“Was pleasantly surprised by this terrific diner. The atmosphere is very friendly and the big portions are delicious. Great selection of fresh desserts, made both on the premises and Shady Maple in Lancaster. Salad bar had a huge fresh variety of salad toppings. Katie, our server, was a delight. Will definitely be coming back.

“The sense of community is definitely Tuned Up’s greatest strength. You come in as a stranger and leave as friends. Live music in some form almost every night where anyone can participate without feeling judged. All this on top of excellent BBQ, pizzas, and wings and of course the beers that are brewed in-house. Just an all around great place!“

“Great food and absolutely great service. So friendly and attentive. We WILL be back! Party of 6. Apps were very good and included the raw oysters; oyster app and coconut shrimp. Dinners included Blackened Salmon; Salmon Tacos; Burger and special of the day - Barbecue Ribs. They were complimented with fresh veggies that were really different, fresh and yum. Bought a birthday cake. A little expensive but my, it was spectacular! We will be back“

“I just held a 40th birthday party at Lock 29. Everything was great. The space was perfect, everyone raved about the food and cake (some people said it was the best cake they’ve ever had!), The servers were awesome, they made sure everyone had what they needed and did a great job keeping things organized and clean throughout! I would recommend parties here to any of my friends and family! Everything was exactly what I wanted!!“

“Absolutely delicious breakfast and lunch options! Their Phoenixville location is one of my favorites and I am thrilled to report that this location is just as good! Food is delicious, coffee always full and service is super friendly. Prices are very reasonable too. **Note that it's a pretty small space** We were fine for lunch on a weekday, but I would guess on weekends it fills up pretty fast. Though there's a nice 'bar' with seating and take-out is always an option too! Don't forget their homemade muffins. And the cheddar and bacon grits is dangerously good! You won't leave hungry!“

“Black Lab Bistro is always great! I've never had a bad meal here and the prices are reasonable. We love that it's a BYOB as well. We had 6pm reservations on a Friday night and were seated right away. It wasn't busy at that time but when we left, the restaurant was filling up. Our server was nice and very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“We attended a rehearsal dinner last week at the Fox Barn and had an amazing time. The private room was beautiful, great ambience and lovely atmosphere. The food was good but it was the service that truly made the experience memorable. Our bartender Shannon, couldn’t have been more accommodating! She was super friendly, charismatic and her attentiveness was remarkable! From remembering what we had to drink, to bringing us refills without us having to ask, to going above and beyond to make sure our kids were happy and content. Numerous guests acknowledged how great Shannon's service was. Great venue! Great food! Outstanding service! We definitely recommend The Fox Barn, especially if you're looking for a venue or to host a party!“

“Been there for many dinners throughout entire facility. Not a bad seat in the house … bar is always fun and social. Attended an event in ballroom. The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Food was scrumptious!!! Best place for any size event with many options. Including our own bar which was a plus 🙌🏻🙌🏻. “Casual, great food, better beer in a fun atmosphere.We came here looking for good food, a quality and diverse beer selection, and a casual atmosphere to enjoy conversation with friends. We easily got all of that!The beer selection on tap was large and had a variety of styles — something for everyone to enjoy. The food was also quite tasty. Burger was perfectly done and the salad came seemed fresh and tossed in just the right amount of dressing (not drowning in it). Roast beef sandwich was also one of the best we had in a long time. They also had a lot of nice side items — well beyond just fries and chips.The menu had a good variety overall with tacos, fish and chips and other standard fare. I have no doubt that each would be equally delicious.The place itself felt like an old school sports bar with lots of TVs playing games, but not so in your face with it that it seemed obnoxious. It was just right.We will definitely be back!“

“I think they are off to a good start. The menu seemed limited but I did hear they were updating this. The fried pickles were awesome and a very large portion. My son absolutely loved the chicken and biscuits and said it was the best he ever had. The wings were just average and needed more sauce but had potentialto be a 5. The service was great and everyone was friendly. Its really large inside and great for watching football, hanging out with a group of friends, or even having an event or party.“

“This was our first time at The Downtown, but it won't be our last.
The restaurant was clean and well laid out and decorated for Christmas. We were greeted immediately and seated quickly.
Our server, Bryce, was great. Attentive, friendly, and efficient.
Our drinks came quickly. My wife's cranberry margarita was especially delightful.
The food was excellent. It came timely, but not in a rush. We got the tots appetizer, which was really tasty - the beer cheese in particular. My wife got the French dip, with real roast beef, not just cold cuts. I got the Kinda Healthy salad (with a cheeseburger on top!), which was really great.
Overall this is a fantastic neighborhood restaurant. There were people at the bar watching the game and families with kids in the dining area, making for a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Kid-friendliness: There were several families with kids when we were there, having a fun time. Definitely fine for kids.“

I do like the cheese burger. Better then smash burger and my dad burgers, and the new York burger,. I love the food. It's enough for my tummy. And very nice environment. And it's nice place to eat. I do recommend this server Lauren. And the diet coke is better then smash burger, and this nudys is better, because it's close by. And I love the food. And servers are very friendly. And no waiting. This waiter Lauren brings the food hot and quickly. And nudys is better the first watch.“

“My wife and I love Spring City Hotel. It is our go to place for date nights. They have some menu options we never find other places. We always have a great meal. Bill and Debbie do a fantastic job. Chicken Kiev is my favorite and I’ve never seen it anywhere else. We definitely recommend“
