“Always decently clean for a fast food joint with constant table turnaround. However we do use the window to order many times. Whoever the one gal is she super polite and very personable. Tries hard to make your experience pleasant and efficient. The star/ moon tattoo? Is cute. The Food. Fast food is fast food but this outlet at least tries to make it look like it should when it hits the customer.“

“Every time I bring my kids here for events they have a blast, management always go above and beyond to make sure we are enjoying ourselves and the kids are happy! They are always doing fun contests and give aways we take part in and we seeing our favorite manager Ariel, she always takes care of us !!! ❤️“

“It is fast service through the drive through and good service. It is funny I went to a couple Taco Bells recently and they both gave me an extra soft drink with the meal; I guess they forget they give you it before the meal and then give you another by accident when they give you the food. I didn't even notice myself as we put it in the cup holder both times and got suprised twice. It was pretty funny. They had nice people though and good food. I recommend the value boxes they have for $5/$7/$9. I had them all, and get the appropriate one for hunger level.“

“This place has had a great revamp. I think the ownership is relatively new. It was a little iffy for a bit during the transition but the whole place now has brand new furnishings and is immaculately clean. The service at the counter and the drive thru is always efficient and polite. I’m sitting now in the blissfully quiet dining room listening to their overhead music (Heart, at the moment - yeah I’m a late GenX sucker 😂), and just finishing up my delightful and perfectly-sized $7 meal deal. A delightful experience. Drinks are refillable to your heart’s content, so who knows, I may camp out here indefinitely.“

“Running a business is incredibly hard, and coordinating a team of employees is even harder. That said, this McDonald’s location absolutely knocks it out of the park. They get it right about 90% of the time, and even the other 10% is still good—which easily makes this the best-run McDonald’s I’ve visited in the Pennsylvania area.

I stop here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner whenever I don’t feel like cooking at home. Sure, they may get something wrong occasionally, but they’re human. What matters to me is that the food is always fresh and the staff is consistently friendly.

For example, I ordered breakfast for my family on New Year’s Day, and everything was made perfectly. Did they forget my son’s apples? Yes—but that didn’t take away from how quickly and efficiently our food was prepared, especially the day after a holiday.

I’d happily give this location 5 out of 5 stars any day of the week!“

“I believe all the other subways in the area would do themselves some justice by getting some tips from this specific subway is the only one that I will go to to feed my children. I have a very picky eater. He likes salami and cheese on herb crusted bread only Every other Subway they’re cooler is a sloppy mess there employees are all disheveled and sloppy but yet every single time I go to this specific subway, the cooler is spotless at any given time. The floors are spotless and they treat me like they’ve known me forever. I don’t even have to tell them what I need. They know I can call ahead and they’ll have it ready if I’m running late Been short on cash like this morning I was just $.28 short because my debit card wasn’t in my purse. My Son borrowed it and put it back and I didn’t know this until I got there but they still took the time to say don’t worry about it. I know it’s only $.28 but the truth is they didn’t have to. “i really liked this mcdonald’s because the food was very good and fresh tasting. the hashbrowns were crispy and perfect. the staff was very nice and the food came out very quickly. my iced coffee was also really good they made it perfect. it was also very clean. the only thing was the fountain machine was out of order.“

“I went to Jersey Mikes Subs Wilkes Barre,PA location around noon today, I’ve never been to any of their locations. I was greeted upon entry by the counter staff, the location is immaculately clean and the staff so very friendly and helpful. I asked them how their my Mike process worked, had them view my phone to see my reward points etc. I select a Regular number 8 sandwich (which was my breakfast,lunch and dinner) and upon the meats and cheese being freshly sliced the staff asked what other toppings I would like and so they created the sandwich and then I simply entered my phone number into the card reader and my order was paid. The staff were also so pleasant, they were busy and all working together as a team. Thirty minutes later I enjoyed the sandwich, perfectly prepared and quite delicious. “I only put all those because of the morning weekday crew!!! McDonald's should honestly appreciate those hard working employees!!! The manger as well she does a great job!!! I go there every morning(only during the weekdays n maybe Saturday depending on who's working) for my strawberry banana smoothies n their breakfast sandwiches! I don't even like McDonald's honestly and I REFUSE to go anywhere else. This isn't even the closest McDonald's to me but ITS WORTH THE DRIVE!!!! “Plains Burger King is by the best burger king in Wilkes-Barre. From breakfast to lunch the service and the food are very good. The breakfast staff are so friendly and very nice , the breakfast manager is always smiling, making you feel good when you walk in the morning and order your breakfast and she is always so pleasant. Also, their French fries are the best they have a lot of taste, and the salt is just right.“

“tried the new ghost pepper whopper sandwich. got the meal with a medium order of onion rings, with the zesty sauce. you can't do the rings with out the sauce. this burger was awesome, hot, and spicy all at the same time. I loved it!! I received great service while enjoying being able to sit in their dining room. do to issues it was closed for a while. they only had drive thru. my rings were hot and fresh! recommend this whopper.“

“The young boy who made my sandwish asked me how do I want to make my veggie footlong and wrapped both halves separately. Tomatoes and cucumbers were overlapping throughout the sub. It was a full meal. The bread was supersoft, very fresh like just made it. One of the best sub made I enhoyed here!“
