Obviously come for the oysters, but stay for the Bulgarian lamb burger!! Also the kimchi brine oyster shooters. Man those things were delicious (and dangerous!!) Also also pickled fried onions. “I love the moody lighting and music that plays at night! Each member of the staff was extremely personable and we loved talking to Ryudo & Anthony about the stunning drinks/food they made. Watching them make a hot cocktail on a cold night was incredible!What really made this an experience instead of an outing was all of the small details that were paid attention to. Like higher quality paper towels in the bathroom, coasters matching the type and color of drink, utilities having a matching aesthetic (from lamps to teapots!) and bartenders personalizing each drink (offering us little changes they think we would like more, without us having to ask just based on how we react to the previous drinks). It was all so personal, and I loved watching every single person get that experience. “We attended a Maison Ferrand cognac seminar & tasting the other night at Sapphire & it was such a fun & unique experience for us. The staff at Sapphire (Melissa, Marc, & Shiv), as well as the guest bartender (Vannaluck), went above & beyond to make the experience interactive & memorable. We were greeted immediately with a French 75 made with cognac - Did you know that the original French 75 called for cognac, as well as many other classic cocktails? No? Neither did I. The welcome aperitif was a great lil' treat to kick the night off with. We were given a mini charcuterie selection to keep us busy until the main event, which began about 20 minutes after we arrived. Vannaluck talked us through the history & characteristics of cognac. We were given 3 small pours of different cognacs to taste as well as a serendipitous, bonus mini pour at the end. Throughout the night, the kitchen sent out a variety of tapas that UTILIZED COGNAC. Cognac glaze, reduction, brine, etc. Fascinating! I went in knowing next to nothing about cognac & left with a decent understanding of the spirit. I've always wanted to do something like this, & Sapphire made it extremely accessible. It was also amazingly affordable. I'm really looking forward to more events like this one. Sign me up, please.“

Despite their appealing appearance, I found the texture and flavor disappointing, sensing the batter was undercooked. Conversely, my friend enjoyed them, praising their hearty feel & excellent cinnamon crunch exterior, rating them 4 out of 10.The absolute highlight of my meal was "The Bear" breakfast sandwich, priced at $23. It featured Beer Braised Short Rib Shredded Beef, Giardiniera Aioli, Cabot Creamery Sharp Cheddar, Roasted Garlic, Arugula, Fried Shallots, and a Sunny Side Egg on a Griddled Sesame Seed Bun. I was so happy when they announced that they would be open on Sundays because I was able to celebrate my birthday there last night (2/18). Drinks are always on point. I mention this as the owner must have cleaned house. I was there on Sunday for brunch and I can not help but to describe the experience as phenomenal. The service - impeccable. It was almost as if the waitress knew when our drinks were almost empty every time. She also had some great recommendations related to the food and drinks. The food - phenomenal. We had the crack fries as an appetizer and it was not only great but the portion large enough that I had trouble finishing my actual meal. And the special - I had the Chicken Benedict. The only thing I can say bad about it was it was so big I couldn’t finish it. Everything about it was perfect - it had a little zing, the cornbread was a perfect alternative to an English Muffin, and the chicken so good. So my compliments to the owner and staff. I don’t see my review from June but I’m sure they remember it and changes were made. We decided to give it another try and I will I say this without hesitation… this was probably one of the best brunch meals I have had in a long time. Well done - we will definitely be back.“
