“I like trying new breakfast places, so found this place and stopped in on a whim. The owner was friendly, the place had a great atmosphere, and the food was great! It does have a Mexican vibe to it, but don't let that fool ya! Can't wait to come back for dinner. P.S. ask about their secret menu!“

“We first heard of Chef Von through Next Level Chef. We stopped today as we passed through Scranton. We had the new hangover smash burger which was off the charts. Everyone was super friendly, food was amazing and we even got to briefly met Chef Von. Highly recommended. Get there before he wins next level and you won’t be able to get a seat.“

“This is by far one of the prettiest places to dine in our area. The entire property is spotless, beautiful and perfectly appointed. The staff and owner could not have been nicer or more attentive. We had sausage, bacon, pastries, italian and turkey paninis, free-range chicken with herbs, au jus & dumplings, waffles with berries, grilled vegetables. herb roasted potatoes and fresh baked artisanal rolls. The food was exceptional. The waffles were the absolute best I have ever had in my entire life. We can't wait to go back!“

“I decided to give this place a try after reading some reviews and had a craving for a poke bowl. I went with rice, broccoli, brussell sprouts, chicken, and tuna poke. I really enjoyed the rice, broccoli, chicken, and poke, although the poke upcharge was pricey and the brussell sprouts were tougher than I expected. I got takeout, which was super convenient with online ordering and quick pickup service.“

“First time being there and everything was great. Between 3 of us we had brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork, and ribs, all of it cooked right and delicious ... Karen was our server and she was so friendly and on top of everything we needed. We will definitely go back when in the area. If you're looking for great BBQ, don't hesitate to try this place.“

“Service friendly and fast. Portions are huge for breakfast but unfortunately for pancakes they do not have real maple syrup just the generic one in the bottle. The eggs were a bit overcooked to my liking and potatoes needed more seasoning, prices are fair.“

“I don't want to dump on Scranton, (It is after all a depressed coal belt city) and I was only there for a few hours. In my limited experience with "The Electric City," this is far and away the best thing about it. Great service, great chili dogs, and if you're passing by on RT 81 or 476, a fairly easy detour to make if you're a Hot Dog aficionado, or maybe just Scranton Curious. Ask for directions to Schrute's Beet Farm B&B and the Dunder Mifflin Paper Co. tour. ;)“

“Great place for vegan comfort food. Any time I'm missing the taste and texture of a super cheesy quesedilla, this is where I go -- its close enough to the real thing to quench that craving. Hubby loves the Wild Wild West burger and we both LOVE the smashed potatoes. The smoothies/shakes are freaking delicious too.“

“One of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. The meat and cheese they used, whatever they did, they do it extremely well. Our waitress was super nice and it’s a cute little place. What people call the “dated” places are so often some the best food places in the area. It’s a hidden treasure in Scranton.“

“Welcome to my next review. This is Torony's Giant Hot Dogs! Now this is not the original location. If you are from the area back in my youth, this being the late 70's and early 80's, they were located on the corner of route 315 and jumper road in Plains. Speaking with the owner today I was told when PennDOT widened Jumper Road they were forced to move. After that they relocated to a building on Main Street not too far from the arena. Now as the owner told me the second location just didn't work out, so they eventually moved to the current location. Now as per the video it's a nice size location, not too big or too small. As I walked in I did speak with the owner off camera and explained why I do food reviews and in my own way help supporting the locals. Now as per the footlongs, I got one with just mustard and onions, and the other with everything being the mustard, onions, and the sauce. Now for the dogs, I didn't taste a snap, but these were grilled nicely, you got a good number of toppings, the chili had a unique taste, different from all the others. Now they do offer fries and burgers and other items but today it's all about the dogs. When we go Hot Doggin' we don't rate the hot dog we celebrate the hot dog with those awesome condiments. Until next time be blessed and stay safe!Watch our video review 6.23.2023youtu.be/14_F7AsWS_Q“

“I can only tell you about my experience at the bar because I've never sat at a table for dinner. Food is excellent. I had chicken Parm last night which was fantastic. The red sauce is delicious. Not too sweet like some places. Bartender is awesome. Very attentive. Good selection or top shelf bourbon and nice wines. On the downside, it's expensive, and during the week it's pretty dead. Most definitely go there for the food not the bar experience.“

“We had a nice night out when our friends invited us to the VSpot The staff was really friendly and made us feel right at home, which added to the atmosphere. The steak they served on steak night was absolutely delicious. The music lineup was great, the sound quality was top-notch, and the new stage setup was impressive, making the whole experience even better. Oh, and we also got to check out the release of a new song called "Violet" by a popular local artist named Ivy. Overall, it was an awesome night, and big props to everyone involved for making it so memorable!“

“This place was absolutely delicious. I didn't want to cook/go back out after a long day at work, and we decided to try something new. I ordered on GrubHub. I'm so glad we did, this is some of the best pizza I've had in a very long time. We got a calzone and a pizza. The calzone was the best one I've ever had. The small is huge and can easily feed 4 people, the only feedback I can give is that it didn't come with enough marinara sauce. But I'll order extra next time ? the food was hot when it arrived and it was surpassed my expectations. Keep doing what you're doing, because it's awesome!“

“Had my baby shower here as a friend recommended it. Location is right off 81 (had friends and family from north of Scranton and WB come to this event). Had about 50 people. I myself, the baby momma, am vegan and felt very taken care of along with my two other vegan friends that came! It was a 2 hour shower. Food was quick and they cleared the tables quickly. Boxed my food since I was socializing with my guests. I felt very cared for during the event. The waitresses were so kind ?Thank you, Cafe on 315, for making my special day a breeze!! ?Vegetarian options: They also can accommodate vegans!!Dietary restrictions: The made vegan options for food and it was delicious!! Thank you so much for accommodating myself and my friends during a large event!Parking: Biggest reason I booked my baby shower here! Plenty of accessible parking!“

“Great place to goGreat customer service. It's the only place I eat breakfast at. I normally don't eat breakfast. But when I do this is where I go. They are always Polite Good conversation if you're looking for someone to talk to.“
“I’ve only dined at Camelot and it’s truly a hidden gem in the Abingtons. The food is spectacular, service is fantastic and everything from their wonderful fish and chips to their weekend specials are amazing. The atmosphere is cozy, from booths to tables; a beautiful fireplace for chilly nights. And when the weather cooperates, a beautiful patio to dine Al fresco. The prices are on point and you truly can’t go wrong with anything on Camelot’s substantial menu.Food & drinks: See above review, I’ve never stayed in a room, just enjoyed the food.“

“We were planning to eat somewhere else but parked in front of the Backyard Ale House and couldn't resist the smell of the barbecue, so we decided to scrap our plans and give it a try and we were not disappointed! There was no wait so we got seated and waited on immediately. There was a plentiful selection of beers for all tastes. We ordered the barbecue combo and it was delicious. The brisket was a little fatty but the portion was so big we could not finish it after excluding the fat. The smoked wings and ribs were excellent and extra barbecue sauce was provided which we made use of. The cornbread was so good we asked for more and it didn't make it to our leftover box because it was warm right out of the oven and we couldn't resist. So as you see the food was delicious and service was great. We will return! Try it you'll like it!“
“Fabulous farm to table menu, seasonal fresh ingredients, delicious! SOLSTICE HARVEST BOWL w/ blackened salmon is incredible. The cocktails are amazing. Service is impeccable, we had Alyssa, and ambiance is beautiful! Highly recommend & can't wait to go back!“
