“Great place, we decided to give it a shot for lunch today and were blown away. I ordered a large steak bomb and it was one of the best I've ever had. The bread was toasted but the inside was nice and soft. They definitely use very fresh bread. I also tried the potato skins. These were not frozen, pre done potato skins. They were homemade and delicious. Crunchy on the outside and the inside was like mashed potatoes. They were excellent. I sampled the habanero hot sauce, which was also homemade. It was great, very spicy and hot but really flavorful. One of my co-workers had the chicken parm sandwich and said the sauce was amazing. He asked the staff if it was homemade, and they confirmed it was. My co-workers agreed, were going to add NK Chicago Pizza to our lunch rotation. Great place, and the staff was really friendly as well. Nice place.“

“The BLT was great, kinda too much mayonnaise but I enjoyed it. The Bacon was perfect. The wings were ok, I need something more spicy, the ranch was pretty thick, the place is very clean. I wish there were more TVs in there. All in all it was great, the service was the best by far.“

“First time trying Mae's. Was looking for a new place close to work. Cozy inside, food was good and service was great. Olivia was my server and she was pleasant and attentive. The bagels and other baked good looked delicious. Will definitely go back.“

“Very very good pizza with quality ingredients. Crispy and soft crust, no flop. Very charming with good mom n pop ambiance.Only downside was that it was very cold out and we went to dine in and the doors were WIDE open. They said we couldn’t close them so the entire dine-in area was freezing cold. Definitely took away from the experience. Pizza should be eaten fresh out of the oven.“

“OMG. So good. We had the Southwest salad and clam cakes and chowder. The salad was superb with romaine, tomatoes, corn, black beans, tortilla strips, and seasoned chicken. Tossed in an avacado poblamo dressing. It was fresh, quite large and fantastic. Definitely going back for it. The chowder was thick and creamy and full of clams and the clamcakes were awesome. “Our first time there. Wanted to be outside on probably the last nice day of the year on Saturday 10/28. Our server was great she was very attentive. Food was great we had the tuna tarta and bruschetta for apps and I had tuna tacos (was able to substitute the cilantro crema with chipotle aoli) and my wife had the lobster roll. All of the food was very good. We will definitely go back.“

“Love this place. Rare for me to say things like that. All the ingredients tasted fresh as if they were made in house. When you eat at a family restaurants there are little things in the details that would escape the casual corporate diner. The music, the decor, the staffing, the place oozes with authenticity. It feels like an authentic Mexican family restaurant. When you see the staff eating here you know its a good place. Honestly, nothing tasted like it "came from a jar or can" it tasted fresh and homemade...well, maybe the sourcream was from a jar (thank the Americanization for that spin). I had the vegetable burrito and my wife had the Spinach Quesadillas. She found hers a bit too cheese, good but too much cheese for her liking. I had a bite and thought it tasty and again freshly made. Some mayfind a strong cilantro taste in the seasoning but it shouldn't be a surprise, it's Mexican, cilantro is in everything. The service this night was friendly and super quick. It was like "I barely put my menu down" and our food arrived. Keep in mind this was a Monday night...probably the best night to avoid crowds and get quick service. It's a must try if you've never been. I hear there's one in Cranston too. “This is a favorite local place that we haven't been to in years but chose for a birthday celebration with dear friends. What a treat! The pizza is excellent: gorgeous crust, savory toppings, and just the right size to fill up at the restaurant but have some to bring home. I finally got to have their specialty dessert, which is a favorite of mine and which I haven't had in years: homemade butterscotch pudding. Trust me when I say it is to die for. The ambience is casual and comfortable, and the service from Cam (I think I heard his name right) was top notch. This place is a gem!“

“My family and I enjoyed a meal here a few nights ago. 4 Adults, 2 Kids, It was our first time to this restaurant. The service was above and beyond. Our waitress named Brec was very sweet and took great care of us. We asked Brec for some recommendations and she did an amazing job suggesting her personal favorite meal, a staff favorite and a special of the night. We ended up getting two of those recommendations, fish tacos and the local farm burger. Both lived up to the hype! Proportion sizes were nice and we ended up taking boxes home. Restaurant was busy but our seat in the dining area helped manage the noise.“

“delicious food, amazing service. very tiny on the inside and outside but huge flavors. never had real coffee milk before and it was so freakin good. very attentive staff, if it’s a full house then you’re probably going to be waiting 15 minutes for a table. definitely got stared at by other diners but that’s just me i think. the nook special omelette (for two) was MASSIVE with everything in it and definitely worth it.“
