“It's dunkin, so I guess you like it or you don't. Never had issues going through the drive through. The workers at the window have always been courteous and interactive with my son cause he wants them to hand him the donut through the back window. I'd recommend this place for someone passing through.“

They were SO wonderful with my two year old. We originally ordered him and milk and donut but they recommended a dinosaur drink (green food coloring, whipped cream and sprinkles). HE LOVED IT! Then while we were eating our donuts and drinking our coffees, to our surprise the Bluey theme song came on over the speakers! And so, my two year old had a mini dance party in the middle of the coffee shop. The shop was clean, the baristas were friendly, the food and coffee was top tier. So happy we have another coffee shop to frequent when we’re in York!“

“I came to Ghouls and Grinds for the first time 2 weeks ago, and it was absolutely the best experience I have had at a local coffee shop. The coffee here is fantastic, and the drink choices are amazing. My husband also loves it so much, this is the only coffee shop we want to come to now. I appreciate that they don’t charge extra for things like different milks and for decaf coffee. The cinnamon bun coffee is our absolute favorite. And also- the staff here is very friendly. That’s a huge plus- I have had some disappointing encounters at other coffee shops in the area- but not Ghouls and Grinds- they are fantastic and if you have not tried them I 1000000% urge you to!! You will not be disappointed!“

“Chill place to relax with a coffee and a muffin. The cranberry orange muffin was so good. We also had a red velvet and chocolate cheesecake muffin. All three were perfectly moist and enough to fill you up for breakfast. The latte and mochas that we ordered were well made with just the right amount of sweetness. We ordered a Coconut Butter Latte, a Peanut Butter Caramel Mocha, and Caramel Mudslide Mocha.“

“This is our favorite place for a weekend treat 🥰 the Customer Service is absolutely amazing, everyone that walks in the door is greeted with a smile and a hello. They are the sweetest family, and their kindness and generosity definitely does not go unnoticed ❤️The shop itself is so stinkin adorable, I love everything about it!! I’m a sucker for any kind of donut and these are the best donuts that I’ve ever had. Always such a large variety to choose from. Our toddler LOVES the blueberry muffin, they are his favorite. I tell everybody I can to make sure they visit here at least once!“

“I follow this place on Facebook but never knew exactly where it was. I drove past it so many times, never noticed. Then I'm at Sourh Hanover lakes, looking at the map, and noticed it was right there. Of course I had to try some coffee.They sell crafts too. Very nice server/cashier.“

“Grabbed a quick sandwich on 2 different occasions while traveling to Harrisburg. It's a small airport, so there's never a line and able to order right away. They quickly heated up my sandwich and I had it within 2 minutes. Service was fast and friendly. It's convenient when at the airport.“

“I visit this location often because it’s down the street. I always receive good service, but wanted to give a review today due to the kindness given to me this morning.

I had a very rough morning and had stopped to grab breakfast after ordering on the mobile app. They unfortunately did not have my sandwich is stock, but I was dealing with other things and wasn’t worried about it— just named another sandwich that was offered as a substitute.

The barista that helped serve me offered me the new sandwich and then also gave me a small giftcard to get the sandwich I wanted next time I came in. I really did not expect this, but it was very kind and made my rough morning better. Thank you so much!“

There's never once been a mistake with any order and everything always comes out quickly. “I have been going to the Famous for decades. Always ordered the Hot Dog w/ everything. I recently stopped in abd git my usual 2 dogs with everything and a Strawberry shake. I hatecto say this but the Hot Dogs were horrible. They were dry with a weird texture. I've spoken to several other frequent loyal customers and they said the same thing. I'm not sure if you changed your distributor, but I don't think I can go back. maybe for a cheeseburger with everything. I hope you check into this.“

“I know this is going to sound totally weird, but I was so pleased to arrive to Starbucks this evening, when I pulled up to the window the person who greeted me was super nice, she was very kind and asked me about my plans and all these other things, showing she cared so much about her customers, I love her and I barely know her! 💕 she is so kind hearted and genuine and she was so sweet.
