“Always decently clean for a fast food joint with constant table turnaround. However we do use the window to order many times. Whoever the one gal is she super polite and very personable. Tries hard to make your experience pleasant and efficient. The star/ moon tattoo? Is cute. The Food. Fast food is fast food but this outlet at least tries to make it look like it should when it hits the customer.“

“I’m Colombian and I tried the chimi three strokes for the first time and I thought it was spectacular. I craved another one, the chicken empanada was a good size and full of meat. The french fries were nice and crunchy, but overall the food was fresh and rich in flavors. I would recommend this food truck eyes closed.“

“I wanted to take a moment to share a story about the outstanding team at Chick-fil-A in Dickson City, PA.

My two kids, 11 and 9, stopped there for lunch on our way back from NYC to Toronto. After enjoying a great lunch, my daughter realized about an hour and a half into our drive that she had left her cell phone, fanny pack, and some cash at the restaurant.

I called the restaurant and spoke with Benjamin, who was incredibly helpful in confirming that he had found the fanny pack and phone. He then offered to ship everything back to Toronto, saving me the long drive back to Pennsylvania.

Keith Kelly, the owner-operator, was kind enough to ship everything free of charge, and I received it a few days ago.

I just wanted to recognize Benjamin, Keith, and the entire team for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to help us, and it was truly appreciated.

Great work, and way to go above and beyond! This is a great example of the kind of customer experience that makes a lasting impression.“

“I love this place! Great food and great service. The restaurant was reasonably clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and everything we ordered through the app was included, which I really appreciated.

My only complaint was with the drinks when ordering through the app. They put a piece of paper over the soda lids, and it gets stuck to the lids and is extremely difficult to remove. As a result, we ended up with pieces of paper in our drinks. We ordered two Cokes and two Sprites, and all four drinks were very flat and had paper stuck to the lids.

Overall, we had a good experience, and I would definitely come back. I just hope they address the issue with the paper on the drink lids and make sure the soda is properly carbonated.“

“Went today on my way the drive through was swamped. I went inside for a Togo order the staff was incredible. The gentleman who rang me up informed me a head of time there was going to be a bit of a wait and offered me a drink while I waited. There was another couple there as well who also must have been waiting. Everyone working was super focused on getting everything out while still being courteous and friendly. The grill who handed me my order apologized once again for the delay.
What truly struck me was despite how busy they were they maintained a high level of professionalism while laughing in back and working.

“Did drive thru desserts for a group of 5. They did a good job on getting all of the orders in. But I ordered the Royal New York cheesecake treat which advertised as graham crackers and cheesecake bites swirled together in the ice cream and a core of strawberry (in the middle, top to bottom of cup) to scoop as you wished, what I got was the graham crackers and cheesecake with a very small smattering of strawberry on the top. I was quite disappointed in mine, but the others were all fine. Wouldn't order that one again probably because of the experience.“

“This actually might be the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The burritos were full and they did not skimp on any ingredients. They were assembled to perfection. The bathrooms were also very clean. I will say I think the prices are a little exorbitant here in Scranton, Pennsylvania, as they are cheaper even in Denver, Colorado, where I live, but I blame the likely higher taxes here in the north east. If you want your belly full, and your heart happy, I highly recommend stopping at this Taco Bell.“

Place looked abandoned, staff was very friendly, some old dude in the back corner of the dining room nibbling on curly fries and he was cackling and scanning the dining room. “This subway is so different from any other one. I passed two of them to come to this one that lady in there treats you like she knows you it’s always spotless. The food is always fresh as can be My Son like salami and cheese on the urban cheese bread. And trust me we’ve been to our sheriff subways. This is the only one that’s the food is fresh. The buns are always 100% fresh. The cookies are fresh. I would definitely give them five star rating because deserved and if you look back on my reviews for other locations, I have never given a good review But the way they treat you at this establishment. It deserves nothing more than a good review. She takes pride in her work she takes pride and the way she treats her customers and I appreciate that sometimes I’m in a rush and I’ll call them and ask them before I even tell them what I need salami and cheese with a little less salami. This is the best subway hands-down the other ones definitely fall short in the customer service area and the fresh area. “I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious. “It's great. We go here for lunch occasionally when we have to go to Scranton. Lately, I've gotten my order promptly without having to pull forward and wait. I think this is one of the better McDonald's in the area. Around noon and 230-3pm seems very busy for us to be there. Kind, hard working employees.“

“tried the new ghost pepper whopper sandwich. got the meal with a medium order of onion rings, with the zesty sauce. you can't do the rings with out the sauce. this burger was awesome, hot, and spicy all at the same time. I loved it!! I received great service while enjoying being able to sit in their dining room. do to issues it was closed for a while. they only had drive thru. my rings were hot and fresh! recommend this whopper.“

I come here almost every day and the lady behind the counter is the reason I keep coming back. She’s genuinely nice, never rushed or short with anyone, and somehow always remembers my exact order without me even saying it. Sandwich comes out right every time.

Food is consistently fresh, bread is good, and they don’t cheap out on the veggies. Place stays clean and the line moves fast even when it’s busy. You can tell they actually care about regulars instead of just going through the motions.

If you’re looking for a Subway that doesn’t feel like a factory, this is the one. Shoutout to the woman who works there she makes the whole experience better.“

“There was plenty of free parking with an easy turn into the parking lot. There were arrows for drive thru or passing through. We used the clean bathroom when we arrived. There were no paper towels, but they had drying vents. We used the kiosk along with my rewards code. We opted to get two happy meals for more Godzilla Hello Kitty collabs. So far we have two destroyers. After paying at the kiosk, I did not get a receipt. We sat at the high table behind the kiosk with our table number. The server brought the food out within five minutes! I got the hamburger happy meal with chocolate milk. My son got the 6 piece nuggets meal with honey mustard and a large chocolate milk shake. We both got the “My melody X Mothra” toy. I started questioning my life choices. I do like mothra but combined with My Melody looked strange. We agreed that a full on Godzilla happy meal toy would be excellent without the hello kitty characters. I do want to score the “Keroppi x King Ghidorah” or “Chococat x SpaceGodzilla”. My son tried to trade with a girl nearby, but was instantly rejected. It could have been his abrupt approach of “Do you want to trade?” Vs a proper greeting and saying “I have an extra mothra, would you like to trade with me?”
The food was the standard, consistent McDonald’s happy meal taste. My son noticed the chicken nuggets looked thinner and longer. The apple slices were meh. The kid size fries, burger, and apple slices fit well with my weight watchers core plan. I still dropped some weight after this meal. I saved the chocolate milk for later. The honey mustard sauce was great on the fries and burger. This location is convenient on our way home from the different activities in the area. We stopped here after a 5 hour drive and before picking up some groceries at Aldi.“

“It's a nice lookin place to sit and relax. You get welcomed with a friendly smile, they handle the pressure well. It's very busy on the week days from 12-1. So if you're trying to get a relaxing environment come before or after noon. Weekends are slow and they don't have their soup on the weekends. But the coffee is good. Multiple options to chose from.“

“The young boy who made my sandwish asked me how do I want to make my veggie footlong and wrapped both halves separately. Tomatoes and cucumbers were overlapping throughout the sub. It was a full meal. The bread was supersoft, very fresh like just made it. One of the best sub made I enhoyed here!“

“Plains Burger King is by the best burger king in Wilkes-Barre. From breakfast to lunch the service and the food are very good. The breakfast staff are so friendly and very nice , the breakfast manager is always smiling, making you feel good when you walk in the morning and order your breakfast and she is always so pleasant.
