“Just had the pleasure of stopping by Pizza Italie on an impromptu walk with my children. We decided to stop in and order a large Pepperoni pizza as a very late lunch to split amongst ourselves. The pizza is a standard style, simple and done quite well. The crust has a nice flavor, but I do wish it were a little more well done. A parbake would make it the right amount of crispy and solid through to the middle of base. The sauce is delicious, well seasoned and bursting with the flavor of the tomato and some nice herbs and spices. The cheese is definitely quality, and melts nicely, and has a nice soft flavor. The cup and char Pepperoni is very good, and tastes magnificent, alone or with the slice. Definitely will be returning!“

“My rating is actually a 3.75 - so rounded up to 4 stars. In the city, Ottawa, this is a safe Pizza Pizza. We ask for ours 'well done.' Crust and the top is pretty darn good when 'well done.' Never burnt - basically, just not a hurried pizza. Quite reasonably priced pizza options to choose from too. But, not all Pizza Pizza franchise locations are as good as here. (Smiths Falls has a surprisingly good Pizza Pizza location too.)

“What an amazing little spot! I had the prosciutto primo (I think that’s the name) and it was DELISH, SOOOOO WORTH IT I’m gonna come back here every time I’m visiting Ottawa. Sam was so incredibly helpful and kind and recommended the sandwhich I got which I will remember until I die, it was so delicious. I want to have the baby of the bread they use, it’s that good. There is a gorgeous patio in the back, and the atmosphere inside is super cute and is the perfect indie cafe/sandwich shop, but also very clean. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience!!“

“Been living in Westboro for a few years and we wanted to try this new place that our neighbours told us about. What a lovely atmosphere! The service is very friendly, and they were accomodating for us to send one of their employees outside to our car to give us the pizza!! And the food is delicious!! We ordered a large pizza and the club sandwich and it was served with fries and a delicious salad on the side. Great stuff. Can't wait to come here in the summer!!“

“I love this place, in my humble opinion its the best pizza in the area but again I am not a big fan of those greassy pizzas that are very oily. This one is made with love and you can really taste it! Sorry I dont have any pictures yet, because its devoured before the box is fully opened. . . . Next time, I promise ;)

I grew up in this little town, and we always had an abundance of pizza places. But it wasn't until my adulthood that I discovered this uncut gem. Tucked away in a small building, on some side street, but churning out the best pizza pies this side of the Ottawa river.

If you're a person of refined taste, then I recommend the classic Hawaiian. In my opinion, the best Hawaiian pizza out there.“
