The moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Micah, the owner, who made us feel like family. It was as if he had known us for years! Micah’s hospitality was unmatched. He generously offered us free samples of their incredible chocolate, encouraging us to try as much as we liked. It was such a thoughtful gesture that truly set the tone for our visit. As for the milkshakes, they were out of this world! I indulged in the Bananas Foster Milkshake, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. My wife couldn’t get enough of her Cookie Brownie Fudge milkshake—it was the perfect blend of decadent flavors. Our kids loved their classic Vanilla Milkshakes, which were smooth and delicious. But I only had 30 letters to work with, so I went with "Happy Birthday Billy and Cupcake" - but I really wished for an exclamation point, so I added this note in the comments section "If you could squeeze an exclamation point as a 31st character onto the cake that would be amazing to "Happy Birthday Billy and Cupcake!" - but if not the cake will still be great, just less enthusiastic. “My husband and I absolutely love Del's, we go about once a week. When I moved up here from Florida it took me over 2 years to find an ice cream place like the ones down home. Great selection of flavors and toppings and the staff is always super friendly.“

In terms of ordering experience it's pretty straight forward as you place your order on one of two computers they have and then step aside and wait for your name to be called.

In regards to the space itself it was bright and pleasing to look at and clean.

Let's talk about the cookies, now taste is of course subjective but I found the cookies to taste good, not the best I have ever had but pretty good.

Now the following is going to again be subjective but to me the cookies are too under done, my kids liked that raw cookie dough feeling and texture but I would have liked them to have been a bit more firm. I had thought it was because they were fresh that they were so soft but even after a few hours at home to cool the cookies where still very much undercooked and infact my one definitely had some raw dough in the middle. My wife and kids through loved this fact so again this might be amazing if you like a cookie like that or it might be a turn off if you like a done and crumbly cookie.

Your paying for the hype and agressive marketing this company does, a dozen was nearly $50 dollars and they are not worth that to me, again subjective, but I have had better cookies at a local famous bakery in Oakmont for significantly less and with equal/better quality.

Honestly this place reminds me of when Krispy Cream came to town and the experience of getting a hot and fresh donut was new and exciting but after a while you came to realize that while it was a good donut it was not anything special and this place feels the same but with cookies.“

“Counter staff could be much friendlier. The lady checking out customers was VERY short tempered and impatient when my family and others were ordering. We were only giving our orders like normal, nothing slow about the order, so to be rushed and so rudely dealt with was un called for. Other people in line were commenting on how rude she was, so on a funnier note, we all were joining in on the eye rolls and head shakes.I normally only leave positive reviews for businesses, as I understand how difficult it is working with the public, but this lady was truly incorrigible.“
