“Love old forge Dunkin’. The workers are awesome however The people that come through the drive tru are awfully rude. In case people are confused you have to order at the drive thru speaker and then pull to the window. Even if you have a Mobile order pick up for the drive thru. Just stop at the speaker and let then employees know you have a pick up and say your name. It’s not hard.“

“Every time I bring my kids here for events they have a blast, management always go above and beyond to make sure we are enjoying ourselves and the kids are happy! They are always doing fun contests and give aways we take part in and we seeing our favorite manager Ariel, she always takes care of us !!! ❤️“

The BlackWatch cafe is adorable, cozy, so unique. The selection is so innovative so it has a lot more to offer than just coffee. They definitely have a foam art and they do not disappoint here. They have smoothie that people rave about as well! But can we talk about the building itself? The roaring fireplace at the entry is perfect for a winter’s day or Autumn night! It's loaded with history and decorated with classic literary and fan pieces, interesting conversation pieces, and fun works of art. “I went there today with my husband for a "date". We wanted something different. We were NOT let down! We came in the middle of a kids party and were welcomed and shown a seat even though they were overwhelmed with kids and their parents. I watched as they treated the kids AND parents with respect and laughter. Hard to do nowadays. The coffee is great! Husband had the Phantom and he was impressed. I will be back with my kids! It's scary enough to be interesting for adults but "fun" enough for even small kids. Nothing jumps out at you. Great place to find books by local authors.“

“Abdul and me had the cutest date here. We ordered our usuals and sat at the perfect table near the barista. As we waited for our drinks to be crafted with care, we chatted about the lovely array of cups and umbrella holders. Then after we decided where to sit, we both looked at our curated feeds. After we finished, we decided to walk all around the mall. First we went and got a jersey shirt at a really cool place called Sneaker King. Then, we went to Boscov’s. Next, we stopped at Auntie Anne’s for a pretzel and lemonade. After this, I showed Abdul where I got my first Pistons jersey from (now known as Crunch). Finally, we walked all the way down to a really cool man who has a store with belts, shoes, and hats. He is near Gertrud Hawk. We basically had a really exciting day! I would say this day was super cool.“

“Dublin Donuts is crazy efficient. I couldn’t even tell where my drink came from—it just appeared like magic. Lightning-fast service without sacrificing quality. The staff were friendly and kept everything running smoothly.

What really stood out: the bathrooms. Super clean, modern, and I felt completely comfortable and safe using them, which you don’t always get at a coffee shop.

They also accept Apple Pay, which made checkout seamless. No fumbling for cards or cash—just tapped and done.

“Kudos to Robert for going over and beyond to help me today with a situation that didn’t even happen in his location, but when I called him, he took such a genuine care and concern for what I had went through that I had no other choice, but to give him a compliment if I could do something even bigger than this, I would love to But I also have a son who is in the customer service food industry, and I would love nothing more than for him to treat a customer the way Robert treated me tonight. What’s going on at the Mulberry location is disgusting and criminal and when I couldn’t get anywhere dealing with their management, who I guess was Courtney at least she said that was her name. She was as unprofessional as it gets when I asked for the number for her manager and the name. She told me that I couldn’t have that information , and when I contacted Robert, he had no hesitation with making sure that I got the numbers I needed in order to contact the upper management to let them know about the criminal disgusting acts that are being done at that location“
