“Wonderful experience at this location! Courteous staff , clean store, fast service. Ordered a #1 & #2. Came fresh. I just would like to commend the team here at Stenton Ave bc I just had the worst experience at Old York Rd just minutes before. First time at this location and I'll be there again 🫶🏿“

“This place been here for as long as I can remember. I sometimes come here after a long day of work and have to travel back home to Delaware after work. These people are so thorough. The food is fresh and the service is fast. I used to live around here and the food was great than!! Whoever is managing this place is doing a good job!!!“

“This is my favorite KFC that I’ve ever been to. I used to come here all the time but I moved to Delaware but today I was in Philly for something and went out my way to stop at this KFC because I have always appreciated the good food and fast service here and it was very good as usual. Plus the staff working there was very friendly. The KFC in Delaware where I live now is not like this, trust me.“

“People say when we’re in our hood we get horrible service well I went here back a week ago drive thru there a Muslim sister named Ms T I believe she was so kind a smile on her face I let her know her service is appreciated and she wished me a blessed day on purpose what she demonstrated to me and also her staff speaks volumes !!! Just because we’re in what some call “The Hood” does not mean we can’t get great service and by the way the chicken was sooooooo 😊“

“I never forget that sale about 12 years back. It was10 pieces of chicken in a bucket for 10 dollars. For one month. So, you know I had to represent the whole month until the sale ended. Let me tell you, it was worth it, and that chicken and some beer works out pretty good together. I went every day after work. And I will never forget that. Shout out to Second and Allegheny's Kentucky fried chicken. We in the future now, but I just wanted to say thanks for that fried chicken sale back in the day.“

“Best service ever in the drive through! They don’t even know where just came from a horrible experience at the nearby McDonald’s where I was treated poorly. They don’t even know this. So I went to pay for my food and the very kind young lady says there’s a 16 min wait for fresh original, no problem I’ll take crispy. Then the manager ZAIR (idk if I spelled that right” offers to make it fresh. I appreciate him so much because he did not have to accommodate me at ALL. That made my day because I was just treated so poorly at a nearby restaurant and they were so nice about it.i would travel from upper Darby where i live to work with with this team“

“Staff is absolutely wonderful! Food was amazing. But the bathroom is inexcusable as well as the lack of necessary items- bottled water and cookies and I’m SURE there’s more. Corporate needs to step in and fix up that bathroom those poor employees!“

“The food was ok. The tacos I got were really soggy at the fold on the bottom. When I bit into it the taco fell apart. The other food items were good though. The place is clean. The service could use a little work though. They should at least smile.“

“My fiance and me got food on sunday at 6.50 pm. He was helped by an amazing gentleman who's name he didnt get. After talking after he was really helpful helping my fiance navigate the food I wanted. They talked about how this gentleman used to work at a south philly location. My fiance asked him are you the owner he said he was the manager. He said he though he was the owner cause of how much pride he took in his job and they he seemed like he really enjoyed being there. Once he came back and told me I called to get this managers name cause I wanted him to be recognized. He asked my fiance when he was asking questions about the menu and said sorry I havent had kfc for a number of years but my wife really wanted it. ( were not legally married but we've been together for 12 yrs). This gentleman replied with how come its been so long since you've been here. Our closest lication on frankford and academy closed. After the interaction and the food. This manager who shook my fiance hand and provided great service and yummy food. He may have just turned this into a regular sunday kfc night for us which means I dont have too cook. So manager on duty at 6.50pm sunday the 19th. Thank you for going above and beyond and hopefully he sees this or his higher up do and realize when you have ppl who enjoy there job it makes it so us as the customers want to come back love kfc. I really wanted to put this up for that gentleman. This is definitely the kind of manager you wanna keep so treat that manager right!!“

“I don't mean to be to hard on the KFC but every time I go to that location seems like the drive through is down and sometimes you just don't feel like getting out of your car standing in long line to get your order and for me this was one of those times“

“All of the staff was extra courteous there was a new counterperson and he was absolutely customer friendly when he asked for help from another coworker and they all help and work together I seen a tremendous amount of teamwork and the manager was so personable with her staff it was it was a nice KFC experience that I have ever experienced I left their smiling Yes and the food was great, however, I don't blame the staff but the very very small drumsticks were a disappointment for a the $21
I paid for the chicken.“

“I will say this place good as always been good
But the customer service and items were always missing out the bag. So I would always check my order before leaving. It seems like they got a new manager in there. Nametag said Rashad. Every since he's been there, orders have always been right, and even when the rushy doordashers come in thinking they can just jump ahead when its one person working the front, he makes sure to take care of the line and them as well. Way better!“
