There are so many options all of which looked amazing. If you’re ever nearby and need a pastry stop by here.“

“Started last Friday’s day off with a stop at the amazing Cafe dei Campi. Fully veganized Italian pastries and small pizzas. Soups and salads too but I stuck to the Italian specialties. Hazelnut filled tortellini melt in your mouth pastries. Amarettis and Biscotti. The essential Italian cafe’s big espresso machine which makes the perfect double espresso with the layer of crema and their cappuccino with perfect foam. Accompanied with a flaky delicious cornetto, it felt like heaven. Much chatting with my friend and a necessary second cornetto and espresso completed our visit by closing time. We had lucked out with a table. Had a great rest of the day that right from the start, arriving at the cafe there was a couple with their little boy wearing a Metallica t-shirt. Of course I had to comment, he was so cute and responsive to my speaking to him. And found out he’s a true fan of heavy metal music, this beautiful 4 year old boy named Sandro. So the day was pretty perfect.🖤“

“This is a very good boulangerie located along Mont-Royal Ave East that is open from 7am to 6pm daily. They have a fair sized indoor seating area, many visitors seem to pop in for morning take-away. There was a short queue when we arrived 7.30am midweek. You'll find a nice range of mostly French style breads, tarts, pastries and bakery products. We particularly liked their quiche and almond filled croissants. Coffees served up on the day were very good as well. This seemed like a great boulangerie, one we'd like visit regularly if we lived in the area. Would gladly revisit next time in Montreal.“

“This is by far our favourite bakery in Montreal. It was an awesome experience bringing Chris “The Babka King” in for some delicious treats. We tried a lot of different desserts. The one that is our absolute favourite is the Chocolate Russian Babka.“

For their cakes, they’re so fluffy and not too sweet. I go there often and the service is always nice. The lady at the cash is extremely nice, I asked a bunch of questions regarding the cakes and she answered and even went to the back to ask in the kitchen, gave me recommendations and was super patient. I also tried the cream roll, and it was just as impressive—light, fluffy, and not overly sweet. You can tell they put care into what they serve. I ordered extra manakish zaatar, cheese and lahmajoun to take home and freeze. The homesickness has been hitting hard lately and this is the closest I can come to a cure ❤️ they even had bonjus!“

“It’s my favorite Chinese bakery. The variety and creativity of the buns are impressive, and it’s a treat to see my daughter enjoy them, especially since she’s such a picky eater!“

“1st time here, ever since a trip Greece I have been trying all of the Montreal Greek bakeries. Everything looked amazing! I bought several types of croissants, pistachio, Nutella, cheese.... and a loaf of rye bread and had it sliced thick for toasting. The staff were so polite and accommodating. I will be back and would highly recommend any a trip to this bakery, the options were endless, we'll, ok there was an end but they have a lot of options from cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, loafs....“

And the rosemary and sea salt focaccia which should be available all the time 😱😍. “Love this café. Espresso is consistently well prepared and dialed in, baked goods are solid, and of course you have 10+ roasters to choose from for freshly roasted coffee. My only nitpick would be that I wish the house roaster's beans were available as espresso on rotation. The house blend is good but I've had some mind blowing espresso here and I want more lol.“
