“all I can say is WOW! Im not easily impressed by any restaurant. Main Sail Kitchen blew me away! The mussels were the best I've ever had. I could eat them every day of my life (order extra bread to soak up the delicious sauce) thr shrimp is poached well and is the size of a lobster tail. I ordered a caprese sandwich but I have no idea how ill eat it! Deanna was my server and her recommendations were so on point. what a great addition to Main st eg!“

“We sat at the bar while we waited for our table and Megan made incredible drinks for all of us. The service was incredible with Gianna. We had the calamari to start which was wonderful. I had the scallops and risotto and the rest of my party was equally happy with everything they got. We will definitely be coming back.“

“I visited The Shanty with two of my best friends for brunch, and we were all incredibly impressed. The atmosphere was beautiful, with fresh flowers, charming table settings, and plenty of convenient parking. The menu offered an excellent selection of fresh brunch and lunch options to choose from! We were especially impressed by the variety of mocktails available - our cold brew mocktail was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect spot for a girls' day, and I would happily return again.“

“it's like cheers! but we miss the chicken marsala. the staff and other food is always 10/10 though. bring back the marsala lol
please bring back the chicken marsala! or at least for a special sometimes!
the duck wonton's or rangoon special = delicious (forgot the name)
crab crusted scrod special = A+
the fried green beans = please make these a regular item! they're so good and they're so easy! we always get them when they're on the specials menu“

“I met up with a family member here yesterday for lunch. We live in different states and this was the halfway point for us. JP was our server and he was just the best!! Very friendly and funny! The food and drinks were amazing and we loved the separate rooms for dining. We're looking forward to making this our regular meetup spot!“

“I went here for a baby shower which was held in the private dining area off to the right. The food and service was amazing and the atmosphere was warm and cozy with a trendy vibe. The sweet potato dumplings and berry waffles were out of this world. I loved the different options of food for brunch they served versus the standard breakfast and pastry items. The restaurant served everything family style and it seemed like the food would not stop coming.“

“atmosphere was cute... service great. food was subpar. paid $60 for a steak sandwich that looked & tasted like a TV dinner, appetizer that tasted like canned chicken soup, and fries that were definitely under the heater for too long“

“we have been there for their Breakfast, and Dinner. both were superb! the new owner greeted us upon sitting down , took the time to listen to us, and came back after our meal to make sure everything was good. No complaints here! 10 out of 10!!“

“Food is great. Full disclosure. My band plays there regularly. Even though we live 30 minutes away, we order ribs and burgers there when we want take-out. They definitely earned their awards and we get exactly what is expected on an order.“

“Thank God for Walt’s 💜 classic nostalgia. Delicious and the prices are more than fair. Singular and inimitable. Wish I could invest in them. The bun, the fries, the beef! Their other options like the thanksgiving sandwich or the grilled ham and cheese are also dependably delicious.“
