“Top notch. The ayam geprek was superb. Tender smashed chicken dish with a chili-sambal that was sooo spicy and good. Yum. The Es Kopi Susu (espresso, condensed milk and evaporated milk) was also delish. Excited to have been blessed to go here this morning, I’ll be sure to return to try other things“

“Obsessed with this place. I got the avocado sunshine this morning and it may be my favorite breakfast dish in Philly. The pickled onions on this amazing bread with avocado and topped with a perfectly cooked egg was so freaking good. Great coffee too. Every meal I’ve gotten here has been amazing (their banana bread is so good fyi) but this was the best. I love this place so much!“

“If you’re looking for a breakfast or brunch spot that consistently delivers fresh, flavorful food and an inviting atmosphere, First Watch in King of Prussia is absolutely worth the visit. From the moment you walk in, the space feels bright, welcoming, and energetic — the kind of place where you can enjoy a relaxed brunch but still feel like the day has great momentum ahead.
The menu strikes a perfect balance between classic breakfast comfort and creative, health-forward options. Everything tastes incredibly fresh — you can tell the ingredients are high quality and thoughtfully prepared. Whether you’re in the mood for something hearty like their elevated takes on traditional breakfast dishes or something lighter like their fresh juices, avocado toast, or seasonal specials, there’s something for everyone.
The service is equally impressive. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. Even when the restaurant is busy (which it often is — a good sign), the team keeps things moving smoothly and makes you feel taken care of.
What really stands out is the overall experience. It’s not just a place to eat — it’s a place to slow down, connect, and enjoy a great meal with family or friends. The atmosphere feels lively yet comfortable, making it perfect for everything from casual weekend brunch to catching up over coffee.
If you’re in the King of Prussia area and craving a fresh, high-quality breakfast or brunch, First Watch should definitely be on your list. It’s one of those spots you’ll find yourself returning to again and again.“

“Today I stopped at The Hungry A. I have driven buy there many times. As I walked in the owners and people in there all greeted me like they know me. I had a coffee and it was one of the best I ever had. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. I will be be back. But what really got to me I walk with a cane and one of the girls there saw I was having a hard time she came around the counter and took what I was carrying and helped me to my car. Today there are not many people that are kind as she was. It made me know that there is still kind people in this world. If every would take the time to be kind to someone just once maybe it could be a start to make this world just a little better“

The staff is incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.

“I absolutely love their breakfast! I've been coming here for well over 10 years. The staff is friendly, the service is fast. I'm a scrapple guy. They do the diner cut, crunchy outside and a fully cooked soft inside. Just, make sure to bring cash and you will not regret coming here. Keep up the great work, my friends.“

“I only get to order from here a few times a year unfortunately, but every time i get something from here it is great. Eggs are always cooked perfectly. They're variety is fantastic. Cupbop is always great and hardy! They are a family and very friendly people every time. This most recent experience was interesting. I placed an online order and went to pick it up and when i got there all the lights were out due to a black out. I saw someone else go inside and talked to the owners about my order, and they still made my order for me in pitch black! I have never had a restaurant do this, ever. Every time i can get down here and have time i will support them. Everyone else should as well.“

“Place is absolutely slept on! Easy to park or even walk to and the food is incredible. It looks like a random hole in the wall but the food is anything but. Everything is made to order, incredibly fresh and so tasty. Employees are very kind and make customizing easy too. Cannot wait to go again! As you can see from menu photo, they’re also super affordable.“

“We loved it, in fact we returned a second time. Generous portions, wide choice and very modest prices. The service was excellent, the staff was always nice and attentive to our requests. From the outside you wouldn't give it a penny, but if you're in the area it's really worth stopping by for breakfast, you won't regret it! :)“

“Found this place about a month ago, and realized it is my local walk to spot! And they've been around for over 30 years! Could not be happier! Been there twice so far, quick and friendly service. The food, simply amazing! I like grits, but often they're either too runny or too thick...finding those perfect goldilock grits is difficult... Train stops grits are just right! Truly the Goldilocks of grits! Awesome place all around, I highly recommend and will definitely be back soon.“

“Recently, was looking for a breakfast spot with grits. The grits were creamy and delicious even after sitting awaiting for me to pick up my food. My main dish was chicken and waffles. Lee's Belgian waffle came with a side of powdered sugar to sprinkle atop your buttered and syrup covered waffles. I savored every sweet, semi- cake bite.“
“It’s an amazing vibe . The food is very tasty as well“

“I was just passing by to pick up a script at CVS right down the road. Out of the side of my eye…. I caught notice of a small building. A restaurant? “Shorties?” I’ve never noticed it before. I quickly checked Google, and yes! It is a restuaraunt! How interesting. It’s so small.
Their menu is perfect for a blue collar breakfast/lunch. All sorts of really great breakfast sandwiches, fries, burgers, hot dogs, cheesesteaks. I settled on a chili dog + chili cheese fries. I can EASILY say - these are the best chili cheese fries I’ve ever had - and it’s not particularly close, either. It’s a massive portion, and the fries are super crispy & airy with great flavor. Chili & cheese on top with garnish. Absolutely delicious.
The chili dog was good too. I prefer them over anything else I’ve had locally (not gonna mention the most popular hot dog spot locally).
I believe they may be a black owned business as well. I love to support anyone with a dream & the work ethic to accomplish it.
I’ll be back. 100%“

“I went to The Coffee Station again for breakfast on Sunday and had a great experience. The food was good, but what really stood out was our waitress, Denise. She’s like an old-time waitress in the best way—friendly, attentive, and she makes you feel truly appreciated. She goes above and beyond and makes the whole place feel like home. I don’t go out very often these days because of the economy, but I make it a priority to come here when Denise is working. She turns an ordinary meal into an experience worth going out for.“

“I read all the positive reviews and had to check it out for myself. I have always found it difficult to find something as simple as a good breakfast place. But this time i found it! The second I walked in, I was impressed. The hostess greeted me immediately and with a smile. I asked if I should order now and she smiled and explained that she'd take my order and she'll bring it to me. It was very pleasant. The store itself is clean and bright. I ordered two eggs medium, sausage patties, home fries with peppers and onions, rye toast with a little butter and a medium coffee. Everything was made exactly as I ordered it. The portions were generous and the coffee was great. Thirteen bucks for all that. Perfect. I'll be back.“

“Have you experienced the new Summer menu yet? Maybe you tried this restaurant on a busy Saturday morning and the long wait for a table then is preventing you from exploring the menu now? This month is a perfect time to visit again - many local customers are off from school, or off on vacation. So wait times are short, while the summer first watch menu is awesome. Enjoy! (It’s always a good idea to use the first watch app to check in, just in case everyone else has also decided this is the perfect time to visit)“

“Great breakfast. Lots of choices. Friendly staff. Crispy hashbrowns, good cappuccino, and eggs with avocado. Hubby tried the carrot cake french toast. He said it was good with not an overwhelming flavor of carrot cake. One note; Small tables & big plates don’t work well, so if there’s more than two people get a booth. Will be returning!“

“I have lived in Havertown my whole life, and I had never been here before. I’m so glad I finally gave it a try. I tend to get the chicken salad when I eat out, and I would rate their chicken salad sandwich a 9+ out of 10! Great flavor and consistency plus the sandwich was packed and overflowing, without being messy. I had to take half home with me. One of the best I’ve ever had! The service was very good, the interior was clean and bright, and prices were on par with most other places. I will definitely be going here again instead of Nudy’s to try some of their other lunch and breakfast items.“

“I stopped by Good Hatch in Philadelphia and it’s a great little spot for breakfast or brunch. The place has a relaxed neighborhood vibe, and the menu is packed with hearty breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and classic brunch plates made with fresh ingredients.
I tried one of their breakfast sandwiches and it was seriously satisfying—crispy hash browns, fluffy eggs, and a soft brioche bun that held everything together perfectly. The flavors were bold but still comforting, exactly what you want from a good breakfast spot.
The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a solid place to grab a quick morning bite or a laid-back brunch. Overall, Good Hatch is a great choice if you’re in Philly and craving a filling, well-made breakfast sandwich or brunch plate.“

“Cute and quiet. Came here for breakfast with my mom. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food was good. Not overly salty or greasy. I’m glad they had complimentary water. The only strike against this place (and this maybe be a Philly thing because this wasn’t the only restaurant I’ve experienced this) is the use of styrofoam takeout containers and plastic utensils. Do people not like using actual plates and forks in Philadelphia 🤔🤔🤔 Maybe I’ve been too far removed from the culture when this isn’t as oddly I think it is. Anyway, would visit this place again 👍🏾♥️“

“Really lovely spot in a good location, the vibe inside and out are great, all of the staff are extremely friendly and caring. The food and drinks are almost always really good. My main issue is the lack of consistency, it seems like different baristas and cooks have their own ways of making things, which is fine, but I personally feel consistency is super important in food service.“
