“I love it here! I love that it’s close to home. The parking situation is the only thing I would say is an issue. Once the busyness starts to slow down I would say it will relax a bit on the parking and there will be more tables open but who knows! If you have an issue with anything please let a manager know, I had a problem with my food coming out wrong and the manager fixed it right away for me. Shakes are so good and I got the Orange Creamsicle. Never can go wrong with some fries and cheese on the side“

“It's been years since we've been to JB Dawson's and the first time at this location. The wait time wasn't bad, glad we had reservations. We went all out, the food was great, and when they say that the potato is a pound, it really is a pound. We left out with enough leftovers for two days. We will definitely be back. Our server, (Rita) was on point. She made sure we had everything. The manager stopped by twice. My only draw was no veterans discount.... Other than that, great restaurant. We'll be back soon.“

“If you are looking for gluten-free food and want to bring your puppy, this is a great place. There is a lot of seating on the patio for you and your dog.
Our server, Claudia, explained that since they make everything fresh, almost anything on the menu could be tweaked to be gluten-free. Awesome.
We started off with some Sangria flights that were delicious. Especially the Rose. I had the Mahi Mahi tacos gluten-free, and my girlfriend had the Cuban Black Bean bowl with chicken breast. The portions are big enough that we could have split a meal, and they were delicious. We did take a gluten-ease pill beforehand JIC and had no issues.“

“I decided to surprise my husband with a birthday dinner at Northridge restaurant, Woolverton Inn; we had the best time!! The last time we were here was when they first opened in 2024 winter and we have been meaning to come back.
The friendly and professional service stood out to us on our first visit, and we're delighted to say that this remains. The host was very accommodating when we asked to sit outside, we sat on their balcony which has the most incredible view of the rolling farm fields.

We both ordered the Yukon soup as an appetizer, SO GOOD!! We were so happy it still tasted just as good as the first time. I ordered their shrimp mofungo (if I'm recalling the name), it was truly one of the best seafood dishes I've ever had; such a great sensation of flavors for the summer time! My husband wanted to have their rib eye again, but ordered the NY strip steak since that's what was available. We both thought it was even better! The char and steak sauce combination make a really unique flavor profile which really sets this place apart. The flavors at Northridge are special and feel like they haven't been rushed, just like the well-paced service.

I forgot to tell our server Brady (who was excellent) that it was my husband's birthday, but somehow he knew to bring a candle with the chocolate mouse, the perfect way to end the night. Thank you for making his birthday so special (and taking the stress off of me cooking!!) We can't wait to come back soon!

Not quite the steak that was hyped to me. Our drinks were solid. Our waitress was excellent and the restaurant itself is nice. Prices were decent, but I just don't think we'll be headed back anytime soon.“

“Nubia (manager) and her staff are lovely and the flavors/variety are impressive! It’s great to have a place like this on campus - a nice mix of faculty/staff and students use this for lunch. We always have a good time?drinks are reasonably priced, and the other patrons are usually super friendly.We love the staff, we love Rick the regular DJ and we never feel unsafe at this bar. The regulars welcome new comers very easily ?✨️? and everyone gets a chance to sing as long as Rick is In charge of the roster.The bartender is a stand up guy too. This passed Sunday, closer to 2am, (6/19) a belligerent drunk started to say all sorts of ugly things about the LGBTQIA+ and black people. As soon as the bartender was made aware, he quickly told that "man" and his friends to get out.The regular DJ, Rick is currently on his vacation and his fill-in apparently shares the opinion of the disgusting bigot, my friends heard him say "I don't care about all that juneteenth stuff, I just don't want *them* near my car."I don't know who this dj thought his audience was, but that kind of comment is not appreciated. “This is a sort of hidden gem which initially brought us in with their gluten free fries, a bowl of warmed/seasoned olives (no longer offered) & a nice Mediterranean salad with some grilled chicken. But what keeps us ALWAYS going back are the amazing the bartenders who take great care of us! Without them I doubt we would have gone back during some hiccups in food availability. If you are looking for some great drinks, great service from the bartenders and some basic bar food then definitely give this place a chance. ☺️“
