“We've been here a few times to buy bread, cookies and pastries. Everything is fresh and delicious. But today we tried the raspberry almond scones. Wow! They were incredible, great texture and flavor and the perfect ratio of raspberries to almonds. If you haven't tried this bakery, you're missing out.“

“I was having trouble using my coupon and the lady at the counter didn't know how to use the app. I was getting frustrated and Manager Rob stepped in and managed the situation perfectly! This is why I have my business meetings at Panera! Thx Rob!! “

“I'm very impressed from my experience tonight. I drove through around 6:45. I asked for a particular sandwich, which they said they were out of the bread, for. The employees found enough to make my sandwich! It was probably one of the best I have tasted, from there. Thank you for your kindness, and not just trying to say no. I could tell the employees were probably exhausted from the day; But they were kind, considerate and welcoming. I can only imagine how busy they have been, and how many customers are not kind. It must be frustrating. They deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Especially the gentleman working the drive-thru window. Thank you! Lol, I appreciated the cold ice water, and the butter you ran to the kitchen to get, when I asked. Happy Holidays!!!“

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. As for the chocolate chip cookie… I thought it was fresh, but it was more like a sad, store-bought rock. Tex Mex Burger 5.5 Hand cut fries 6.1 House Made Ranch 8.2 Chocolate Chip Cookie 2.0“
