“Absolutely electric experience at Jersey Mike’s. From the second I walked in, it felt like I stepped into a motivational seminar disguised as a sub shop. The staff weren’t just friendly — they were borderline superhuman. One guy was slicing meat like a samurai, another was shouting sandwich orders like he was calling a championship boxing match. I swear the guy making my sub had the enthusiasm of a kid on Christmas morning.
The energy? Unreal. It was like a concert, a pep rally, and a kitchen all fused into one. People clapping, hyping each other up — I half-expected confetti to fall from the ceiling when my sandwich was ready. And the sandwich? Divine. Like a flavor explosion that cured my bad mood, my hunger, and possibly my credit score.
If NASA could bottle Jersey Mike’s staff energy, we’d already be on Mars. I’d camp out overnight just to be first in line again.“

“The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I bought lunch for people working at my house and I really did not know what to add. The gentleman that assisted me was super nice and when I said you pick what to add he did just that. Made it stress free for me. The workers were super happy with their chicken sandwiches. On a second occasion, I went for a small sandwich for me and the ladies were very amicable. Super happy buying here. I used coupons on both occasion. ?“

“I haven’t gotten the subs from here in a long time, maybe over a year. I had a craving today for their “Everything” bread. I headed to the store around lunchtime, as I walked in the door, I saw a sign to get a free 5 inch sub when you join there online program, I scan the QR code and decided to place my order online. The app did not redeem for a free 5 inch sub, but I went ahead with my order anyway. I didn’t see the “Everything” bread through the online portal (only: plain, sesame and multigrain) so I chose another bread type and guessed that they had discontinued the “Everything” bread since I hadn’t been here in so long. I sat at a booth and submitted my order, then a lady walks in and places her order at the counter and I hear her ask for the everything bread. I walked over to the counter and I see that it is still a bread option on their board. Then I asked the attendant at the counter if it was possible to change my bread type for my online order. Cadence clarified if I wanted the change for both of my subs and I said yes, she fixed my order without any issue. When she brought my order to me, I apologized for the inconvenience and she said that it was no problem and that if I had any issues with the online order in the future that I could give them a call at the store. This review is kudos to Cadence and her great customer service. As far as the DiBellas app, it’s still needs worked on.
Parking: There are a lot of businesses close together, so although DiBellas may not be busy, the parking lot is.“

“Writing this review because of the phenomenal worker there by herself during the lunch rush hour on 4/20/23. She was cool calm and collected while working efficiently on orders. My sandwich was delicious as well. The whole store was clean and updated. Very pleased with my experience.“

“My wife and I stopped at this Firehouse Subs for the first time. We split a large Italian sub, which was plenty of food for a light lunch. The sandwich was not bad, but there was nothing special about it either. Most of the meat was just ham, with a wisp of salami (??maybe?), and there was very little cheese, lettuce and tomato, making it really just a warm ham sandwich. The only thing that made it somewhat Italian was the little bit of dressing they put on it. (NOTE: by the way, I didn't realize that all subs are HOT subs, unless you specifically ask for cold.) I may go back someday to try their cheesesteak, but not in a hurry to visit again. Final Verdict: Not bad, but nothing to write home about.“
