“I've tried a few other dunkin in the neighborhood on uber eats and the order would be wrong or sandwich not cooked/melted all the way. I finally found this store and saw 5 stars so decided to try them. I was so glad I did. I've ordered quite a few times and it's always right, delicious and fresh! I decided to stop in today and every last staff was friendly and warm. I asked for the manager to let her know I order on uber and coming in just showed me even more why they deserve 5 stars ?. Keep up the great work!“

“This is my neighborhood Dunkin, I've been going here for years. They've got conscientious, friendly staff, always quick with my order so I'm in, out and on my way. This is the only Dunkin that gets my coffee right every time, no matter who makes it. My daughter got me a Mother's Day treat from here recently, everything was perfect, as usual.“

“I barely come to this Dunkin. However, I traveled much farther just to come here because it was an overall better experience. It was much cleaner than the one closer to me. The floors didn’t have any trash. The employees were always cleaning around themselves. The cashier was very polite and pleasant with the party I enter with. We were very indecisive about our order. When we finally ordered, even the employees in the back who were completing drive through orders. Helped finished up our order. The front staff even gave us a free hot chocolate due to a delay that was caused from hot chocolate machine. It was not working properly. They had to fix it first.God bless your store“

“This is by far the best location of DD. I work all the way downtown Center City, and was going to the location near my job. However, since 66th is not far from me, I buy my coffee here. And Just heat it up once I get o work downtown. The workers are nice & sweet. The inside is clean, and it's never crowded. So this will for sure be my go to DD spot.“

On the conner of Wayne & Chelten Ave. over in Germantown, the drive-thru is jammed by 6:30AM , walk in is faster. I usually make my own breakfast after, I feed the cats that is ?“

“I am in this store frequently (they're right by my job and my boss has a Dunkin addiction, lol). Anyway, I love the service here, especially by the manager on the morning, and the malr employees on the afternoons and evenings. The couple of times I have ever had to have them fix a mistake, they did it quickly, and with a minimum of attitude (though both times, it was young women who gave me attitude, the young men were sweet and apologetic). The only thing I would say needs improvement is the lobby needing to be cleaned properly.“

“I made an order through the drive thru around noon today and I just wanted to say how amazing the service was! The man at the window, Tristan was amazing. He has such a great personality and helped me with my Dunkin' rewards on the app.

The food is always good at Dunkin', but at other locations the workers are not so nice. I would definitely recommend this location in Morrell Plaza. They have 2 places to order at the drive thru for quick service, and they have workers like Tristan who love their job and help to brighten your day!

I got the loaded hashbrowns, egg white and veggie omelette bites, and a turkey sausage wake-up wrap. all delicious!“

“Best quality of coffee in Philly, would drive a few miles here than somewhere close bc of how good it is, and how the coffee is persistent, good customer experience, clean store. You can taste the difference in quality here compared to other Dunkin’s. ?

“My go to dunkin every morning. I order the same thing all the time so when I show up they already know what I want. The employee's there are amazing, they can probably use some help at times, but they are really great with customer service and trying to get everyone in and out as fast as they can.“

“For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

“For years I’ve tried many DDs in Philly & NJ and this is my favorite. First thing in the morning between 5:00–6:00, the ladies are always on point with my coffee and sandwiches - their service and kind voices whether over the speaker or at the service window hasn’t gone unnoticed. “This is one of my favorite Dunkins'. They are friendly, except for one of the ladies and they get my mobile order correct. I have only had maybe two times that it wasn't and they corrected the error right away. It's busy on weekday mornings but not too bad. Nice stop for breakfast.

“This Dunkin is in a bad location so it's not really their fault for the atmosphere. (ie homeless and addicts everywhere). I ordered at the drive through window the food and coffee came out quick and hot. The employees were attentive and courteous. All in all not a bad place to grab a quick meal. I gave the one star on the food because to me for some reason this locations coffee seems weaker than others and each cup tastes different than the last. A lil consistency in coffee grounds, sugar and creamer would go a long way.“

“I come to this dunkin all the time for a latte. Lately for some reason you can’t order a Latte from the app with whole milk. You also can’t order one from Door Dash,Uber etc with whole milk. So instead of ordering from the Dunkin App I now have to go thru the drive thru or inside to order. Not sure what the issue is with the whole milk but please fix this thanks!“

“There's a lot of people working here if you are trying to get in and out with your food. I walked in, made a kiosk order and it was done in about 1-2minutes. Food didn't look like it was slapped together sloppy like so I'd say go to this Dunkin rather than the one lurking on Cottman ave. They are both close, but Cottman Dunkin is too difficult to get in to with the traffic lingering there all the time during the day“

“This is one of my favorite locations to visit !! The staff here are incredibly amazing ! They are always so friendly and so welcoming every morning, no matter how busy they are! But what amazes me the most is that no matter how busy they are, they never make my stuff wrong! I enjoy coming to this location every morning because these employees make my day!

Kid-friendliness: This is one amazing staff! The young man Michael is one of the friendliest and most pleasant person!

“Nice Dunkin but it’s in the tuck so you might walk past it. Very small space wise so more than 5 people is gonna make it hard to be In there and when I went it was kinda packed. Ordered a avocado toast and it was amazing, also great customer service“

“I've been going to this particular Dunkin Donuts for over 10 years. Overall, Dunkin has always had inconsistent quality across the entire franchise, but this spot is good in retrospect. The morning drive-thru greeter has always had an upbeat positive attitude, more than the other local options. The site is rather small, so the morning rush hour drive-thru lines get awkward fast as it starts to spill out into the main road. Atmosphere is rather limited as well as it's more of a come and go spot.“

“This is my absolute favorite DD store. They are efficient and the staff is very friendly. I use the DD app to order ahead and I have never waited longer than 2 minutes for my order. “I love this location my ice coffee is always made with love ❤️ and the staff are very welcoming. I don’t remember the lady name but I remember she remembered my name just from me using the kiosk machine and one day I went to the counter and she knew my name when my drunk was ready. Parking: There is no parking, ALOT of public transportation from busses to regional rail and the el, but parking you'd have to find somewhere nearby to park and walk back to Dunkin

Kid-friendliness: Always makes my son feel special, with an extra donut or cup of ice water. Very friendly environment for kids and adults alike:)

“I would say that this is one of the best Dunkin drive-through in Philadelphia. The staff members are always pleasant and the service is normally quick unless you are coming during rush-hour I always use this location when I’m in the area and recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quick grab to go coffee and breakfast“

“Cool selection of donations! Digital ordering like at McDonalds. Then everything happens very quickly. Quality is very consistent. The coffee is good but not great. The waitress is very busy with a police officer who gets his donations like in an American movie?Here we were approached by a bizarre gentleman who told us even more bizarre stories.So all in all an exciting experience that makes the very American chain interesting! “I just came here around 11:30 1/27 and this woman (I already forget her name, so stressed about flying, I think Melissa. I think a higher level employee) made me a traditional cappuccino or Macchiato or whatever. I asked for all foam no milk with my espresso and she made the most beautiful coffee. So professional. 10/5 stars. Great job 👏 great price, especially for airport. I paid $6 for my drink which also had an extra shot.

Duncan needs to raise the limit on how much you can tip on a card because you have people out here giving excellent service.“

Parking: It's a small DD parking lot is limited and street parking is very limited . Better going through the drive in.“

“One of my favorite Dunkin's in the Northeast (Philadelphia), but the one bad thing is the riff raff that is outside the doors bothering the people either by asking for money and/or having unwanted chats just to give them money. Management needs to have them go away before its customers find another place to go.“
