“My friends & I (party of 10) met at Capone's on Sunday, March 24, 2024. We were set up in a room that made it very easy for us to talk with each other while we ate. The menu gave a lot of options for all of us, the service was outstanding, and we were not rushed. Most of us had never been there before, but we all agreed how much we liked it, & we plan to do it again.“

Michele the waitress was great, polite and professional, my service was perfect, my prime rib dinner was fabulous, so was the crab cakes, salad, mash tasters, and french onion soup. She was excellent (give this women a raise Applebees she’s a valuable asset) food and speed was absolutely outstanding! “We happened upon this place from an on-line search. If you dine here, you won't be disappointed!!!!. One of our party has celiac disease and the chef came out to personally discuss her preferences. A couple of us ordered the tuna. It was perfectly cooked. Another had the Lobster Risotto, with an ample portion of lobster. Our server was top notch. We would return in a New York minute.“

“A friend and I went to The Greeks to watch the Phillies game and one of the worker that was behind the bar were being RUDE to us. We were sitting at the bar and (not even) 4 minutes into the game. He come to us and said; if you guys going to sit here, you have to order, than he added, I’m being serious. My friend and I both know that, but he DID NOT have to be rude about it by adding “I’m serious” at the end of that statement. Before the game even started, I told the other worker that was behind the bar that I would order a few minutes into the game.“

“Castle Roxx is my go to stop. Every time I come I have a great experience. All of the bar tenders always are amazing and work so hard to make my experience the best in Manayunk. Eric and Vinny are two of my favorite bar tenders. They make even the slowest nights the most fun. I normally come during the week, as opposed to the weekends, and I never regret it.“

“I had an amazing experience at Applebee’s and I genuinely have to give credit where it’s due — the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a positive attitude. The host was friendly and seated us quickly, even though it was a little busy. That first impression already set the tone for the whole night.

Our server went above and beyond. They were attentive without being overbearing, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and checked in at just the right times. What really stood out to me was how patient and respectful they were. They answered every question about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure our food came out exactly how we requested. It didn’t feel rushed or forced — it felt genuine.

The manager even came by to make sure everything was good, which showed they really care about customer satisfaction. You don’t always see that level of involvement anymore, and it definitely made the experience feel more personal.“

“We were here early on NTE. We were quickly seated, as we had early 430 reservations (3 aadults, 2 small kids). We understood the place was starting to get busy, so we were ready to give our orders. Others around seemed to be waiting a bit. But the food came in 15 mins when our server said. We've been here a few times this year, and the food is surprisingly great every time! The pizza is soft and doughy; my wife loves the grilled chicken and my burger was not quite medium-well; it was very tasty, juice and had a slight char crunch on the edges... Half price days are great for gaming! We walk away with credits for next time each time. We all had a really nice time out (again)! We'll be back in a month or so.“
