“I was selling for a coffee and bagels so I stopped at this Dunkin' donuts. Bagel was great but they spilled the the coffee down the side and didn't realize that there was a hole in the cup. So my coffee ended up in my car holder instead of inside of me. That's why I always go to the same Dunkin Donuts in Norristown“

“I have been to over 150 DND domestic and international. This location has been the most consistent for me over the past 3 years. I can't think of a single time I had an issue with my drink order.
I always order on the go and walk in. My go to for a Nitro cb, shaken espresso or just a plain coffee. My mother loves the lattes here when she visits on the weekend.
This location is on the larger side, especially for this area, plenty of room inside. The staff is always friendly and the place is clean. 5 🌟“

I finally found this store and saw 5 stars so decided to try them. I was so glad I did. I've ordered quite a few times and it's always right, delicious and fresh! “Very good coffee .it's right up there with dunkin As far as taste and quality...maybe even better.The prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than Dunkin so that's definitely a plus. “There’s a new location in the Prickett Preserve shopping center in Yardley! If you haven’t visited a Duck location before, it’s a pretty neat experience. Either pick some flavors from their menu or whip up a few of your own. Watch them fry the donuts fresh, then assemble right in front of you! It’s a fun experience that is both adult and kid-friendly.

We ordered a bunch of holiday flavors + an iced peppermint mocha. While I love a specialty donut here and there, the chocolate iced will always have my heart.

“It's the most HAPPENING place around. The morning shift is off the hook, and jumping! You have lines out the wazoo with the drive through, lines to the door, and personnel running orders to the car's from behind the counter. If they get an order wrong, they make sure on getting it right. The employees on all shifts are on point, down to earth, and are a joy to interact with.“

“This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.

“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

“I made an order through the drive thru around noon today and I just wanted to say how amazing the service was! The man at the window, Tristan was amazing. He has such a great personality and helped me with my Dunkin' rewards on the app.

The food is always good at Dunkin', but at other locations the workers are not so nice. I would definitely recommend this location in Morrell Plaza. They have 2 places to order at the drive thru for quick service, and they have workers like Tristan who love their job and help to brighten your day!

The employee's there are amazing, they can probably use some help at times, but they are really great with customer service and trying to get everyone in and out as fast as they can.“

“This location is a hit or miss. There's a high turnover in staff so you never know how experienced the person at the window is.Today I tried a breakfast veggie bowl and really loved it. It's spicy though and I didn't know that ahead of time so it's a good thing I like a little spice once in a while.
