“I really don’t understand the negative reviews at this restaurant. My daughter and I have been ordering from here for years and we’ve also been inside the restaurant to eat many times and we’ve never had a problem. Their food is very good. It’s always hot when we get it And it tastes fresh to us. I was very happy to hear the buffet was back and it’s just as good as it always was. I wouldn’t hesitate to go eat there again. We eat there a couple of times a month.“

“We had a fantastic dinner at this P.F. Chang’s. I had a reservation but otherwise plenty of seating available on a Friday night. We ordered the half-order lettuce wrap appetizer, we each had the Chang’s spicy chicken entree with side of rice, then finally for dessert we ordered the butter cake. We each had 2 cocktails, the lychee and the lemon drop martini. All was delicious with nice presentation. The staff was extremely friendly. Nate “bald” was a great server and took very good care of us. The manager another “bald” lol also checked on us more than once and brought waters out to us. Definitely would go back!“

“My husband and I came across Golden Dragon looking for good Chinese food. The ones we loved had closed their doors due to retirement. The others we found weren't very good. Tonight we decided to do take out for the family and try them for the first time. So glad we did. My fried Pork rice was the best I had in a long time. Everything smells and looked so good. “Our group of 10 hungry cyclists had a great meal here. The rice noodles and shrimp with pea pods were my favorite. What a find and a nice change of pace from other available dining options on then GAP. Residents of West Newton are lucky to have this in their midst! Although it is mostly a take out restaurant, our group of 10 enjoyed eating around a long table.

“I recently visited this Chinese café-restaurant, and I was really impressed! Their wonton soup and hot and sour soup are absolutely delicious—rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. The dish in the photo is orange chicken, which was incredibly tasty, especially with brown rice. Every bite was full of flavor, and the texture was just right.

“A pretty typical Chinese food place. The food is good and fairly priced- you even get the egg roll with your meal. The restaurant is a little dimly lit and no one greeted me when I walked in. But, when someone was able to come she was very polite and quick to get me taken care of. We will be getting more food from here for sure.“

The flavors are on point and you can tell they're not cutting corners on quality.However, there are some things that hold this place back from being perfect. They struggle with special requests - even simple ones like extra sauce packets or utensils often get missed or ignored. Also, heads up that when you order egg rolls, you're only getting one (though to be fair, it's absolutely huge). I wish they made this clearer when ordering since most places give you multiple smaller ones.The pricing is on the higher side, but honestly, Chinese food has always been a bit pricier and with how expensive everything is these days, it's not unexpected. My main gripe is that everything only comes in one size - it would be nice to have options for smaller portions or larger family-style servings.Despite these issues, the quality of the food keeps me coming back. “I have been going to Azon Wok for years and they used to be excellent. Now the last few times I ordered from them, it's not very good. My General Tso's chicken has been terrible. The TV dinners in the store were better. The breading on the chicken was soggy instead of crispy, the chicken meat was tough and dry. The sauce was just orange duck sauce with barley any seasoning to it, no peppers whatsoever in it, no flavor bursting in your mouth like it used to. Seems as if someone doesn't know how to cook the chicken or season it. You get chicken like that from putting it in too low a temperature of oil for a longer time to fry. My chicken fried rice had no egg in it all and hardly any chicken. What happened Azon Wok?“

“I haven’t been here since before the Pandemic but I remember they had the best General Tso Tofu ? on my way home from work I use to order it and pick it up. The staff is really nice and friendly I need to go back. Great vegetarian sections.

“Good food with good portions and prices to match. Across 12+ years of ordering from them I've only had a single mistake, and it was a small one. The place could use a facelift, but it's not dine in so that isn't a big deal. The food is always made quickly, usually 10-15 minutes, and I've never had any issues with it being cold. I also appreciate how fast you can get an order placed, I'm never on the phone with them for more than 30 seconds.“

“This was our first time ordering take out from Hunan Palace. We are very happy with our choice. The steamed dumplings are big and fresh with a delicious dipping sauce. We also ordered wonton soup, egg drop, moo goo gai pan, lo mein, and pork fried rice. The portions are really good. We will definitely be ordering again. Hot,fresh and flavorful. “Recently moved to Pitt for school and kept walking by this cafe, looked interesting and had a lot of my favorite Taiwanese dishes, so I thought I'd give it a try. I got the fried pork chop over rice, eggplant w/ basil, and sauteed green beans. Wow... the comfort that Taiwanese food brings me? This hit the spot!
And I found a surprise when I started eating my pork chop rice, it came w/ a small serving of braise pork underneath and a tea egg, which basically was the bowtie on top of a fantastic meal!
Portions are fairly big too, I have enough leftovers for a meal or two~ Will definitely be going back to try more dishes!“

Has something for everyone, and they have different stuff depending on the day of the week. My personal faves are the sesame balls, coconut shrimp, and the seafood biscuits!“

“My husband stopped by to grab the family meal today around 4:50. Had to wait until 5:00 for someone to bring it out. He ordered 3 orange chicken, 2 rice, 1 noodle. When we went to eat it was only 1 chicken, 4 rice, and 1 noodle. He tried to call and 3 times the automated voice told him there was no one to take his call and hung up on him. Very disappointing. Expensive to not get what you ordered and have no one pick up the phone. Be sure to check your orders!

Update: He went back today to explain what happened and they gave him 2 new chicken. Appreciate them making it right.“
