Both were unreal. Rich, flavorful, and absolutely fabulous.
• Salad: A beautifully chopped mix of romaine and leafy greens, perfectly portioned and balanced with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, banana peppers, and onions. The homemade balsamic vinaigrette was next-level (and I don’t say that lightly, because I LOVE a homemade ranch).
• Entrée: Melt-in-your-mouth prime rib — insanely tender. The crusted chicken was juicy, flavor-packed, and topped with the most delicious pan roasted tomatoes. The vegetables were perfectly steamed and seasoned, and the potatoes were spot-on… soft but not soggy, just how they should be.
• Dessert: A cheesecake that deserves its own award. Light, dreamy, topped with the perfect sliced strawberry, strawberry gel, and a homemade whipped cream that I’m still craving. Truly unforgettable.

🥃 THE BOURBON PAIRINGS
Jefferson’s Bourbon sent a phenomenal rep who walked us through each tasting — the aging process, flavor notes, origin stories, barrel finishes. Each bourbon was thoughtfully paired with the course, and the experience felt elevated, educational, and fun.

✨ THE EXPERIENCE
Chef Bobby wasn’t just behind the scenes — he was on top of every detail, every plate, every moment. You could feel the passion he puts into his craft, and it made the evening more special than I could have imagined.

If Ohana Lounge hosts another event where Chef Bobby is curating the menu… get those tickets immediately. This man knows how to create an experience, not just a fabulous meal.
