“We’re visiting from Indiana and decided to stop at Bab’s Chicken in Audubon and wow, we are so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I ordered the Bab’s fries and they were fire.🔥 The gentleman running the register tonight was so sweet, kind, and attentive — just an all-around great person. I didn’t catch his name, but my whole family commented on how wonderful he was. You can really tell this place cares about their customers. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area! 👏“

“Went to this restaurant for the first time. The decor was so comfortable like sitting in a cozy living room. Lighting was perfect! We had the plank salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The perogies weren’t just bought from a warehouse & they were really good! This place has more than wings! I’m regretting not getting more cheesesteak eggrolls because they were so good too. I also got a smoothie (even tho it’s 10 degrees out, I still had to try) and it was great! They must use real fruit because it’s not extra sweet or artificial whatsoever but still worth it!! The building is small with only 2- 4 seat table and a small one with 2 seats. I’m assuming not many people eat here & it’s mainly a take-out restaurant. Regardless, definitely worth trying! “We come to this Applebees often. The reason we come here is the staff and the atmosphere. We feel welcomed and comfortable. We have been served by Jason, Teressa, Joe and they are all wonderful. Tonight we sat with Davin. Davin provided excellent service and ensured we had everything we needed. I also want to give a shoutout to the management team at this location. We have met Mariam and Amy. They both always stop by and check in on us. Not only that, but they spend time talking to us. It makes us feel like they are happy we are there. This location is by far the best Applebees we have been at. Kudos to the management team for creating an environment where the staff excels and creates an experience.“

“My husband and I had to have a quick bite before doing a 24 hour shift at work. We did our Costco run and now needed something open at 10am. We literally showed up at 9:58am and they were open and greeting us. We were surprised to see the seasonal mac and cheese and rib patty. So that's what we got along with their BBQ straw double patty, onion rings and fries. Came out in seconds and it was all very nice and hot and delicious 😋 Jason who I think was the manager was awesome too checked in on us and let us try the mac since we didn't get it which it was great. My husband liked his tropical mango drink, I got the cucumber basil, it was like a lime seltzer. For me it was a great refresher. Overall amazing experience and the other staff member was also extraordinary. Didn't catch his name. Def will be back at 10am!! Thank you both for a great experience.“

However, the gentleman who handles the service is always in a bad mood; he constantly looks at his phone and leaves you waiting—especially if he sees that you are Hispanic, in which case you just get left hanging. His service is poor. Go with plenty of patience, and try to let the cook know that you are there to pick up your food, because the other guy won't budge from his chair. There is absolutely no empathy or good customer service—and this happens at night.“

“Had a great experience here tonight for some half priced appetizers with the boys! Our server Michael was so nice, he was fast, memorized our order, and was thankful for our visit. I had a crisp bush light apple which just fits the atmosphere of the apple house. The food was good, about what you’d expect from Applebees and their prices. Food and drink came out fast by a friendly team of food runners and servers. Great vibe all around. Kudos to this location for hitting it out of the park tonight unlike Bryce Harper.“

“Visited Cousin’s Burgers today for their grand opening and it was absolutely worth the wait! The location is perfect and such a fantastic addition to downtown West Chester. As a two-time graduate of West Chester University, I especially loved seeing the WCU-themed murals inside — such a thoughtful and local touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area craving a great smash burger. However, I pass it on way home from everywhere & stop 2 or 3 times/month for a chocolate shake. The shake is always good & the service is always friendly & happy. “I've been to the Five Guys in King of Prussia plenty of times, and I was there again last weekend. Same story every visit: the food hits the spot and the staff actually pays attention. Burgers come out hot, seasoned right, and made how you asked. Fries are always fresh and they pack the bag.

What I appreciate most is how steady they are. Even when they’re slammed, and the KoP Mall gets slammed, they keep things moving and still get the order right. The place is clean, the crew works well together, and it’s one of those spots where you know exactly what you’re getting every time.

“I don't know why people think pulling forward to wait for their order is a bad thing. We have many customizations and items it takes a few minutes to prepare it. The owner of this franchise is a nice person and does fries and doesn't skimp on them. All the managers are nice and they effectively delegate. It's a great starting job for teenagers and it teaches you the responsibility of helping the business thrive. The whopper was totally improved as like the recent Buger King commercial which I enjoyed it like decades ago😍 Hopefully, Buger King keeps working this possitive way.
One thing, a half of my fries was old taste...cold and dry😞

I took out two whoppers and a small-french fry, and had some of the fries at the car. Unfortunately they gave me the old and cold fries...It was very disappointing. That is why I gave 3 stars.
