“Do not live here if you care about your car. On two separate occasions my car was vandalized and my roommates car was stolen from the off street parking. The landlords have done nothing to improve the security.“

“I visited about a week ago to grab food quickly before boarding my cruise. I was in a hurry because the cruise boarded soon, and I let them know. Despite being a bit short-staffed, they were very understanding and got me my food very quickly. Also, the fries are delicious! Thank you for being so patient and understanding.“

We started with the Truffle fries and the Crispy Duck Meatballs- oh my both were great! The flavor in the Duck meatballs was amazing! The sweet chili glaze just hits it out of the park! On to dinner I ordered the Steak Frites - excellent flavor and cooked perfect! Wife ordered the Chicken Picatta - very tasty with a great lemon flavor! “Stopped by last night for drinks with with Jessica Guarneri and wow, what a great spot. Good food, drinks were amazing, service was top-notch, and the vibe was very cool and upscale. The owner was walking around greeting people and doing quality control to be sure things were just right for all of his guests. My kind of place. I'll definitely be back.“

“Location/decor/ambiance: the owners have tried to turn the spacious brick and beam interior of a former factory building into a ghetto-ish inner cityscape skateboard park using graffiti-style airbrush graphics, little skateboards that serve as bar chair seat backs, concrete floors painted with Providence manhole covers, etc. Visually, the effect is mixed. I “get” what the owners are trying for, but it isn’t for me an “attractive” dining decor. It looks much more like a dance club for young twenty-somethings. I quickly adjusted to the inner-city grunge decor, but what we couldn’t adjust to was the VERY loud rap/hip-hop music blaring out of some very robust speakers non-stop. Talking was difficult. Yes, I’m an older person, but I don’t begrudge anyone their musical sensibilities… provide its not full of “***** and “nigga” and roaring out at at least 90 decibels. Whatever they’re trying to be, they need to remember that they are l (at 10 am) a restaurant, not a dance club. Food & service: unexpectedly, given the above criticism, the food was outstanding, I mean really good. Caught us off guard. Just beautifully imagined and realized. Would I return? Probably not. Even the great food cant quite overcome the soundscape. Interesting place, though“

“Amazing, Authentic, and Delicious Liberian experience and Joel (1/2) of the JoRo name origin was so personable and hospitable, I only wish I had time to have gone back several times 🤭

I even got to meet the magic behind the goodness in the kitchen.

The atmosphere was beautiful, with fresh flowers, charming table settings, and plenty of convenient parking. The menu offered an excellent selection of fresh brunch and lunch options to choose from! “My best friend and I went to this restaurant fully expecting to get either blown away or really disappointed. I'm glad to report that we were BLOWN AWAY. There were so many options of paella that I was grinning from ear to ear. Plus! There were different sizes so my friend and I could get two different types!! It was delicious! However, the experience was made better by the staff. The waitress was wonderful and the owner even came out to great us and we were impressed by his friendly personality and professional ambitions. “The LOOM hotel and The Brook Kitchen & Bar was a wonderful experience!! The staff were super friendly and the service was excellent. It was a comfy clean stay and The food at The Brook was tasty with good portions! The pancakes were fluffy and huge! “all I can say is WOW! Im not easily impressed by any restaurant. Main Sail Kitchen blew me away! The mussels were the best I've ever had. I could eat them every day of my life (order extra bread to soak up the delicious sauce) thr shrimp is poached well and is the size of a lobster tail. I ordered a caprese sandwich but I have no idea how ill eat it! Deanna was my server and her recommendations were so on point. what a great addition to Main st eg!“

“I very much enjoyed my experience at OURS. The food was delectable and the drinks were tasteful. I very much enjoyed the wings with the Garlic as well as the Steak Tikka. It was $30 which some might consider pricey, but came with a very large portion of food. It included hummus, nan, rice, a salad and of course the steak, so I’d say it’s fairly priced. Overall I enjoyed the food and will certainly return but next time I’ll try the hookah!“
