“Visited Angelos's on Friday, 9/29/23 for late lunch. Had several out of town Family members (10) and 3 babies with me. Dana was our server. She was very friendly, and excellent waitress. With 3 babies in our group was a little hectic at times. Food as usual was delicious. Some ate Pasta, others had cheese steaks. Food always fresh. Tony is was so great seeing you again. “My wife and I just tried Jersey's Tomato Pies and Bistro for the first time and it's awesome! There aren't too many pizza options in Holland, Pa and we wanted to try this one. This will be our go to pizza place for the future. The owner and staff are very friendly and their food is top notch. My wife ordered the meatball parm sandwich and I ordered a medium tomato pie. Both were tremendous. The sauce on the tomato pie was like nothing I've ever tasted. Very fresh and a delightful sweetness. We'll be back soon!“

“I came on a mission to try what one reviewer claimed to be the best vodka /pink sauce he'd ever had. While it did not disappoint, maybe not the best I've ever had. Nonetheless, The Southampton Pizzeria and Restaurant has plenty going for it. The pricing is fair, with almost all entrees under $20 at the time of this review. The entrees come with a generous house salad with two of their house made garlic knots. The portions are also bigger than average. The sauces are all house made, which is hard to find at this price point. The menu is inventive and diverse, with a lot of options from appetizers, salads, pizzas and dinners. You'll leave full and with money left in your pocket. I'll be back again“

The venue is absolutely stunning, and the food is phenomenal, yet these two things do not hold a candle to the service. This past weekend was no exception. Sabrina, along with the young man and young lady who worked along side Sabrina, were excellent! Very attentive and professional for a family dinner consisting of 18 people, ranging in age from 23 to 94 yrs old. Everyone was pleased with the atmosphere of the dining room, service and food. “We have come to La Strada many times... This time was by far the worst experience we have ever had. Sadly, the server was a bit overwhelmed I think. He came over to us and then let us sit for about 15 mins before he came back. Glad it is BYOB or else we probably would have been waiting for drinks also. After he finally took our order, which we knew by the sounds of other tables comments, it prob would come out wrong, we finally got our soup and salad and then another waitress that works there came over with the pork chop special to give us... Um, no that is not by any chance close to what we ordered. She walks away. Our server never came over to tell us what happened. About 20 mins or so later, we received our order.... BUT LO and BEHOLD, my husband's dinner which was Pollo Gamberi was missing ALL of the shrimp. This is a staple of this dish. I am really not sure what happened. But he comped our soup, gave us 2 pieces of dessert to take home, even though we said no and I also heard the ppl next to us never got their app. And he comped that. The owner is sadly gonna keep losing money if the server doesn't step up his game. From now on, when we go in , we will ask for the servers we have had and we recognize.“

“Holy cow, I’ve lived around here my whole life and i cant believe noone has ever told me about this place! So i feel its my job to SCREAM at the top of my lungs about how amazing my experience was. Savannah is so bubbly , friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and specials. I am so impressed with her ability to remember and recite the intricate details of all of the specials. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. We met the chef and he was just as sweet and as the hostess. This place is a real hidden gem, And im going to do my best to help unhide it!“

“This is the best Italian place around. The vodka sauce is EVERYTHING. I could drink the vodka sauce straight it's that good and flavorful, I have never had anything like it. The people are also the best, they take such good care of you and can personalize anything too including getting the chicken parm with vodka sauce instead of marinara, or adding veggies to a pasta. The Primavera and calamari are also fantastic and they have really great cakes and ice cream. This is my go to spot!“

“We had not been to the Jarrettown on a weekend evening in a very long time. I had forgotten about the live music. The music talent situated in the bar area was terrific. He performed music from the 60s to current melodies. Our busgirl was very polite and pleasant and ensured that we always had water. She even boxed our leftovers for us which was really appreciated. Our entire meal was delicious. The cream of mushroom soup with pancetta was extraordinary. Our entrees-the salmon and the Jarrettown chicken-looked as if they came from a culinary magazine. The beautiful appearances of these two dishes were equally matched by how great that they tasted....out of this world. In addition the entrees arrived at the appropriate temperatures which is really important to us. We capped the meal off with with raisin bread pudding with vanilla ice cream.“

I had the Chicken Carciofi, served steaming hot, amazing flavor. My wife had the chopped antipasto salad, also very good.
