“I was selling for a coffee and bagels so I stopped at this Dunkin' donuts. Bagel was great but they spilled the the coffee down the side and didn't realize that there was a hole in the cup. So my coffee ended up in my car holder instead of inside of me. That's why I always go to the same Dunkin Donuts in Norristown“

“I went to this Dunkin Donuts on Brownsville Road on Trevose, Bucks County Pa. on a Wednesday. I ordered ahead and my bagel and iced coffee were just being put up on the pickup shelf. So my bagel was hot and ready for me to eat. People here were friendly and courteous with quick service. Plenty of room to sit at with a variety options low and high chairs with tables.“

“Loved the environment, the employees and the delicious food!! Yesterday was our first visit and everything was amazing!! The sweet employees made the visit that much more 'thrilling' I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. We will definitely be back!! “Very good coffee .it's right up there with dunkin As far as taste and quality...maybe even better.The prices are very reasonable and much cheaper than Dunkin so that's definitely a plus. Workers are friendly and respectful....This is my go to coffee spot , To top it off the donuts are actually better than dunkin and the breakfast sandwiches blows Dunkin out of the game ...Its pretty safe to say I will definitely be starting my mornings here prolly for a long time.“

“This location on Rte 130 in Cinnaminson is the best ever. The pave is always always clean clean. The staff ate friendly and the manager is the best. “This is my neighborhood Dunkin, I've been going here for years. They've got conscientious, friendly staff, always quick with my order so I'm in, out and on my way. This is the only Dunkin that gets my coffee right every time, no matter who makes it. My daughter got me a Mother's Day treat from here recently, everything was perfect, as usual.“

“I would give it a 5 star for the great staff and the fact that my coffee is always good, but why do they wait until I get to the drive thru to make my on the go order? Isnt the point of the on the go order to save time?“

“It's the most HAPPENING place around. The morning shift is off the hook, and jumping! You have lines out the wazoo with the drive through, lines to the door, and personnel running orders to the car's from behind the counter. If they get an order wrong, they make sure on getting it right. The employees on all shifts are on point, down to earth, and are a joy to interact with.“

“Employees are very nice, I got a Boston Creme and an iced chai latte, both very good for a Dunkin. The shopping plaza has a very interesting layout and the exterior of the stores feel very outdated, otherwise a nice dunkin. I highly recommend it if you want a quick treat or a drink.“

“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“By far the best Dunkin around. I go here daily. The staff is super sweet. They also almost never mess up my order unlike other Dunkin’s. The one or two times that they have I’ve asked them to fix it and they were very apologetic and fixed it right away. Definitely recommend this Dunkin over any.“

“This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.

“I usually don't use the order ahead on the mobile app(horrific prior experiences ) but today I chose to & I'm glad I did! While there was definitely a line(it's the AM & helloooooo COFFEE!) The short wait was well worth it for the quality of the food & the service received! ? If y'all don't already have it, try the mobile app! Great bonuses (discounted or free food), and the option to order ahead, exactly what you want (at least at this location) are well with it! 10/10 recommend!

Parking: While in front of the store, parking is limited, there is a back lot with plenty of parking accommodations!

Kid-friendliness: These folks at this store have been super sweet to my kiddos! Always with a smile for them?

Wheelchair accessibility: While it appears that there's a step up the entire way around the building... There IS a small concrete ramp section at the opposite end of the structure! Sometimes ya just gotta look a bit closer! ?“

And good luck using any of her cards, because they have all been canceled and reported stolen. We are also aware of the last location in which you attempted to use one of the cards. “This location is a hit or miss. There's a high turnover in staff so you never know how experienced the person at the window is.Today I tried a breakfast veggie bowl and really loved it. It's spicy though and I didn't know that ahead of time so it's a good thing I like a little spice once in a while. But my order was correct and it was done promptly so I was in and out of the drive-thru in under 5 minutes so I'm happy. Today was a good day so I'm giving them 4 stars.“

This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“
