“Since my go to dimsum spot permanently closed, I have been searching for authentic dim sum and luckily I found this spot. As soon as you walk in the decor is gorgeous & the service is quick & friendly.

The menu is large and they're constantly changing it up, I'm surpised its not busy as there are so many options to eat. The food we got was fresh, hot and delicious & the cucumber water was so refreshing.

“Stumbled upon Katana when our usual spot in Robinson was closed between lunch / dinner. OMG happy we did, so fresh and flavorful. The Chefs rolled to order and served proper items accordingly. “I have never in my life reviewed a store but this changes today. This was like genuinely soul reviving. The soup I got I’m like 90% sure cured my sore throat. The matcha-taro-redbean tea is frickin life changingly amazing. This is so many words but this is how content I am with my purchase. Ordered through DoorDash and the delivery went very smoothly with the restaurant, within 20 minutes of me placing the order it was marked as ready for pickup. I will definitely come back bc omg. “Anyone who knows me, knows I love supporting small local businesses. The food was outstanding, but I was surprised at the plastic flatware/napkin in a sealed plastic bag and not real stainless steel flatware. Prices were inline with other Indian restaurants I have been to. Unfortunately, it's street parking in an already crowded street because of apartments. Would I recommend? Absolutely. Would I go back in the future? You bet I would!“

“Very pleasantly surprised. We always eat at Fortune Star Buffet in Monroeville but decided to try this place cuz it's closer to us.

The buffet has relatively few selections (Fortune Star has a ginormous variety of dishes) but the QUALITY/TASTE of the food is WAY above Fortune Star.

My personal favorites were the spring rolls (I ate four where normally I eat only 1 or 2 max) and the General Tsao's Chicken: amazingly delicious whereas all other General Tsao's I've had is so-so at best.

We'll still eat at Fortune Star just due to its massive selection of buffet options but we will def be back to this one just for the proximity and the quality/taste of the food.

We lucked out and found a paid parking spot right across the street ($3.15 for an hour; paid via the Pay By Phone app.)“

“This has become my fave chinese takeaway in pgh. The fried rice doesn't have any veggies but it's packed with meat and delicious. The lo-mein is my latest fave. I get both with pork and it's the good char siu type pork.

I ordered the chicken lo mein, white meat General Tso's with steamed rice, two chicken egg rolls and a vegetable egg roll. All of the food was extremely flavorful, fresh, and insanely delicious. The chicken was very tender and flavorful, the vegetables were all crisp and perfectly cooked, the rice was light and fluffy, and the noodles were perfectly cooked, seasoned, and had a delicious stir fried smokiness. By far, the best Chinese food I have had in a very, very long time.

“I’m rating this five stars because of several reasons. First of all, there are very few options for fast food around this neighborhood. Also, most of the options within a block or two are questionable at best in terms of quality, consistency, and price. Parking is a kafkaesque nightmare around here too so if I am forced to choose fast food, my most frequent choice is here. Hunan is not amazing for the price, but it is basically exactly the same every time, and it’s hot. If you’re willing to pay $18, you can get a filling and satisfying yet greasy meal. I always go for the fried rice, chicken, and broccoli and maybe egg rolls. Like I said, it’s outrageously priced but at least you know you are getting a lot of ok quality food instead of rolling the dice with other nearby options.“

“There is a reason this restaurant doesn't need to have a dine-in area. Their food is amazing and reasonably priced. The biggest compliment I can give Golden Dragon is "consistency." We have ordered from them for years and never had a bad dish/meal!

“I LOVE Rose Tea Cafe. It is such a great place to grab a quick bite just off of campus, and the turnaround for the food is quite reasonable. I have been an embarrassing number of times and I often get the beef hot pepper over rice dish as well as a milk tea. You are not allowed to eat inside, so be prepared to take your food back to work or eat out on the street, but the food and portions are great especially considering how reasonably-priced they are.“
