“I don't know why people think pulling forward to wait for their order is a bad thing. We have many customizations and items it takes a few minutes to prepare it. The owner of this franchise is a nice person and does fries and doesn't skimp on them. All the managers are nice and they effectively delegate. It's a great starting job for teenagers and it teaches you the responsibility of helping the business thrive. At times this job can be stressful, but you have to be willing to put in effort and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.“

Sarah was so kind and professional. I went in today and all of the staff was friendly. They apologized even though it truly was no big deal. The establishment was very clean. I don't think these employees get enough respect and credit. Thank you for all that you guys do.“

“So my food was great, the store was very clean, and I had the coolest experience while i was eating. a gentleman I can only assume was a/the manager was interviewing a young lady, and was so excited to offer her a position that he was dancing as he walked away from the interview, telling another person here that they hired another 4-11..... and quite honestly, it made my day. “I ordered some mozzarella fries via a delivery service and the order that I placed was very much so incorrect at fault of DoorDash. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, Devante (apologies if my spelling is incorrect), who was so kind and generous. They immediately made right of the situation. I ended up driving to the establishment to pick up my order. I spoke to a woman with dark red hair, I unfortunately did not get her name, but she was more than lovely! Devante came to the window as well to introduce himself and apologize again. Between the two of them, the customer service I received was a 10/10. They were both extremely personable and just wonderful to interact with. The food was both fresh and excellent but it was the customer service that blew me away!“

“I love the food, I loved my food poisoning that I got with it, I smelled the seat, wash yo seats smelt like a crusty dusty mess from the Stone Age, put the chairs out there misery, there were some spiders and cockroaches like little baby ones hideing in the corner, and they were out of cheese and crust! Y’all clean yo dusty seats and tables, smells like a prehistoric fart from the stone age

“The best chicken I ever had. First had it at their old diner now closed years back and was surprised how good Broasted Chicken is . Delicious 😋. So I tracked down their other location on Ridge and make my special treat trip up from West Chester just for that Broasted Chicken every so often. Well worth the drive.. .“

“Burgers were as you expect and cooked fine, little more greasy than other fast food burgers. The mustard is interesting and not a bad combo with the burger. The chili cheese fries were a complete miss and the fries are way too thin. The desserts were the best part of the place and will definitely be coming back.“
