“Always decently clean for a fast food joint with constant table turnaround. However we do use the window to order many times. Whoever the one gal is she super polite and very personable. Tries hard to make your experience pleasant and efficient. The star/ moon tattoo? Is cute. The Food. Fast food is fast food but this outlet at least tries to make it look like it should when it hits the customer.“

“Every time I bring my kids here for events they have a blast, management always go above and beyond to make sure we are enjoying ourselves and the kids are happy! They are always doing fun contests and give aways we take part in and we seeing our favorite manager Ariel, she always takes care of us !!! ❤️“

I ordered two cheeseburgers without bread, and the reaction from these wonderful people was priceless, but nontheless, it was absolutely amazing. I can tell the burgers were real, not like that stuff u find in mckill (McDonalds) you lol or burger vicious (Burgerking) destroy you lol .... these were made right from all beef chopmeat. The cheese was real, it melted, the seasoning, magnifico, the flavor to live forever for lol. “It is fast service through the drive through and good service. It is funny I went to a couple Taco Bells recently and they both gave me an extra soft drink with the meal; I guess they forget they give you it before the meal and then give you another by accident when they give you the food. I didn't even notice myself as we put it in the cup holder both times and got suprised twice. It was pretty funny. They had nice people though and good food. I recommend the value boxes they have for $5/$7/$9. I had them all, and get the appropriate one for hunger level.“

“This actually might be the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The burritos were full and they did not skimp on any ingredients. They were assembled to perfection. The bathrooms were also very clean. I will say I think the prices are a little exorbitant here in Scranton, Pennsylvania, as they are cheaper even in Denver, Colorado, where I live, but I blame the likely higher taxes here in the north east. If you want your belly full, and your heart happy, I highly recommend stopping at this Taco Bell.“

“This place has had a great revamp. I think the ownership is relatively new. It was a little iffy for a bit during the transition but the whole place now has brand new furnishings and is immaculately clean. The service at the counter and the drive thru is always efficient and polite. I’m sitting now in the blissfully quiet dining room listening to their overhead music (Heart, at the moment - yeah I’m a late GenX sucker 😂), and just finishing up my delightful and perfectly-sized $7 meal deal. A delightful experience. Drinks are refillable to your heart’s content, so who knows, I may camp out here indefinitely.“

“This subway is so different from any other one. I passed two of them to come to this one that lady in there treats you like she knows you it’s always spotless. The food is always fresh as can be My Son like salami and cheese on the urban cheese bread. And trust me we’ve been to our sheriff subways. This is the only one that’s the food is fresh. The buns are always 100% fresh. The cookies are fresh. I would definitely give them five star rating because deserved and if you look back on my reviews for other locations, I have never given a good review But the way they treat you at this establishment. It deserves nothing more than a good review. She takes pride in her work she takes pride and the way she treats her customers and I appreciate that sometimes I’m in a rush and I’ll call them and ask them before I even tell them what I need salami and cheese with a little less salami. They already say oh and they’ll finish my sentence for me and have it ready as soon as I get there, cut exactly the way I want it as well. This is the best subway hands-down the other ones definitely fall short in the customer service area and the fresh area. I promise if you go to this one, you won’t be disappointed, especially the one up in Dunmore yikes on top of all of that they’re rude at that one and they’re allowed to be that way to people. It’s just my personal opinion, but by far this is the subway to go to Hands-down there’s not a single other one that compares“

“I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious. I do recommend this franchise location. Job well done all. Thank you! KUDOS!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Arrived here late on a Saturday night (9pm) after a completely disastrous attempt to get dinner across the street at D & B. (They were completely incompetent and we left because we were so angry)

The staff here made us feel incredibly welcome even at the late hour, and delivered quality food with great taste consistent with many prior visits to the franchise. The staff was super pleasant the entire time; Anytime I’m back in this area it will be a go to for me for sure.“

“tried the new ghost pepper whopper sandwich. got the meal with a medium order of onion rings, with the zesty sauce. you can't do the rings with out the sauce. this burger was awesome, hot, and spicy all at the same time. I loved it!! I received great service while enjoying being able to sit in their dining room. do to issues it was closed for a while. they only had drive thru. my rings were hot and fresh! recommend this whopper.“

“Plains Burger King is by the best burger king in Wilkes-Barre. From breakfast to lunch the service and the food are very good. The breakfast staff are so friendly and very nice , the breakfast manager is always smiling, making you feel good when you walk in the morning and order your breakfast and she is always so pleasant. Also, their French fries are the best they have a lot of taste, and the salt is just right.“
