“I placed a mobile order and once I got there it was not ready yet. No biggie at all I had placed the order about 10 min prior to arriving and it’s not an issue to wait.We waited maybe 3-5 minutes (if that)before getting our food. They were very apologetic and gave us coupons for the wait and inconvenience. Absolutely shocked by this amazing service! Especially for a evening shift! You really don’t get that nowadays and this honestly made date night so much better! Their attitudes towards the situation was perfect! “I went to Chick-fil-A yesterday to pick up a catering order for work. Let me just tell you, I had the best experience. Our business credit card wasn't really working to pay for the catering order, so I was causing a little hold up, but they were so kind, patient, and helpful to me. The supervisor, David, helped me with everything and even offered me a drink. After we finally got it sorted, I went to sit down and wait for my order. I was looking around during this time and taking note of my surroundings, and I came to notice that all of the workers were just being so kind and actually seemed to be enjoying their job. I know that's the Chick-fil-A standard, but it was just really nice to see. My catering order was done early, and David even gave us a complimentary tray of cookies for my boss and my troubles, and he helped me take my order to my car. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and Chick-fil-A McKnight has some wonderful workers/staff. Will definitely be going back there!“

“Best fast food hamburger in town. Tenders are a bit pricey but are excellent. The $5 lunch is a great deal.

Update for 2024, food is still great but, like everywhere else, expensive. Bathroom is terrible though, really needs to be updated.“

“Best Chick-fil-A in the area! I always order the same thing at all the CFAs, fries with a bunch of salt packets. Usually they just toss the salt packets into the bag. At the Robinson one the salt packets were literally inside the fries and I had to dig them out

Anyway this waterfront location are top notch, I ordered my same funny lil order and they actually put the salt packets into a separate little baggie and put that baggie into the big food bag. You guys don't even know how much I appreciated that! Just wanted to say thank you for being so thoughtful“

“I always love Arby's. Tried their app which is grest. However, Arby's needs to stick to putting the food orders on the shelf in their store for pick-up. I was waiting in line when I could have grabbed and go, only to have the counter person tell me the food was waiting on the end of the counter for 5 minutes which means the 5 I stood in line was actually 10 minutes of semi warm food..I will go back again. The food is too good not to.“

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“Absolutely excellent! The drive thru wrapped around the side of the building, but it didn't take much time at all. We ordered online, so we spent minimal time at the speaker. The man working the drive thru was so friendly and energetic. I could honestly say it was the best service I've experienced in fast food. Mind you, we were there after 8 pm for the Krabby Patty meal that everyone and their mother was probably there for as well. We received our food in no time, and it was so fresh. The fries were burning my mouth because they were actually hot out of the fryer. I've never before had such fresh Wendy's. We went out of our way to go to this location, and we are so glad we did!“

“I’ve been to many Blaze Pizza locations and this one may have been a little messy, but the pizza was great! I asked for my pizza well-done and they did that perfectly. They offer vegan cheese and vegan chorizo as toppings, and many veggie topping options. We will definitely come back.“

“I've been to many, many different Jersey Mike's around the entire country - even the original one in Point Pleasant. The staff do a phenomenal job here and make this place the best one out of all the ones I've been to. It's always clean, the food is really good, and service is top notch. “Went on a Saturday evening for dinner, and it was practically empty. I guess this is more of a takeaway place than a dine in place. You place your order at the cash register, and then when your food is ready, they bring it out to your table in a paper bag. You can choose to take it away or eat there. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich, which is sort of a breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg, and then a nice fried chicken patty. I also got the coleslaw on the side. The chicken was extremely tender, and the overall was very flavourful. It’s a good chicken sandwich, but it did not blow me away. The coleslaw had a little bit more mayonnaise than I like. Overall, a decent meal.“

“I typically eat lunch out and about during the work week due to my job and I stopped at this Qdoba today. It was the friendliest, best service I have had in recent memory and it was just a five minute stop. Kudos to everyone working here. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days.“
