“Came in for a late breakfast/brunch while on holiday. Turned out to be a popular spot but we got the choice of seating inside or outside since there was plenty seating.
So much choice, ample portions and well priced. Will be a tough decision to go anywhere else in the city for breakfast.

“Nothing short of amazing. I love Magdalen islands and this place is such a nice small montreal recreation of the vibe and ambiance of the island. The menu is chock full of wonderful options but what really drew me here is their lobster festival. I will always say yes to a lobster roll. The plate comes with a lobster bisque and a dessert! Service was fast and friendly, food was fresh and abundant, lobster was well seasoned and the bisque was tasty. I can’t complain! Would visit again.“

“A very solid brunch experience at Bagel Etc.
Came here for brunch with my friends and we loved the trendy style/ambiance of the place.
We each ordered a specialty platter, where they ranged anywhere from $15 to $23. I personally got the Mont Royal, which I'd highly recommend.
It was a very flavorful omelette packed with meat and peppers, and it was great with the home fries and bread. Despite the bagels being from Fairmont, they were pretty disappointing. Get the challah! Side note, the french toast was DELICIOUS.
The service was also great! The waitress noticed I had an empty water bottle from outside and offered to refill it. I was very impressed since I've never been asked that before lol. However, it took quite a while to get the bill because the restaurant was so busy.
Despite the restaurant's name, if you skip the bagel, I'd highly recommend getting brunch here!“

“used to like this place despite the very rude owner. ordered subs and they were disgusting. inedible. who doesn't toast or broil the bun so they don't get soggy. just wasted $$. they told me I should have asked for my bun to be well done. who does that or has heard of that?? “I came here for Sunday breakfasts March 12th and chocolate pancakes. Never had chocolate pancakes. GREAT! And March 26th, 2022 blueberry pancakes were very good. Best was? Chocolate pancakes. Great job. 4 out of 5!“

“Had a delicious brunch on the terrace. I had the salmon avocado bagel 🥯 which was a very messy endeavour to eat but very enjoyable. Others ordered the traditional brunches with bacon and eggs. We also really enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice.“

“EXCELLENT breakfast place that's worth the drive outside of downtown for. Incredibly friendly staff, massive portions, and great flavor on everything.
The dining area can get a bit noisy, but the staff was super accommodating when we asked to be moved to a quieter location.
If I lived locally, this would be on my regular list!“

Pulled up to L’Oeufrier with 8 hungry humans and left with full bellies and zero regrets. The staff deserve a standing ovation they handled our chaos like seasoned brunch warriors. Fast, friendly, and somehow remembered all our weird orders (extra crispy bacon, no onions, add love).
The vibe? Chef’s kiss. Cozy, colorful, and full of good energy like a warm hug with maple syrup. The food was outrageous in the best way: huge portions, bold flavors, and enough options to keep even the pickiest friend quiet.
L’Oeufrier, you fed us well and treated us even better. We’ll be back… probably with more friends next time. 💛🍳“

“We stopped in on a weeknight after wandering around the Plateau and ended up staying almost two hours just chatting over coffee. My husband ordered the almond croissant and said it was flakier than half the ones we tried in Paris last year. The staff never rushed us out even as they started closing up around us, which we really appreciated. Cozy little spot, warm lighting, exactly the kind of place we look for when we are out sightseeing all day and just want to sit down for a bit.“
