“I was selling for a coffee and bagels so I stopped at this Dunkin' donuts. Bagel was great but they spilled the the coffee down the side and didn't realize that there was a hole in the cup. So my coffee ended up in my car holder instead of inside of me. That's why I always go to the same Dunkin Donuts in Norristown“

“I went to this Dunkin Donuts on Brownsville Road on Trevose, Bucks County Pa. on a Wednesday. I ordered ahead and my bagel and iced coffee were just being put up on the pickup shelf. So my bagel was hot and ready for me to eat. People here were friendly and courteous with quick service. Plenty of room to sit at with a variety options low and high chairs with tables.“

“Loved the environment, the employees and the delicious food!! Yesterday was our first visit and everything was amazing!! The sweet employees made the visit that much more 'thrilling' I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. We will definitely be back!! “Employees are very nice, I got a Boston Creme and an iced chai latte, both very good for a Dunkin. The shopping plaza has a very interesting layout and the exterior of the stores feel very outdated, otherwise a nice dunkin. I highly recommend it if you want a quick treat or a drink.“

“The other day I stopped by this Dunkin, and I don't usually come here. A sweet girl wearing glasses helped me out — she was super patient and even gave me her opinion on a few items.
She had such a beautiful smile and honestly made my whole evening after a rough day. I even came back the next day at 7 pm before work hoping to see her again, but she wasn't there. Great workers here, really appreciate the kindness.“

“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“It's the most HAPPENING place around. The morning shift is off the hook, and jumping! You have lines out the wazoo with the drive through, lines to the door, and personnel running orders to the car's from behind the counter. If they get an order wrong, they make sure on getting it right. The employees on all shifts are on point, down to earth, and are a joy to interact with.“

“This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.

“For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

The only thing I had a problem with is the bathroom is the dirtiest bathroom I have ever seen I was really grossed out. So bad I would not even wash my hands in the sink. Parking: While in front of the store, parking is limited, there is a back lot with plenty of parking accommodations!

Kid-friendliness: These folks at this store have been super sweet to my kiddos! Always with a smile for them?

Wheelchair accessibility: While it appears that there's a step up the entire way around the building... There IS a small concrete ramp section at the opposite end of the structure! Sometimes ya just gotta look a bit closer! ?“

And good luck using any of her cards, because they have all been canceled and reported stolen. We are also aware of the last location in which you attempted to use one of the cards. “This location is a hit or miss. There's a high turnover in staff so you never know how experienced the person at the window is.Today I tried a breakfast veggie bowl and really loved it. It's spicy though and I didn't know that ahead of time so it's a good thing I like a little spice once in a while. But my order was correct and it was done promptly so I was in and out of the drive-thru in under 5 minutes so I'm happy. Today was a good day so I'm giving them 4 stars.“
