“Finally got around to trying out the new Barrington location and it was nothing short of amazing! We got there on a rainy Sat night - called ahead to see if they took reservations but were told no and that there should be no wait. We got there shortly after and were promptly seated and serviced. The new spot is def a few steps up from the old spot - updated, modern and airy. Meaghan was our waitress and was wonderful - as was all the staff. It was outstanding friendly service and efficient all at the same time. We started with the loaded tater tots and the octopus special. The octopus was cooked wonderfully and the tots were a fun appetizer to share - reminds me of my elementary school lunch if I was Richie Rich. But the spotlight goes to our entrees - I got the chicken parm with fresh rigatoni and the pink vodka sauce and he ordered veal parm with fresh bucatini and pink vodka sauce (how unoriginal ). Both were delicious! I love me a good vodka sauce and fresh pasta - my rigatoni was maybe 20 seconds short of being al dente but I'd prefer a tad harder vs soggy floppy pasta. The bucatini however was perfecto! The mister said it was one of the best veal parms he's ever had and that's a tall order to fill! All drinks were creative and tasty! And with how delicious dinner was, we had to get some dessert and they didn't disappoint! We were way too full and took the rest of dessert to go. With the nightmare that is the Washington Bridge debacle - this is a great place to support more locally, you won't be disappointed! No need to go to the Hill for some good Italian (they do serve up Portuguese fare as well) when we've got a great spot in our backyard! With apps, drinks, dinner and dessert - tax + tip was close to $200 but well worth every penny!“

“I love the moody lighting and music that plays at night! Each member of the staff was extremely personable and we loved talking to Ryudo & Anthony about the stunning drinks/food they made. Watching them make a hot cocktail on a cold night was incredible!What really made this an experience instead of an outing was all of the small details that were paid attention to. Like higher quality paper towels in the bathroom, coasters matching the type and color of drink, utilities having a matching aesthetic (from lamps to teapots!) and bartenders personalizing each drink (offering us little changes they think we would like more, without us having to ask just based on how we react to the previous drinks). It was all so personal, and I loved watching every single person get that experience. “We attended a Maison Ferrand cognac seminar & tasting the other night at Sapphire & it was such a fun & unique experience for us. The staff at Sapphire (Melissa, Marc, & Shiv), as well as the guest bartender (Vannaluck), went above & beyond to make the experience interactive & memorable. We were greeted immediately with a French 75 made with cognac - Did you know that the original French 75 called for cognac, as well as many other classic cocktails? No? Neither did I. The welcome aperitif was a great lil' treat to kick the night off with. We were given a mini charcuterie selection to keep us busy until the main event, which began about 20 minutes after we arrived. Vannaluck talked us through the history & characteristics of cognac. We were given 3 small pours of different cognacs to taste as well as a serendipitous, bonus mini pour at the end. Throughout the night, the kitchen sent out a variety of tapas that UTILIZED COGNAC. Cognac glaze, reduction, brine, etc. Fascinating! I went in knowing next to nothing about cognac & left with a decent understanding of the spirit. I've always wanted to do something like this, & Sapphire made it extremely accessible. It was also amazingly affordable. I'm really looking forward to more events like this one. Sign me up, please.“

The Buffalo mozzarella triangles are a must try! Even if you don't like heat, don't worry. they're made with a homemade Buffalo sauce that is light and creamy with a slight hint of spice! the breading has just a touch of fresh basil and they literally melt in you mouth. my boyfriend said the meatball sandwich may have been the best he ever had. I cannot recommend Grainsley's enough and I can't wait to see what culinary delight I enjoy on our next visit!“

For my entree I chose the Chicken & Waffles and was so delicious and aromatic with a sweet scent. For dessert, I decided to go savory and wanted to try the pretzels which are freshly made. Everything I tried here was the food experience I was hoping for fresh, quality, crafted. This was a 5-star experience with carefully curated menu offering a variety of dishes for all flavor palates. I enjoy restaurants that offer something unique compared to other local restaurants and Boundary really impressed me. I will definitely go back. “Best fried chicken I’ve had in Rhode Island. I’ve lived in the south for a number of years and this place gets it right. The Nashville Hot Chicken Bao Buns were our favorite.
