“I place my orders on the app so it saves me a lot of waiting time. It's borderline if I feel bad walking past everyone lining up to place their order. There were a few times when my order wasn't prepared in advance and I had to wait like everyone else. Otherwise, I find this branch really good! The food is always fresh and usually the staff is friendly. Only point to improve: it would be appreciated if the staff were attentive to customers who come to pick up their order. I often have to wait until someone is near the pickup location to wave them down.“

That's service Canadian's are known for guy deserves praise for his work ethic and customer service .

The Tim Hortons is located inside the Couche-Tard and is open 24-7.
The attendant seemed to be alone to work there but still provided nice service.
Parking is free for 15 min and there is an Esso gas station right in front of the convenient store.“

“The red exterior TimHorton sign does not work so in the evening you have the impression that the restaurant is closed. I had excellent, very fast service, me and my partner had 2 coffees and I had to negotiate with the clerk to drink inside because they had closed the section to chairs and tables... it was 9 p.m. closes at 10pm so not inviting.

Parking: The Timhorton is in the middle of a chain store so there is plenty of parking.
However, I did not have the impression that the place was safe. There were a lot of people in the parking lot and only the Timhorton was open. It's dark in the evening, the parking lot is poorly lit.“

It’s true that not all employees are always great and that sometimes the food is lacking. You have to make do with what you have. You should also remember that those who go to the drive-thru are often in a hurry, so most complaints concern delays. But when you're in a hurry, you try to blame others.

I wanted to write a review because I've never had such fast service (I got my order before the guy behind me finished paying, and I had a wrap, an iced coffee and a donut). To me, this Tims is like a normal coffee shop; ordering coffee and receiving it is a smooth experience.

But I want to mention an area for improvement, which I think is a problem with most Tims. Because I'm a remote coder, I enjoy bringing my laptop to coffee shops to code, except at home. But most Tims feel more like restaurants than coffee shops to me. I think the appearance and layout of the tables and chairs have a significant impact. You feel that not all branches work with the same standards of cleanliness or methods of preparing coffee. Except for some branches, there are fast and nice and friendly employees. Since this is Quebec, they do not make the newcomers who are trying to get language education vomit blood like other places. Just love "trounuts" and the donuts they have also. The mainly "problem" of Tim Hortons is the staff, who doesn't speak a word of French, but it's okay I guess. Love their products.“

We noticed this quite a bit on this trip to Montreal. There seems to be a lot of beggars around every food venue. Old Montreal seemed to be the worst of the lot. We are probably skipping the bigger cities in the future. Canada has really changed in the last 5 years.“
