“I place my orders on the app so it saves me a lot of waiting time. It's borderline if I feel bad walking past everyone lining up to place their order. There were a few times when my order wasn't prepared in advance and I had to wait like everyone else. Otherwise, I find this branch really good! The food is always fresh and usually the staff is friendly. Only point to improve: it would be appreciated if the staff were attentive to customers who come to pick up their order. I often have to wait until someone is near the pickup location to wave them down.“

The Tim Hortons is located inside the Couche-Tard and is open 24-7.
The attendant seemed to be alone to work there but still provided nice service.
Parking is free for 15 min and there is an Esso gas station right in front of the convenient store.“

“The wrap was good with lot of filling, thin wrap and good sauce. The sandwich very poor in meat and the outlook not really attractive. The walnut chocolate cake was not wi try real chocolate but just taste sugary.

It's close to McGill and MNI, which sadly still have few options for food and coffee, so this is a good option on the go as it's open 247. Considering the inflation effect everywhere, it's currently the best option for affordable takeaway coffee and snacks.“

“I usually come in between Wednesday and Saturday, and I have to say—Martin, the evening supervisor, is absolutely outstanding. The coffee is always fresh, everything is always fully stocked, and the place is spotless every time I walk in.

Martin is always on the move—cleaning, mopping, emptying the trash—and leading by example. His team listens to him, and you can tell they respect him. He treats customers with kindness and shows real patience and leadership with his employees.

The man knows how to do everything.

10/10 supervisor. I truly praise him for his great manners and excellent customer service. He exceeds in both customer care and team management every time I visit. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and he even remembers everyone's orders.

“There is no doubt that Tim Horton is a good cafe in terms of service, but the taste differs from one branch to another. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not. You feel that not all branches work with the same standards of cleanliness or methods of preparing coffee. The worst thing about Tim Horton is the bathrooms, which are always dirty, but this branch was very clean because it was closed and available exclusively to customers.“

“I see a lot of reviews complaining, but if you've ever worked in a fast food restaurant, you know it's not always easy. It’s true that not all employees are always great and that sometimes the food is lacking. You have to make do with what you have. You should also remember that those who go to the drive-thru are often in a hurry, so most complaints concern delays. But when you're in a hurry, you try to blame others.

I wanted to write a review because I've never had such fast service (I got my order before the guy behind me finished paying, and I had a wrap, an iced coffee and a donut). Seeing all the bad reviews, it disappointed me how stupid some customers can be too. In short, be patient or order in advance via their app.“

Except for some branches, there are fast and nice and friendly employees. Since this is Quebec, they do not make the newcomers who are trying to get language education vomit blood like other places. Parking: There is room but on the other hand you must not arrive too late or too early and above all you must not confuse the parking lots and the line of cars for car service“

“Great coffee and a fresh bearclaw was a great choice. The staff was fast, efficient and got the order right for 4 people. My only problem was the area attracts some unsavory people. We noticed this quite a bit on this trip to Montreal. There seems to be a lot of beggars around every food venue. Old Montreal seemed to be the worst of the lot. We are probably skipping the bigger cities in the future. Canada has really changed in the last 5 years.“
