“Been patronizing Angelo's for years (years & years) - it's my 'Go To' place in Providence for Italian. There are plenty of good Italian Restaurants but Angelo's treats you like family . My favorte server is Thera - always smiling - always friendly - and always flying around the resturant making sure everyone is happy. My recommendation - ask for her :-)“

“Great atmosphere! And Christine our server was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. She checked on us consistently- thanks! I only got pics of our appetizers as we were hungry and chowed on our mani courses. Started with a 1930 DAQ, Wawtuhmelon and a Vino Rosso Gaio - all drinks were tasty! We started with the Truffle fries and the Crispy Duck Meatballs- oh my both were great! The flavor in the Duck meatballs was amazing! The sweet chili glaze just hits it out of the park! On to dinner I ordered the Steak Frites - excellent flavor and cooked perfect! Wife ordered the Chicken Picatta - very tasty with a great lemon flavor! Daughter ordered the Pink Vodka - also really flavorful with interesting noodles I had not had before. Thank you for a great experience- we shall be back! Thanks Chef Max!“

“One of my favorite restaurants on “The Hill”. The dining experience at Massimo is always a 5 star experience. Yesterday afternoon we had Janelle as our server and she was superb- it made it a 5 star PLUS visit. Blood orange Cosmos, eggplant appetizer, chicken parm, pistachio cannoli, tiramisu- all excellent. “We stopped here before a concert at Xfinity. Really some of the best food I’ve ever had! We had the margherita pizza, crispy eggplant—so good we got another order—and the bruschetta. It was all so fresh and so good. I would love to try a full dinner from there! If I lived closer I would be there all the time! I will def go back next time I’m in the area. “Bellavista Restaurant has such a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The service was absolutely impeccable, from the owners personally coming to our table to greet us, to the friendly waitress and skilled bartender who made sure everything was perfect. Everyone was kind and attentive, especially our waitress who was so patient with the children and made the experience even more enjoyable.

The food was delicious with generous portions, and every dish was full of flavor. Our favorites were the Chicken Marsala and the Grilled Chicken Alfredo — both were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The drinks were also very good and complemented the meal perfectly.

“I’ve been here a few times for lunch, and it never disappoints. Most of the time I order the chicken parm sandwich and fries. It’s always been good, every time I’ve ordered it.
They have a pretty extensive menu of Italian-American style food. A lot of pasta, sandwiches, pizza, etc. I’d never tried the pasta, but we’ve ordered pizza before, and it’s pretty good.
Whatever I’ve ever ordered from here, no matter what, it always comes out piping-hot, which is great.
The chicken parm sandwich was no exception, the super crispy chicken cutlet was crispy on the outside, and tender and flavorful inside. It held up very well to the lava hot marinara sauce it was covered with, and the mozzarella cheese-pull was the best. This place is definitely in my rotation of chicken parm sandwich spots.
The inside of the restaurant has weird decor. I guess it’s supposed to look like somebody’s grandmothers living room. I guess it does sort of. There’s a bunch of random old photos and items on the wall that makes it look dated.
The food is usually really good though, and I will definitely be back for more chicken parms.“

“My husband and I went for the first time on Saturday and sat at the bar. We ordered apps and cocktails and of course oysters. Best oysters in RI by far believe it or not. Drinks were ok but food fabulous! Would have given 5 stars if not for the bartender. She focused solely on my husband the entire time even gave him a free drink. It was very obvious and blatant disrespect to me. My husband even commented on feeling uncomfortable. As a former bartender the general rule is to pay more attention to the wife than the husband out of respect but also because most often the wife is writing the tip. We will for sure be going back but will sit at a table and maybe only order sparkling water.“

“Been going there at least once a month on Saturdays because there is a waitress named Patty. Been to many restaurants and Patty is the absolute best. Food is very good..not exactly pure Italian, but will make you come back.
The interior is small..I would guess, 15 tables.

“What do I recommend….Absolutely everything ! This is the Italian restaurant experience everyone should have. You’re treated like family. The food is absolutely delicious. Every dish that came to our table looked and tasted like the main ingredient is love. If you are fortunate enough to go when Mama’s stuffed squash flowers are on the specials menu, you better try them. Isabella our waitress was absolutely amazing. Bthrnfreah baked bread was worth waiting for n our server was prompt and checked in enough to show he was there for our needs. We weren't expecting much when we say the outside.
