“OMG, our plan was just to stop in for coffee. We ended up having breakfast for dinner, sharing a big piece of cake, AND having 2 cups coffee, while enjoying fun conversation with Annie and her daughter. We'll ABSOLUTELY be coming back here! The atmosphere was completely welcoming, the food was hot, fast and tasty (eggs jist how I love them) and the coffee was hot and FRESH! (A new pot of regular was brewed up when we ordered. This place is a gem! There's some community boards advertising fun local activities- plays, bazaars, fairs, etc.
We saw one of the specials being served, and there was a full cob of corn delivered with it. I bet it was local and fresh, as someone was advertising selling corn by the dozen on a sign. Loved this diner!

“We made reservations for over 20 for 10am brunch. Prior to the day, every staff member that helped us plan was wonderfully patient, knowledgeable and available. We had one guest with significant allergies to gluten and she was able to feel confident in what to order and that her food wouldn’t be contaminated. The staff was very understanding and reassuring about that. We all ordered off the menu, service was outstanding and food was exceptional!! We highly recommend the PourHouse for groups! Fantastic experience!“

Julia greeted me with a smile and suggested I go to the bar where I was met with Karli. I had the best beverage and was given a take out menu to insure I come back again. Side salad was not just iceberg lettuce which was nice. Cuban panini could have had more meat. $.50 for extra pickle chips. Soft pretzels were very good. As was the spaghetti/meatballs & fish sandwich.“

There were plenty of other folks in the place and more arrived after we did, but the staff were great even though obviously feeling a bit tired after having an extra long day the night before. The food was very good and reasonably priced.
Though I did feel the chipped beef was missing meat, it seemed to be more sauce, but that may have been due to being the end of the day. The biscuits and gravy were very good. The seasoning was wonderful... Too often the gravy is too heavy on pepper to mask other flavors, but that was not the case this time.

Overall, everything else was quite good and I look forward to trying more options on future visits.“
