“I can’t believe it took us so long to dine here. This is hands down the best food I’ve had in a very long time. Ambiance 10/10, service 10/10 and food 100/10. The street corn ravioli was out of this world. I also tried the peach & prosciutto bruschetta which was savory & sweet and just sooo good. I kept seeing this Bloody Mary type of cocktail going out so I had to order one. This drink was AMAZING. It was called “Caprese my name” which consisted of vodka, basil, tomato and get this…pasta water! Serve in a martini glass with a little mozzarella ball garnish. The most delicious drink I’ve ever had. This place is amazing and I highly recommend it if you’re in town!!!“

The food, the scratch made fettuccine was perfectly cooked and coated with the hearty bolognese full of flavor, the eggplant app was mouthwatering and the Gorgonzola dip w/ garlic bread was incredible- they should bottle the stuff! The atmosphere was inviting and full of locals who were eager to share their recommendations! 10/10 will be back!“

Kid friendly, great bar, entertainment… we were a party of six at 6 pm on a Saturday night and seated immediately. I cannot say enough good things about this place.“

“The piadina are amazing along with the homemade pasta and prepared items. The Portsmouth store is much easier to access than Middletown (parking) and the staff are great. I would give 5 stars if they were open til at least 5:30pm weeknights. It’s hard to get there by 5pm and I imagine they lose quite a bit of business from those of us wanting to grab dinner on the way home from work.“

“DoorDashed buffalo chicken calzone from here! All I can say is WORD! So delicious! The calzone crust is incredibly soft and crunchy! Get yourself extra blue Cheese dressing and a stick or three of celery, this is medium to almost spicy, perfect balance!
Unfortunately when I called to compliment on the food, the gentleman who answered was unable to understand what I was saying, (language barrier). Nevertheless I will be recommending and ordering again. Thank you!“

“Kingston Pizza sits on Boston Neck Road in Narragansett, literally its own small, blue house on the side of the road. Everything else about the place is equally straightforward and literal..
Corrugated metal fronting, chalkboard menus hanging above, a Good Humor ice cream freezer by the door. Drop ceiling with skylights, laminate flooring. Three round stools bolted to the floor at the counter. Behind the counter you can see the deck ovens, stacks of pizza boxes, decorative and some food oriented mascots on the walls. There are booths and tables around the dining area as well as the stools for you to enjoy your dine in choices.
This is a local chain. The Boston Neck Road spot services Bonnet Shores and the surrounding area. As part of the RI FOOD FIGHTS Lord of the Pies event, we went with a Margherita pie.
The pizza came out on a metal tray, about twelve inches across. Firm crust with a golden rim, good color on it. Fresh basil scattered on top, still bright green. Sliced tomatoes visible along with pools of fresh mozzarella. The cheese had proper browning, some spots darker than others where the mozzarella got direct heat.
First bite: crunchy. The crust had real structure to it, snapped when you bit through. This came from a deck oven running hot enough to give the dough some backbone without drying it out.
The tomatoes on top gave a fresh flavor separate from the cooked sauce underneath. Two different tomato experiences. The sauce itself had body, not watery, even coverage across the base. The fresh mozzarella was cooked perfectly, enough browning to develop flavor without getting rubbery.
The basil stayed vibrant because it went on after cooking. Smart move. Keeps the herb flavor bright and aromatic instead of turning it dark and bitter.
New ownership brought in a new, more artisan approach. Fresh dough, fresh vegetables, real attention to technique. You can see it in the finished product. Someone's putting thought into this food.
The interior is basic but clean. Nothing fancy, just functional. You can eat in at the booths and tables or grab takeout. Most people seemed to be doing takeout when we were there.
This is solid neighborhood pizza elevated by better ingredients and better technique. The golden crust delivers. The fresh toppings taste right. Everything works. If you haven't been here since the new owners, it's worth a try.“

Our varsity team was playing nearby at St. George’s Arena, and she was incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive while taking our order. We placed a very large order, and everything was handled perfectly. The food was delivered exactly at the time we requested, and every item was clearly labeled just as we asked, which was especially important because of food allergies on the team. That level of care and attention really meant a lot to us. We would absolutely call Nikolas Pizza again when we’re in the area and highly recommend them—especially if you’re working with a big group.
