“It was easy to order online and pickup in person. I wish there was some type of tracking to know when your food was ready. When you show up for pickup, they show you everything you ordered before they package it. “Stopped by for a few, and I wasn't disappointed, I had one house mixed drink along with a few different beers. The beers and mixed drink were spot on and very well done. I sat at the bar and ordered the house special taco nachos. It was huge, very flavorful, and priced very well.The drink was the Tumeric Elixer.Beers, O mama, Vodoo love child. I would go back and also recommend this to all craft beer enthusiasts. This should be a stop on anyone's craft brew tour. There isn't a waitress staff. You must order at the bar. if you've been here before you would know this, but if you're just coming here for the first time, please be prepared to order at the bar.“

“Phenomenal restaurant with staff to match the vibe. Everyone here is super friendly, and even the staff that are new seem to hit the mark without jeopardizing customer satisfaction. I would like to mention that I had a large party of 13 people. We did not demand to be seated together (because that would be ridiculous) but did have a specific time we would like to be seated. I had arrived an hour early to check in, and the staff were more than reasonable to accommodate us. The service we received was fast and friendly despite the obviously heavy load on the servers at the time. My table had a newer server, but he was still very skilled and accommodating. I will be returning often. I love this First Watch!“

“Alta Via is definitely a favorite place of mine now. Tonight was my third time coming, and our server Eddie was absolutely amazing. He saved our night! (We had a horrible experience at another resturaunt, so we left and came to Alta Via in Market Square!) He was so attentive to our needs and really went above and beyond! “Dad’s Pub & Grub in Monroeville! Was out at Monroeville Mall with a friend and we were looking for some good food and stumbled upon this gem!! Seen it had good reviews and the food looked awesome and the reviews/pics definitely did NOT disappoint. Started out with chicken tenders with a dry rub & ranch for dipping. Then for our meals I got a Cuban & my friend got the mushroom Swiss burger, both with fresh cut fries. The Cuban was amazing!! And one of the biggest I’ve ever had. I really liked the mustard sauce. The fresh cut fries were delicious too. The mushroom Swiss burger was delicious and absolutely giant for the price of $11!!!!! (I believe the Cuban was also $11) And that price INCLUDES the fries. We also split a side of Mac and cheese which was pretty good! Had a nice flavor and the sauce was nice & creamy. I also had a delicious cocktail but can’t remember the name. It had Tanqueray gin, lavender/chamomile infused simple syrup & fresh lemon juice. Deliciousness all around and such good prices!! 5 stars 10/10 highly recommend!!“

“Highly reccomend fantastic fish... didn't try the homemade hot sauce as I'm a tarter guy but maybe next time... got the fish sandwich and let's say I'm stuffed more than a crab cake.... Enough for two people or someone that's super hungry recommend the extra roll... only negative i can give is I'm not a fan of the Ken's tarter sauce it's a tad too thick like a paste... but then again it's hard to find a good pre made tarter sauce.... “Flavors change often. I've come several times and always see something different. I personally love getting the Extreme, which is their version of a DQ blizzard. You can choose what base from any of the available flavors that day and add toppings!! Usually most places do vanilla as the base.Previously, I got an Extreme with a Butter Pecan base mixed with Oreo and cookie dough pieces. That was unusual and tasty, but I also highly recommend adding their new brownie cookie dough bites! That really adds something extra. Last time, I got an Extreme with vanilla ice cream mixed with Oreo, cookie dough, and brownie dough bites. Definitely yummy. Overall, I definitely keep coming back.Also it's cash only! But worth it.“

Served steaming hot, crisp batter, and tender fish on a fresh hoagie bun. Tartar sauce was very tasty as well - with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and yes a strong dash of hot sauce. Definitely got my fried fish fix (5 out of 5). If were to provide any critique maybe the bun could have been toasted a bit more to hold up to the condiments - however, while a bit challenging to manage eating like a sandwich, entire time I was eating the sandwich I had a big smile on my face. “Very good food. A better takeout wing place than eat-in. Beverages are mostly bottled out of the cooler, like you'd see at a convenience store. Had the wings. They were excellent. Fries are fresh cut. You can see them putting the potatoes through the cutter.“

“Well The Hood made his way to Monroeville Pa! Stopping at the coal pizza to try it. Well… the food was good had some white pizza and wings with dry rub ( recommended by our server, wings that is). Not a fan of the dry rubs but this wasn’t bad… Th e pizza was burnt on the edges but it’s their style but it was still good. Had spinach artichoke dip and it was great! Got a chopped salad also and it was delicious! Recommend both! So overall food was good. Service- excellent! He kept an eye on us and checked often if needed anything! Atmosphere- nice lots of pics of past people you’ll see when you go. And The Hood recommends you go! “Foods great bartenders are great. Quick fast but accurate good customer service. With delicious drinks and food. Honestly I was told the blue lagoon was really good and it's vodka blue curaçao lemonade it was a very good drink just wish it had more lemonade flavor to it. And as far as the raspberry long island goes it's perfectly delicious and scrumptious. Their seasoned fries and Mac attack bowls Cajun shrimp was quite delicious. Although personally I might ask for more Cajun next time. I love to be able to see it in the delicious creamy white sauce they pair it with also the shrimp in this delicious delicacy is fried. “Had a funeral lunch there in October for my mother-in-law. The service was impeccable and the food selections were perfect! The staff expressed their sympathy. I attended another funeral luncheon recently somewhere else and the service and food was very lacking. Highly recommend having a group event here! The price was reasonable too.“

“Mogie was one of a kind. He just had this energy that you wanted to be around. He always made you feel welcome, like you were family. Even if you had never been to his restaurant before, he would just come up to your table and start talking to you like you were old friends. That’s who he was. “This place was well worth the drive to the new location in Penn Hills. The big Victorian house allowed us to have a party of twelve in a homey setting. Excellent Brussel Sprouts and Bruschetta for appetizers. We all enjoyed our various pasta dishes. The friendly staff worked patiently with our gluten free and dairy free restrictions. The Beans and Greens were the best and two of us ordered more at the end to take home. Bring your own bottle with a $6 per guest (even if we didn’t drink). We highly recommend this place!“

The fried zucchini and salad were both delicious, I loved the poppy seed sweet and sour dressing. The pasta, though... I guess I should have asked questions. I love spicy hot food, the problem was not that the dish was too spicy. The problem was that the dish was hot for the sake of being hot. There was no flavor to the hot peppers/sausage in it at all. It's also literally just tomato sauce, I guess I was expecting a marinara. Was it horrible? Absolutely not. Would I order it again? Absolutely not. My husband's steak looked (and he says it tasted) delicious, but he said the baked potato was overcooked and dry. He didn't finish it.I expected more of a $100 meal.“
