Only issue stems from the TV situation, particularly when trying to catch any Philly sports. The picture quality tends to be pixelated, making it difficult to watch comfortably and even causing my wife's eye strain.“

Food is delicious, coffee always full and service is super friendly. Prices are very reasonable too. **Note that it's a pretty small space** We were fine for lunch on a weekday, but I would guess on weekends it fills up pretty fast. Though there's a nice 'bar' with seating and take-out is always an option too! Don't forget their homemade muffins. And the cheddar and bacon grits is dangerously good! You won't leave hungry!“

“This is a nice BYOB restaurant at the upper end of restaurant and brewery row in downtown Phoenixville. The food was quite nice, but I didn't realize it was BYOB until we were seated. It is deceiving because there is an old bar right ahead of you when you come in. Nice waiter, not overly attentive when it came to refills though. Must be from Europe. Overall nice atmosphere and relatively quiet, probably due to the lack of alcohol.“

The food was good but it was the service that truly made the experience memorable. Our bartender Shannon, couldn’t have been more accommodating! She was super friendly, charismatic and her attentiveness was remarkable! From remembering what we had to drink, to bringing us refills without us having to ask, to going above and beyond to make sure our kids were happy and content. Numerous guests acknowledged how great Shannon's service was. Great venue! Great food! Outstanding service! Great selection of fresh desserts, made both on the premises and Shady Maple in Lancaster. Salad bar had a huge fresh variety of salad toppings. Katie, our server, was a delight. The restaurant was clean and well laid out and decorated for Christmas. We were greeted immediately and seated quickly.

Our server, Bryce, was great. Attentive, friendly, and efficient.

Our drinks came quickly. My wife's cranberry margarita was especially delightful.

The food was excellent. It came timely, but not in a rush. We got the tots appetizer, which was really tasty - the beer cheese in particular. My wife got the French dip, with real roast beef, not just cold cuts. I got the Kinda Healthy salad (with a cheeseburger on top!), which was really great.

Overall this is a fantastic neighborhood restaurant. There were people at the bar watching the game and families with kids in the dining area, making for a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
