Academy Coffee + Market is a welcoming hotel located in a prime downtown area, with many nearby restaurants, the Pennsylvania Convention Center, and Trader Joe's. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are functional, with nice bathrooms and good water pressure, although some may require updating. Some guests have experienced noise issues from the street, but this is common for city-center hotels. The hotel offers a convenient breakfast buffet and a special amenity, the Doubletree cookie. However, some guests have noted that the hotel's amenities, such as free WiFi and water, could be more generous. Overall, Academy Coffee + Market is a good option for those visiting City Center for business or leisure.
