Parking: Plenty of spaces or can park in spaces near other stores in same shopping center.“

“This is the best DQ in the area. Far better than Quakertown. The fries are fresh because they drop them to order. That's the best part. Also. their Root Beer is carbonated properly, unlike Quakertown which is flat as a pancake. Trust me when I say this. Go here and you will see what a real DQ is supposed to be like. Get the chili dog combo. It will knock you out!“

“I don't write many reviews, but I do when I feel like it is well deserved. I had a small mix up with my order when it was extremely busy. I called and spoke to Sarah. Sarah was so kind and professional. I went in today and all of the staff was friendly. They apologized even though it truly was no big deal. The establishment was very clean. I don't think these employees get enough respect and credit. Thank you for all that you guys do.“

“The rating is for the gull-time EMPLOYEES mainly. I can't believe the turnover at this place. I like BK most out of the fast food places, but the company asks impossible things of their staff.

Yes there's usually a wait, so plan on going inside if you're in a hurry. The pay isn't great, people usually do their best.

I KNOW public-facing service/hospitality can be brutal and it's unfair for that to single out the front line workers.....who are ROUTINELY screwed.

Food is great, it's BK. Just not fast. I'm wondering how to keep this place in its location with a new franchise.

“So my food was great, the store was very clean, and I had the coolest experience while i was eating. a gentleman I can only assume was a/the manager was interviewing a young lady, and was so excited to offer her a position that he was dancing as he walked away from the interview, telling another person here that they hired another 4-11..... and quite honestly, it made my day. I'm gonna go get more food myself!!!“

“I love the food, I loved my food poisoning that I got with it, I smelled the seat, wash yo seats smelt like a crusty dusty mess from the Stone Age, put the chairs out there misery, there were some spiders and cockroaches like little baby ones hideing in the corner, and they were out of cheese and crust! So I tracked down their other location on Ridge and make my special treat trip up from West Chester just for that Broasted Chicken every so often. Well worth the drive.. .“

“Visited in Florida and absolutely loved it!!! The staff, food and vibes were amazing! I will take this place over 5guys and Jake’s Wayback as well as those other fast food burger joints any day!!! The custard, made on premise is out of this world!!! I am am so stoked to see there are a few locations semi close to me near Hatfield, Lancaster so day trips are on the calendar!!!
