“The young man at the drive-in is always super friendly except the last time I went there 6 days ago. He complimented my friend's jeep and honestly that jeep is really ugly. She looks like a cross between a monster truck and a hot wheel so trying to get rid of her I regret that her kindness encouraged my boyfriend even more. Otherwise, 10/10.
Parking: There is always parking and in the worst case several parking options near the park opposite.“
“This Mcdonalds is in a great location, right next to a metro station. They renovated 2 years ago and it actually looks more luxurious than before. They alwaya serve people right and pretty quickly, other than the here-and-there attitudes, but this goes both ways with customers as well. They always offer new products though, like the new japan teriyaki chicken is super delicious 😄 they almost always get my personalized iced coffee right (the only burger chain to do so). There are homeless people in this area so you can expect sometimes some people coming to you, but that's how it is over there. I always go there for food, it's always hot and super convenient to go there. Only thing is no drive-thru so you have to check before going there. Come walk in only.“

“When I was served my iced coffee, I hung it up and put it all over myself.
It was 100% my fault and the young lady kindly offered to refill my free glass and gave me several Napkins.
We often complain about bad service, but we have to say it when the service is good.“
“Staff is nice and service is pretty quick. However the place is very noisy because a lot of kids like to hang out there. Can also get very crowded because it is a very small location. Cool that it is 2 floors, never seen a McD with an elevator.“

“Wednesday January 29, 2025 at 6:05 p.m. So, to begin with, you should know that I have already worked there. I went to the restaurant on Tuesday January 28, 2025 around 6:30 p.m. I took a trio of medium size fish fillet with fries and as the smoothies were not available, I wanted to have a medium size mango-pineapple smoothie without yogurt, so I took a medium size orange juice. I ordered at the terminal, I decided to pay at the counter, the paper did not print. I went to see the cashier and as there had been a problem with another customer's card, he was the one who ordered before me, he was a big idiot. THERE ARE TWO CASH POSTS SO THERE SHOULD BE TWO CASHIERS BEHIND THE POSTS NOT JUST ONE! Well, after this event, it was my turn and the cashier asked me if it is a fish net, it is necessary to say net fish, we are in Quebec not in France. After that is good, there was next to me, a father who ate with his two children, two girls, and at one point he says: (I start losing patience, I will end up thinking that it's stupidity.) Children have no concept of time, of course they are stupid, they are children. The floor was dirty. But I still loved my experience despite all that.“
“Pretty much like McDonald's. Sometimes the lines are long if you go at a rush hour, but otherwise it's pretty quick.
Courteous and good-humoured staff.
They don't make mistakes in my orders unlike other McDonald's.
I never go inside but there are children's play modules for families.

1. If you want coffee, waiting time at Starbucks is way more than 5 min, average 10 min.
2. Between 2 McDonald's this one and Gare central which is super close I prefer PVM mac. Because their McMuffin are better lookin and much bigger.“
“It's McDonald's so you know what to expect in terms of food. The restaurant itself is fairly clean for a McDonald's and the staff is friendly and on point. I never have to wait long it's drive through moves fast too. I usually go in the morning or around lunchtime but you can access the drive through 24h a day. It's one of the better McDonald's in the city and I find everyone is friendly. I've been going since this location opened and they haven't gotten my order wrong yet and I make a lot of alterations each time.“

“I have been in here three times, and I have been struck by the fact that THIS McDonald's is better than other McDonald's in the city, because the staff here are smart, they pay attention to details in a remarkable way, and they are generally better than one might expect.
Good hiring policy here in evidence on summer 2024. May the people responsible learn from that what they might.

“This is a 2 floor McDonald's fast food location that is relatively clean and well renovated ! Food is okay, service is good 👍 and the place isn't really dirty in general every time I visit at that location (except for the bathroom as others mentioned)

“This McDonald's, which many consider the "worst" in town, gave me the most memorable experience of my life. As soon as I entered, I was surprised by the unique atmosphere there - a mixture of human warmth and authenticity that you don't find in more conventional restaurants.
The soft lighting created an almost romantic atmosphere, which perhaps explains the miracle that happened that day: I met the woman of my life there! Our eyes met in line, and a simple conversation about nuggets evolved into hours of discussion. This McDonald's will forever be engraved in our hearts as the place of our first meeting.
Special mention to the community of regulars, particularly the homeless who frequent the place. They were truly “lit” as they say, bringing positive energy and fascinating conversations. These people give a soul to this place, far from the sanitized restaurants found everywhere else.
This McDonald's proves that you should never trust appearances or prejudices. Sometimes, the most unexpected places have the most beautiful surprises in store for us.“

“My preferred downtown McDonald's! Although this is one of the few that doesn't have the ordering screens. I'm an app user though so I just do it through there. The food usually is done in a timely manner, some McD's take years out here from some reason. Although yesterday there was no ketchup. None whatsoever, and I asked for BBQ and was met with attitude and that I'd have to pay. None in the pump and no sachets? I think you can give me a BBQ (?) on top of that the last two times never any coke Zero in the soda machine.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a side door with a ramp that is wheelchair friendly, I'm not sure how you access the door though it seems to be inside somewhere“

“Surprisingly, this is my favourite McDonald's location. I've eaten here 3 times over the last few months and every time, all the food was fresh and steaming hot, the service was quick and friendly and no mistakes in any of the orders, best McDonald's experiences in a long time!“

“Hello! This is one my favourite McD in Montréal, usually very enjoyable and french fries are 9 times out of 10 very fresh and at least fresh.
Tonight's team at arount 11PM (Sept. 28, 2025) was fantastic. My order was way beyond perfect with attention to details (I order with customization in my burger). Perfect customer service!

“This one is good.
Can't complain here, I work nearby but started lately and have been going there for lunch.
It's always very busy and it seems the parking lot is not very big..
The food was always fresh and accurate orders too.
The wait can be somewhat long because it's often busy like I said but at least you know the turnover is good.
I had the McChicken and the mcdouble with fries and soo far it's good food
The four stars is because they don't have napkins or straws available, you have to ask for them although they give u one or two in your bag.
So bottom line, from my thousands of McDonald's visited, I can assure you this one has good food. It was always fresh and hot.
I say you should go try it, why not it's been a while now you haven't been so go try it NOW❗

“Last time I was there, couple days back, was the first time, in a really long time, I actually got what I ordered! ( from any big chain like PFK, McDonalds, Subway , etc...) Too tired to check the bag inventory myself, I looked at this young man, who assured me what was ordered was in the bag. I told him I really wouldn't want to come back and that I believed him 🏆🏆🏆🏆 Boom! Way to go young man!
