“The egg drop soup is really good. I may have caught them on a not so good day. I bought the sweet n sour chicken with fried rice. The rice was not good this time. It was dry and not done all the way.The chicken, however, was hot and fresh.Next time I go, I'll just stick to the lo mein.“

“I enjoyed the eggplant chicken here and even though mine was served a little spicier than I had hoped, they offered to replace it without my needing to ask. They just saw my face turning red a gave me some cold water to drink. Sadly, their standard in most food prep is to use large presliced, brined garlic - not the best. Other reviewers have commented on this. Their food would be absolutely amazing if they used fresh, unbleached garlic! It was, nonetheless, pretty delicious and a great lunch value!“

“Beyond disappointed. Terrible serve and food. It should never take 90 minutes for sushi and then another 90 minutes to get your bill as your listening to the staff argue in the back room. The fastest they moved tonight is when they thought we didn’t pay our bill because they didn’t see the receipt we left on the table on our way out. And yes we did leave a very underserved but gracious tip. Sushi was just ok. Combo Lo main tasted old, so we didn’t eat it. Never again. Most exhausting worse dinner ever.“

“Everyday Noodles never disappoints. Expect to wait for a little bit on during busy times, but the service is fast and the wait is well worth it. Reviewing the menu during that time helps too! If you have any allergies, I'd recommend reading thoroughly; it's easy to get caught up in how good everything sounds and miss the symbols you need to guide your allergy-free experience. Lastly, don't leave without having partaken in the soup dumplings. 10/10.“

“I ordered wedding soup and triple delight. their soup is always good but the noodles are always a bit thick and the broth lacks much flavor. my triple delight had several bites of rice that were very undercooked. I order from here periodically because I live nearby but I wish for the money that the food was a bit more flavorful.“

“One of the best restaurants I've ever been to, everytime I go I know il be leaving with a happy stomach and smile on my face, best sushi anywhere around, always so fresh and beautiful and their regular entrees are amazing as well! The rainbow roll is so good and my partner is obsessed with the seven stars around the moon dish, will always recommend this restaurant :)“

“The food here is excellent. Everything we have ordered always tastes great. The portions are the biggest we have encountered. Usually, one meal ends up lasting for 3 large meals. We have only used takeout. The customer service has been quick and friendly.“

“Exceptional flavors and creative dishes! The fusion of Asian cuisines here is truly remarkable. Each dish is a delightful journey of taste and texture. Definitely a memorable Easter take-out experience. Highly recommend! The crispy eggplant and fried eggplant with cow horn pepper dish were my absolute favorites and more than likely going to be my must haves every time from Yoka Kitchen moving forward now! ?Thank you for cooking my Easter dinner! ??“

“Hands down the best General Tso's Tofu in Pittsburgh! The General Tso sauce is excellent flavor, and the Tofu is cooked perfectly, minting the softness and not dry at all. I also enjoy the Singapore noodle as well. Great portions, friendly service!“

“The woman that works the register is so sweet. If you have a smaller order they’ll wait until you’re there to start it which I really appreciate! My food is fresh out of the wok every single time I go there! Truly 10s across the board for quality of food, price, and customer service.“

“Absolutely the Best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. The food was amazing. Huge portions and the service was great. The only thing off was the place is set up like it’s Covid still and the seating was all blocked off. Two stars taken away for that on atmosphere. The staff was really friendly and asked twice to make sure I ordered the right thing. Definitely recommend.“

“this is a pretty good Chinese food place. I would say the buffet is definitely worth the money but in terms of taste ofc ordering from the menu is better. Not saying that the buffet taste bad just in comparison to ordering u can clearly tell a difference“

“My family has been eating Chinese food from here my entire life. They are a staple of new Kensington. They have earned their title by consistently serving of delicious, perfectly flavored and cooked food. My favorites are the general chicken and hot and sour soup. They also have great lo mein. The owners are so friendly and helpful when you come in! Their services all is really fast too. There is no dining and there is a card minimum of $10. Highly recommend trying them out if you ever get a chance!“

“While I will say the food here is always delicious and the service is always pretty decent, I will say if you want the correct food make sure you get takeout and make sure you place it online where there can be no confusion about what you ordered, because if you order eat-in, there is no guarantee you will get what you actually ordered. I ordered kungpao chicken and got Szechuan chicken because that’s what my husband ordered (not sure if our waiter forgot what I ordered and punched the wrong thing in or what happened there) and they forgot his soup that he ordered and almost charged us for his egg roll as well (we had the lunch specials which come with either or) but thankfully corrected our bill after bringing it up.“

“I think for the price, it is very good value. Food taste average, acceptable. No snow crab legs. But there are cocktail shrimps. More than twenty types of hot foods, like moo goo gai pan, stir fried string beans. It is very good Asian Foods 101. Attentive, fast clean up of used plates from your table so you can enjoy. The location is a strip mall with lots of parking.“

“Today was the first time I had lunch there. The Buffet was awesome and the Staff people were very friendly and very good at their service. I moved back to Pa. after many years and missed the great Chinese Restaurant in Delaware. Discovering this new place was a great surprise. I live in Kittanning but to eat there is worth the drive.“

“Best Chinese food in the area AND it’s friggin local. C’mon. This place does great work on their food and service and if I had enough money I’d go there all the time. For now, it’s a treat! Portions are on point and the flavor is there. The inside is quite clean and has a restroom for customers.Parking: Behind the restaurant. At least 5-7 spotsKid-friendliness: Kids are allowed, but nothing to play with (I.e. just tables and chair for dining in.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s flat enough for a wheelchair to get inside the door.“

“Taipei is by far the best sushi and Chinese restaurant in the Fox Chapel area. The servers are courteous and the specialty sushi rolls are noticeabley larger and tastier than Jimmy Wan's. In my opinion, Taipei also offers a better selection than Jimmy Wan's. We also appreciate Taipei's complimentary fried wontons served before each meal and orange slices provided at the end of service. This family-friendly restaurant always make us feel at home.“

“We always get take out. Third visit...I've never bern to Sezchuan ( spelling?) ..but this place must be authentic! Or close to it. If you like spicy food that's different...they are simply outstanding. The Chicken platter, pork w/ dried chili's, chicken w/ peanuts( they might call in Kung pao) etc....everything's been different..and great. Again..if you crave spice like me...this place is fabulous!“

“Prior to our visit to Pittsburgh, we read that Wei Zhu is considered one of the top chefs in the city. So we intentionally dined at the McKnight Rd location because we were told in advance he was cooking there that day. Our server said each dish was tailored for a single-serving portion, but we wanted family-style so our table of three shared five dishes: -- beef tongue special $28.99 -- green beans with eggplant $12.99 -- Chongqing special noodles $11.99 -- fish fillet with pickled cabbage $28.99 -- cumin lamb $19.99 We were glad that we could specify the preferred degree of spiciness for each dish. Except for the beef tongue, the food was prepared well. Our favorite dish was the soft, flaky fish fillet. On the other hand, the beef tongue was chewy and tough--a major disappointment given our past experiences of eating this delicacy at home and other restaurants. Our server insisted that it was correctly prepared. (Note: the following day, we had beef tongue tacos at Duo's Taqueria, and the meat was tender, juicy and seasoned well.) Food: 4/5 Service: 3.5/5 Ambiance: 4/5“

“Only 3 stars for atmosphere as it is a take out place. The food servings were generous, delicious and freshly made. Dad got the Gen. Tso and I got the shrimp and broccoli. A dozen shrimp in my meal and Dad had enough for leftovers twice. Good standard Chinese food. Will order again.“

“This is one of the best Chinese Restaurants in the Pittsburgh area. Their homemade dumplings are tender, delicious and juicy. I've had at least ten different entrees and every one of them were delicious. My favorite that I order on a regular basis is their General Tso's Chicken, white meat and extra spicy with shrimp fried rice. I highly recommend trying this hidden gem.“

“Largely a run of the mill American style Chinese restaurant, but the quality of the food puts it above many local contemporaries. Everything I have ordered has been hot and well made, with ample portions for the prices. The restaurant itself was closed for dining for a number of years due to the pandemic, and it's still not a place I'd dine in at, since the dining room is pretty dingy and outdated, and basically seems like an afterthought for the aforementioned takeout business, which always seems quite busy. The service is pleasant, but seems a touch understaffed for demand, so expect your order will likely take longer than the the average Chinese takeout place, and you may be waiting a bit longer than the initial prediction. But for the overall enjoyability of the food, it seems worth it. Definitely a decent takeout option for the area.“

“One of the go to spots on campus. They give you a lot of food. The staff is nice. Open at pretty good hours, and they have boba. My only complaint is what others are saying, the food is greasy. Sometimes it's okay but there are times I've gotten stomach aches from eating here.“

“I ordered chicken fried rice, wonton soup, and an egg roll and it wasn’t even $15!! the chicken fried rice wasn’t as flavorful as I would like it to be, but I loved that the chicken was cut into smaller pieces. the egg roll was pretty good, but the wonton soup was the best I have ever had!! the portions for everything were huge and even better for the price, I will definitely be back.“

“I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken and Hot n Sour soup. The food was very good. The General Tso’s was actually spicy and not overly sweet and the soup was spicy and very good. “This is my first time visiting a small town and I had the pleasure of dining at this local Chinese restaurant, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. My friends and I ordered a wide selection of dishes and each and every one of the dishes were amazing. There was just the right amount of favors and they were all VERY delicious. The portion sizes were also very generous and the prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food provided. The service was outstanding. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations.I speak for both me and my friends and we would 100% recommend this to anyone!“

“I came here to try the peking duck and I have got to say it was one of the best I have had in the area so far. I got the full duck, skin and meat (I have been to some places that only give you part of a duck and hardly any skin) not only that but I got plenty of pancakes, green onion, cucumber, and hoisin. There was easily enough for 4 meals, since I was eating alone. It only took about 30 minutes for them to prepare the duck which is pretty good and average for this kind of meal. The service was great, I am sad I wasn't able to dine in but I definitely understand.Next time I am in the area I am definitely returning not only to get the peking duck but to try more of the meal. I am throughly impressed with this restaurant and can't wait to return.“

“Budget friendly Chinese! Prices look deceivingly high but when you compare to Jade Garden, you are saving $4 an entree. We ordered Kung Pao chicken, vegetable lo mein and it came with fried rice. Our menu said our entree was spicy but I didn’t feel the heat, next time I may ask if they can make it spicier. The portions were huge and this yielded us about 4-5 meals total ($6 a plate). Definitely adding them to our weekly menu because it’s cheaper to order here than buy groceries ? excited to try the full menu!“

“Hey there, yinz Mon fisherman! Listen up 'cause I've got the lowdown on this Chinese joint that's servin' up some mind-blowing lo mein. Picture this: noodles like reelin' in a monster catfish, veggies as crisp as that river breeze you know so well, and protein that's a true river warrior. The flavors they've whipped up are so epic, it's like the Monongahela itself lent a hand in the kitchen. Believe me when I say, this place is the real deal, and yinz gotta get a taste of it. So gather up yer crew, and head on over to experience the flavor sensation. Trust me, yinz won't be disappointed!“

“It's a nice place to eat. The food is good and it's a decent price for the food. The service needs work. The hostess in particular. Though I don't speak their language that does not mean I don't understand body language, attitude and temper. I think she believes since we don't understand her that no one will figure out how mean she is. We just ignore her. I do highly recommend the food.“

“This place has excellent Sichuan cuisine. We had the tofu seafood bao, pork liver, and rabbit. To an American ear, that doesn't sound good, but I promise you it was fantastic. The flavor and spice profile on the liver and rabbit were out of this world. I couldn't even tell the liver was liver. The star of the show, in my opinion, was the rabbit. It was like a dark meat chicken, eith ginger, spicy peppers, brown sauce, and of course the signature Sichaun peppercorn. I highly recommend coming here!“
