“Second time here and continues to be very good. I had crab cakes and they were excellent. The crab soup was very good. I like supporting small local places like this. The bar is separate so no cigarette smoke at all in dining area. We will be back.“

“This was a yelp find that ended up being a total diamond of a find. The drinks were well made and not overdone. The Brussel sprout appetizer is the best I have ever had. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, but the burgers are just amazing. Finally, dessert is just.... Wow. True creme brulee, made the way it was meant to be and in such a perfect abundant portion. We could not be more thrilled with our experience. The waitress we had, Heather, was just a font of information, she gave fantastic recommendations and made sure our first experience was just above and beyond. We will be back.“

“Was a little disappointed in the pork belly, it seemed to not have been cooked long enough as it was tough. The classic short ribs were however perfection.Ambiance is wonderful, with a very cozy atmosphere. Reservations recommended!! A bit pricey, but when they get it right it is certainly worth it.“

“Superb food in a comfortable, upscale setting. I would make this one of my restaurants of choice for business meetings. I ordered the grouper and a Caesar salad. The fish was perfectly baked and seasoned, flaky and moist. The waiter brought my party a whole carafe of lemon water. Our seats by the window ensured our conversation wasn't overwhelmed by other restaurant patrons. No complaints. I'm looking forward to sampling some of their other dishes.“

“I recently dined at this location and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The server, Julie, was wonderful. Attentive and informative, while being unobtrusive. The ribs and baked beans were quite good. The baked beans had huge tender pieces of pork in them. I kind of wish I had ordered a plate of those! The little things, like refilling water and providing extra napkins and wipes, were attended to without interrupting the table. We had great service. Sometimes, even with a good meal, the service can make it a not-so-good experience. Prices have gone up since the last time I was here, but I left feeling as though I got my money’s worth. “Service was great considering how crowded the place was. The waitress was quick and attentive. My dissapointment came in the misrepresented chicken Chesapeake. I asked for no cheese, not a big deal, when it came out with cheese I asked to have it fixed. No problem, it came back out with no cheese. Now it's naked crab meat on a chicken breast. I asked the sender who delivered it where is the imperial sauce ? The menu says it has it ? He took it back to the kitchen, came back out and said this is how they make it. Well the menu says it has imperial sauce on it ? Which is one of the yummy ingredients I was expecting. False advertising.... I'd try the place again, just wish the menu was correct.“

“Drove by Cheddar's 20 times. First time we tried it. Beautiful building. Tiles, ceiling fans, lay out very nice. Hostesses were polite. Wait was 20 minutes on a Saturday night at 7:30 pm. Not bad. 4 Hostesses standing around, but not helping servers or bus people , just talking. Bartender was great. Quick with my drinks. Friendly. Server was nice, friendly. I guess the art of suggestive selling is gone. Didn't suggest drinks, appetizers, entrees or desserts. Got our orders correct. My girlfriend's chicken pot pie was delicious. Her daughter's BBQ bacon burger was good. I was not a fan of the meatloaf. Tasted like a TV dinner. Plus they put peppers in it. Mash potatoes were good. I was disappointed with the cheddar broccoli. I was expecting macaroni and it has rice in it. Maybe I read it wrong. Cheese and broccoli were good, not a fan of the rice. No manager check in during our meal, which surprised me. “Stopped for dinner on a whim on a Friday evening, mostly because the sign said "Breakfast 5am-11pm" and we're suckers for an all day breakfast.Place was hopping, but we were seated quickly. Food was fantastic and came out quickly, as well as being huge portions. Partner had Chunky Monkey pancakes with sausage that he raved about; I had the Pot Roast French Dip with corn fritters as a side, and it was everything I wanted in a diner meal.Seems like a well-run place; everything looked to be running smoothly and the staff all seemed comfortable with the level of customers. My fiancé got the orange glazed chicken which was just as good. The staff were also amazing, and we had a great waitress! For our appetizer we had the cheese fondue, which was great as well. It felt upscale, but the prices were super affordable and reasonable. It was also casual, which we loved!“

“I live in Maryland and was visiting a friend in the area. Wanted pizza, found this place on google and it was close, so we decided to try it. We ended up getting strombolis. The staff was amazing, and the food was outstanding! Very reasonably priced and giant portions! We already decided to come back next time I visit and we're trying the pizza lol. “My mother has been telling me for months to try this place. Well, we tried it last night. It was great! A small, unimpressive bar connected to a bowling alley. The food was excellent. I had the ribeye with brussel sprouts. It was cooked perfectly and hands down one of the best steaks I've had in the area. My wife had the filet. It too was excellent and cooked perfectly. Our server was short handed by another server calling in sick...she handled the volume with ease and was extremely pleasant and attentive. Live music came on just before we left and was a nice touch. Will definitely be going back.“

Our table was weirdly sticky and she did everything she could to clean it. She ended up moving us to another table after finding out the varnish on the table sits in the sun causing the stickiness. I always get a side of ranch and they go out of their way to remember that I get the extra ranch on the side. Talk about customer service. Breakfast is my most often eaten meal here, but also eat here at least a couple times a month on nights when we don't get around to cooking early enough. “Steak is always excellent here . 2023 April Update we went there a party of five the place was full. I bought my usual a sirloin steak mushrooms and the rest anyway all of our food was barley warm. I said something to the waitress that ask if I wanted it heated up I declined it was already dry and tough this is the second time in a row food was way under my standard the time before was in 2022. I used to look foward to going there . Today I made roast beef and it was so tender it melted in my mouth and the beef came from Walmart and it blew your steak out of the water 10x better and not dry tough or cold.Shame on you for charging premium money for 2nd rate food.I wanted to say something to the manager but my girlfreing did,t want me too. The hot dogs are definitely the best, even though they took off the German dog...
