“Love old forge Dunkin’. The workers are awesome however The people that come through the drive tru are awfully rude. In case people are confused you have to order at the drive thru speaker and then pull to the window. Even if you have a Mobile order pick up for the drive thru. Just stop at the speaker and let then employees know you have a pick up and say your name. It’s not hard.“

“Every time I bring my kids here for events they have a blast, management always go above and beyond to make sure we are enjoying ourselves and the kids are happy! They are always doing fun contests and give aways we take part in and we seeing our favorite manager Ariel, she always takes care of us !!! ❤️“

“Please make it a point to find and visit this nostalgic local coffee shop! It always has a fun vibe and it’s great to meet local folks and patronize our independent businesses. The BlackWatch cafe is adorable, cozy, so unique. The selection is so innovative so it has a lot more to offer than just coffee. They definitely have a foam art and they do not disappoint here. They have smoothie that people rave about as well! But can we talk about the building itself? The roaring fireplace at the entry is perfect for a winter’s day or Autumn night! It's loaded with history and decorated with classic literary and fan pieces, interesting conversation pieces, and fun works of art. “Love the place and very friendly staff. Unfortunately today the person taking money at drive thru did not know basic math and had an attitude. My bagel was $3.02 and I gave $10.05. She came back with bills and bunch of change. I said I gave you $10.05 that is not correct. She left and came back and told me with tax my item came to $3.02. I said yes I know I gave you $10.05. She left and came back again with incorrect change. I said my order was $3.02 and I gave $10.05. this means I get $7.03 change. She leaves again and hands me $7.03 and says I have no idea why you gave me that nickle with an attitude and quickly left drive thru window. Seriously I am a customer. I tried to be patient while cars were lining up behind me at drive thru. I gave nickle because I didn't want .95 cents in change. $6.95 vs $7.03.“

“Abdul and me had the cutest date here. We ordered our usuals and sat at the perfect table near the barista. As we waited for our drinks to be crafted with care, we chatted about the lovely array of cups and umbrella holders. Then after we decided where to sit, we both looked at our curated feeds. After we finished, we decided to walk all around the mall. First we went and got a jersey shirt at a really cool place called Sneaker King. Then, we went to Boscov’s. Next, we stopped at Auntie Anne’s for a pretzel and lemonade. After this, I showed Abdul where I got my first Pistons jersey from (now known as Crunch). Finally, we walked all the way down to a really cool man who has a store with belts, shoes, and hats. He is near Gertrud Hawk. We basically had a really exciting day! I would say this day was super cool.“

“Is this the Starbucks in steamtown mall? Because if it is they are by far the best!!! I legit order my annoying drink every morning with extra caramel and oat milk and all this extra stuff then a special drink for my 3 years WVERY morning and they never complain they never mess anything up they are so nice and make sure everything is perfect and they are super fast service. “Kudos to Robert for going over and beyond to help me today with a situation that didn’t even happen in his location, but when I called him, he took such a genuine care and concern for what I had went through that I had no other choice, but to give him a compliment if I could do something even bigger than this, I would love to But I also have a son who is in the customer service food industry, and I would love nothing more than for him to treat a customer the way Robert treated me tonight. What’s going on at the Mulberry location is disgusting and criminal and when I couldn’t get anywhere dealing with their management, who I guess was Courtney at least she said that was her name. She was as unprofessional as it gets when I asked for the number for her manager and the name. She told me that I couldn’t have that information , and when I contacted Robert, he had no hesitation with making sure that I got the numbers I needed in order to contact the upper management to let them know about the criminal disgusting acts that are being done at that location“

“Really nice atmosphere. You walk in and can sit wherever you'd like. They have a small menu. I ordered the tuna melt (10/10)with truffle fries(5/10) and half a Cesar salad(10/10) and a mimosa. My husband ordered the sweet hottie on a baguette(8/10) with greens and the immunity juice.(10/10). Everything was delicious .. the truffle fries are the only thing that was underwhelming.. the cesar salad had a different taste that i loved. Idk if it was the dressing or the caramilized onions. My husband is also picky and he liked his sandwich.Will definitely be coming back“
