“Excellent service and everything we ate was delicious. My husband and I were amazed to find such high caliber Japanese food tucked away and nearby. It’s on the level with the trendiest sushi places and izakaya spots in LA, Vegas, Manhattan and San Francisco and we are so glad that it’s right here. Also the warm and welcoming owner/chef and friendly wait staff make this our go to sushi spot. The few Korean dishes on the menu are also amazing.“

“Great place to eat at Assi Food Plaza. Quick and relatively cheap during these times of inflation. Lots of options to choose from. Really love their Donkatsu and the Curry Rice. The peanut dressing on their salad is top tier. Most things cost around $10 to $20. ?“

“My Mom and I went for lunch, and we were impressed at the lunch specials. They included a soup, drink, and lunch portion of your favorite combos. I believe we added an on an egg roll. Perfect amount of food and very tasty. I enjoyed the beef with broccoli special with fried rice. The shop is now available for dine-in again, but they do a ton of takeout, and the pricing was very reasonable.

I would recommend checking them out! I will be coming back because I want to try their sushi menu. There were sushi lunch specials as well.“

“Out of all the rice cake I’ve had I love this places style so much, mild spice and the udon + the rice cake is perfect. So thankful we are blessed with little gems like this even outside of big cities. May they prosper forever and continue to make wonderful food.“

“My family and I had an incredible dining experience tonight at Umai. We had a special, Kinmedai aka Golden Eye Snapper that was so fresh and tasty, out of this world good! We also had a treat with broiled tuna cheek that was also outstanding. Otoro was so velvety and rich, spicy hotate, sweet ebi, unagi, fried crabs, incredible sushi rolls, savory Akadashi (my son ordered a second it was so good) and everything else we ordered tonight was just incredible. “Just moved to the area, this was our first time here. The sushi was good and crab rangoons were so crispy! It’s been a while since I’ve had good crab rangoons anywhere in Philly. All the dishes we saw served, along with our own, were colorful and creatively decorated. Our service was fast and all the staff were attentive and kind. Would definitely recommend for dining in or take out!“

“The variety of food and service at Poke It Up was very good. Honestly wish I'd tried it sooner! There are different varieties of poke bowls to select from or you can make your own. The fish was very fresh and came with a healthy portion of rice. The veggies and sauce complimented the meal and the serving size (for me) was quite large so easily came for two meals. Definitely recommend!“

“It was my first time eating at Osaka Hibachi and I was very pleased with both the meal and service.
I ordered the chicken and salmon hibachi and both meats were tender.
The vegetables were cooked perfectly.
The rice was also cooked well.
My only con was the teriyaki/ hibachi sauce was a tad bit salty. Other than that- great experience and you get a lot of food!“

“Favorite sushi place! We came from out of state because we love this restaurant so much. We've come many times, usually dine-in but also once to go. The sushi is very fresh and tasty, and reasonably priced. We especially enjoy the sweetheart roll, Godzilla roll, rose roll, and new rainbow roll! Pleasant staff and lovely atmosphere, as well. Can't recommend enough!

This family owned restaurant has multiple member of their family, and it truly adds a personal touch. Joey was our server last night, and it was great to learn more about the restaurant - plus he made us laugh and just made our experience even better! Their outdoor dining is an awesome option - and the setting truly can’t be beat! We can’t wait to come back!“

“Very friendly staff. Food was not bad, just not really the way I like it. Crab rangoons were mostly just cream cheese and I wasn’t a fan of the dipping sauce, the chicken in the general tsos was soggy, the wonton soup was decent! Overall, not my favorite, but I’d eat here again.“

“The gyozas are my favorite. Literally nowhere else in the area makes them like they do. They are the fried pork gyozas. They are super crispy and the sauce that comes with is delicious. I always get those then hit CinCin next door for lo mein and general tso’s. Takeout and dining in is great. The atmosphere is super cool. I’ve also gotten sushi at the counter and it was tasty. It is a tad expensive for the gyozas $6-8 for the 5 gyozas but worth it.“

“Been here a few times now, the food is always so delicious and the service is great. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and bathrooms are always very clean. It's a blend of Chinese and Japanese so we grabbed some Chef's choice sushi and sesame chicken. Have not had a bad experience here and will be back again. Definitely worth a stop.“

“Very good overall. As part of trying different Chinese restaurants i ordered the General Tso chicken and sweet and sour chicken combination platters. Portions were good and the eggs rolls were excellent. The General tso chicken was very spicy, I love spicy but this was a little unexpected. It did not ruin the meal. The sweet and sour chicken was good.“

“This place was not too bad especially for a mall food court. The service was fast, staff attentive, food was pretty good and portions were more than I could handle. I would not hesitate to go back. I got rice noodles General Tso's, and teriyaki chicken. It was all pretty good.

“Came in this afternoon for a quick snack and new bartender was so helpful and full of energy and new menu ideas! Very excited to try more. New spicy tuna cocktails which means sushi mix in a martini glass and new hot and sour soup to die for ( I ask minimal heat) starting karaoke this weekend fri and sat 730pm check out when free!“
