“Jovani’s pizzeria has great pizza and meatball sandwiches and thank god they don’t seem to put lousy onions in meatballs, I’m allergic to onions . But to dine in don’t recommend it cause no cups straws or ice. More of take out or delivery. Times I gone in to get meatballs and pizza the Greek guy was friendly, but most Greek guys I’ve known are friendly not snooty .“

“This establishment took over the location that was formally Saki's Pizza. The transition was a good choice as this is an extension from the mother restaurant on the other side of town. Some staff migrated to this location so the Service is the same. The best part (for me) is the location is much closer to where I live so accessibility has made this my go-to pizza joint.
Food is cooked well and timing is not a problem. The only drawback is the parking area. On a busy time of day, there maneuverability through the parking lot is tight. Trying to drive around the building is even more of a mistake. But besides that, the quality of the food is the best attraction.“

“Been dining at Luciano’s in Wrentham for years However on mothersday I was shocked to get a bill of $300 plus dollars for 2 adults and two children. Ordered the veal special and got the special price $89.00 Swordfish on a bed of spinach for $52 another special price Front desk was very rude which was never like that. They have become over priced and not customer friendly. We will not return“

“Many restaurants promise a special dining experience but don't fulfill that promise. Dolce & Salato does. It is a truly unique and wonderful dining experience. The food is amazing!! And Armando is so engaging. It is a small restaurant that allows Armando to interact with his customers and treat them like family. We took a friend there for her birthday. She is quite an oenophile. So when Armando said that there was no wine list; that once you told him what you liked he would choose a wine for you, I was a little concerned. To my surprise she loved what he chose!! So much so that she bought two bottles of wine as Christmas gifts before we left. My friend said the Cacio e Pepe was the best she had ever had. My eggplant parmigiana was also the best I had ever had. The sauce tasted so fresh and homemade. Unlike any sauce at most restaurants. This my sound like hyperbole, but it is the simple truth. Dine there and see for yourself!“

“What do I recommend….Absolutely everything ! This is the Italian restaurant experience everyone should have. You’re treated like family. The food is absolutely delicious. Every dish that came to our table looked and tasted like the main ingredient is love. If you are fortunate enough to go when Mama’s stuffed squash flowers are on the specials menu, you better try them. Isabella our waitress was absolutely amazing. “My husband and I went for the first time on Saturday and sat at the bar. We ordered apps and cocktails and of course oysters. Best oysters in RI by far believe it or not. Drinks were ok but food fabulous! Would have given 5 stars if not for the bartender. She focused solely on my husband the entire time even gave him a free drink. It was very obvious and blatant disrespect to me. My husband even commented on feeling uncomfortable. As a former bartender the general rule is to pay more attention to the wife than the husband out of respect but also because most often the wife is writing the tip. We will for sure be going back but will sit at a table and maybe only order sparkling water.“

“I went to get the fwah gwah, they dont have that but I got upsold on a chicken Luigi with no tomato which made me want to kiss the chef on the lips. “Trattoria Romana in Johnston now serves Sunday brunch beginning at 10am! Fantastic menu, fantastic service, beautiful restaurant! My bestie and I enjoyed a girl's brunch. Chicken and waffles and Corner Beef Hash and eggs! Very yummy! The fry on the chicken was light yet crispy. The chicken was so tender it fell apart. The menu has all your brunch favorites like blueberry pancakes and Benedicts. There is also a full brunch bar offering Mimosa flights and espresso martini flights! Go check them out before the secret is out and you can't get a reservation!“

“We went to Uncle Tony's very early, around 4:15pm and were seated very quickly. This was our first time at Uncle Tony's. The dining rooms were nice and quiet, clean and neat. The menu has a wide variety and prices are reasonable. There are plenty of Italian favorites: we ordered Uncle Tony's special which was Pasta with sauce featuring tiny shrimp and clams- delicious! We also ordered their Lasagna and it was the best we've ever had in Rhode Island (no kidding!). Their red sauce is so tasty! Not too sharp, and the lasagna filling is a nice mixture of beef with Italian sausage. Our server was excellent and very attentive without too much interaction. Whenever we are around route 44 (Johnston) at dinnertime - we will stop again! By the way, we recommend getting to Uncle Tony's early because they are really a popular place!“

Our family has food allergies and sensitivities and they have no problem accommodating our needs.
We have many memorable family get togethers that have included the food and staff from Lancellotta’s.
Their chicken soup is our # 1 go to when feeling under the weather. THE BEST AROUND!!!“

“Just did a wedding celebration there on Oct 5th, 2025. Have to make some comments. Facility was Immaculate. Staff was more 6 star than 5. Food was great, but since I was working the stage as DJ, I had mine to go. Packaged well. Large dance floor, and acoustics of the room worked very well. When you perform all over New England, you have to tell it like it is.“

“Excellent service, fresh calamari, and the tour of Italy was really good! I came here because it’s my daughter’s favorite restaurant. It certainly was not a disappointment. The Gnocchi was well made, fresh, and you can taste the herbs and spices. The linguini was a bit over cooked and perhaps underdressed with the creamy cheese it came with, but it was overall pleasant. The lasagna could have had a little more basil in it since it is made in an “Italian restaurant “ but it wasn’t bad, a bit bland.

What made up for it was the Parmesan cheese topping offered from my waiter. We got some to go baggies and enjoyed the rest of our meal. We were so stuffed that we did not have any desert. The cleanliness in the restaurant was superb, staff super friendly, I recommend eating here.“
