“Incredible meal, outstanding service, cool vibe. Scallops were fresh, perfectly cooked chicken, and the best Panna cotta I've ever had. I asked the server for pairings and they were all perfect. First time having a Pinela and loved it. I wish I was there with someone to try more. It was a last minute decision to eat here and really only stumbled upon it. So glad I found it! Definitely worth a visit. Make a reservation or get there when they open to sit at the bar.“

“i visited this place the day after four chord festival in July during that insane heat wave. needless to say, I was extremely dehydrated and needed SOMETHING. “I often work remotely from my laptop, and this shop has always been my go-to after moving to the Southside in 2020. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and the baristas are extra attentive and caring. I love this spot so much so that after two years of being a "regular" I started working here part time. As a customer turned employee, I can honestly say that being behind the counter is just as amazing as my experience from the other side of the bar. Lavinia puts so much heart into every detail and cares deeply about fostering a sense of community within the shop (for both employees and customers). I recommend Delanie's to everyone in hopes of it becoming their favorite spot too!“

The man making the drinks was super friendly and extremely insightful!

We got a strawberry puree matcha the strawberry flavor was very subtle but the perfect for a lightly sweetened flavor
And I got a lavender iced matcha (my favorite!)

“Just tried this place for the first time today with a friend who has been before. Awesome hole in the wall type of place, decorated with awesome artwork and vintage star wars collectibles. Music was choice. I was happy when Weird Fishes by RadioHead started playing. The person working told me the name of the radio station that he plays, which I didn't quite catch, but he was very kind. Got a great cold brew with almond milk and lavender syrup. And I tried my first Banh Mi Sandwich that happened to be the vegan tofu variety. When I tell you it an explosion of fresh flavors and textures. So delicious and refreshing on a hot day. Savored every bite. My friend got her usual BLT with vegan bacon, which she loves. Special shout out to the barista Em for making some of the best coffees I’ve ever had and always having great drink recommendations and such cheerful, professional customer service. The entire place is decorated so cutely with their signature mugs and wall art (please start selling the mugs!) and their iconic mirror wall. I recommend Sidecar whenever a friend mentions they want to get coffee, and I always recommend the Pittsburgh Smog tea and cinnamon rolls.“

“Our first time at the cafe. Loved the atmosphere and the wall graffiti depicting famous people from scientists, to musicians to artists. I read a previous review saying the art on the wall was AI generated, must have been before the wall graffiti was done. We were a party of 3 and each ordered a different menu item. There is something for everyone. The bread for the sandwiches and the bread accompanying the egg dishes is sourdough bread. The salad portions with the egg dish was very generous. The fruit with the French toast bread was mostly berries and generous portion. This is not something you see in other breakfast places where fruit portions are small and mostly banana. Waitresses were frindly and accomodating. We all loved it and will be coming again.“

“Potomac station is a great little corner coffee shop. The coffee is made properly and the pastries and paninis are made there. Try the Mayan Mocha and the pumpkin cinnamon rolls. I highly recommend it. Andrew runs a tight ship.

But when I came in there was a young man sweeping the floor because it was almost closing time and he put the broom down and came behind the bar to wait on me. He's the superstar in this story! Space is extremely large, and there are multiple types of seating where you can work solo or with a group. There is free Wi-Fi as well as plug points.
The coffee is delicious and they have Vietnamese coffee, which is one of my favourites.
The banh-mi was delicious and although not entirely traditional, it was extremely tasty.
