“friends took us here for a special treat. we had never been before. I had the ribs and they were delicious. my husband had the meatloaf he said it was good. However, next time he would ask for the sauce on the side. It was a little to sweet for him. Our friends had salad that looked great. we will definitely be back to try those. the herb butter for the bread was great.
we had the oreo dessert it was very good. only issue is the shell is to hard to break with the spoon they provide. it was definitely big enough to share.”

“We sat at the bar to eat. you definitely need reservations if you want a table. The food was delicious. We will definitely be adding this place on our list of places to go. Kaylee was our server at the bar. She did an amazing job. We got the pig &fig salad to share. the kitchen divided it in half for us which was a added bonus. Their salads are all huge and can be shared. The pig &fig salad was fresh and very tasty. I would have liked a little more parmesan.
We ordered the muffeletta pizza. they just added it to the menu yesterday. they used the mortadella for the base. it was unique and very tasty. I hope they keep it on the menu.
They offer you a sesame bread with oil and vinegar while you are waiting. you can really taste the sesame which is good.
we will definitely be back and tell our friends.”

“Lobster roll is definitely a go for to eat. Was not a huge fan of the loaded potatoes as it was very plain ( mostly tasted like bacon and cheese ). The service was good and quick but the restaurant is very small and hard to get a seat to eat indoor. You are better off getting your food and eating in the parking lot.

Parking: The parking lot is very packed and may be hard to find a spot. There may be a chance you will have to drive around a couple of times.”

“First time trying a sandwich from Alvin Ord’s!! Amazing!!! I would post a pic of my sandwich but! I devour it🤭 the salvation (I think that’s what’s called) was absolutely delicious!! Definitely going back.”

“Alljoy Donut Co is a hidden gem. The little shop is quaint and the staff was so friendly. The variety of donut flavors was surprising. I highly recommend getting a few to share. My family’s favorites were the classic glazed and glazed with chocolate icing. I’d much rather support this hidden gem than a chain donut shop.”

“We really enjoyed our meal and experience, but it wasn't at the standard we were expecting. Two steaks came out medium when they were ordered medium rare. They quickly brought out new, but it kind of ruined the experience while half the table ate and the other half waited. They were very apologetic and made everything right. I just would have expected better from a place like this. Regardless, we still had a good time and the food was good but hoped for better.”

“We visited Hilton Head/Bluffton/Beaufort area for a few days from New York City and had a list of places to go. Unfortunately we didn’t make it to all but we did stop by Red Stripes and babyyyy, we were glad we did!! The food was absolutely delicious and totally unexpected. Jamaican cuisine is not something every one can do, native or not, but the owner and the chefs at the Bluffton location exactly what they’re doing. The food, drinks, and service was impeccable. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!”

“Stopped in for lunch and had an awesome meal at the bar! To start, Grant was great at explaining the menu and recommending a few things. The lobster roll was wonderful, stuffed with plenty of fresh buttery lobster. The kitchen split it for us so my picture is half of a portion.

All the sushi was really innovative and interesting as well! The sushi chef has great talent at making sushi, each roll came out perfectly formed, and the flavor combinations were all fantastic. The Sunny Roll and the Hokkaido scallop rolls were particularly delicious.

Definitely want to come try more!”

“Great option for convenient and delicious meals while staying at the Montage Palmetto Bluff or anywhere in the surrounding villages. Breakfast is very creative, dinner has one of the best Torro cuts of sashimi tuna anywhere.

Kid-friendliness: The food options include many dishes appealing to children. My daughter has loved this place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from 8 years old to 13 years old so far.”

“I had an amazing dinner experience for taco Tuesday recently all of the food and drinks were excellent and the service was some of the best I’ve had in the area in a long time. It was my first time at the Bluffton location so I didn’t know what to expect and was blown away. I love the Hilton head location can’t come back to enjoy taco Tuesday in Bluffton.”

“What a find! I think we have been to almost all the restaurants in old town and can't believe we missed this one. We started with their house drink the colonel and key lime martini. I was a Little hesitant of the colonel due to the April but the honeysuckle vodka sucked me in. I'm so glad it it did, refreshing and not overly sweet, one of the best drinks I've had. Key lime martini was simple, but equally as satisfying. We had an an appetizer of andouille sausage, pimento cheese, pickles, mustard and crusty bread- delicious! For dinner my husband had the double stack burger- cooked to temp, juicy and satisfying on a brioche with a side of house potatoes. I had the fried chicken sandwich with house made chips. The chicken was fried to perfection, not greasy. It was dressed with cheese, slaw and bbq. We did not have room for dessert, but they have a great assortment. Another great Blufton establishment to add to the rotation.”

He gave us a discount on our bill for the wait even though he was the only one whoever mentioned it! Recommend stopping in for the food, drinks and vibe. We were driving through looking for a quick bite and a break. This is clearly a local favorite, the staff knew many of the patrons by name. Definitely 5 stars.

Their eggrolls are stuffed full of chinese goodness. The meifun is the right ratio of meat, veggies, and noodles. And the family is so nice. Please support this local business. The only problem i've ever seen here is that a lot of the customers need to learn how to tip properly! Parking: The parking spots are usually full, and "overflow" parking's available relatively close. The issue i have is that everytime i visit this location, i see a person parked in a handicapped spot that can walk in with no issues........or a family member of a handicapped individual uses their vehicle to park up front. The spots are there for people who actually need them!”

“We are always greeted with a warm smile. My favorite is the steak and egg and my wife's varies. The coffee is always hot and plenty of cold drinks. Yes, it is biker friendly. There's also outside seating. Service is decently fast (just remember your number). You will never leave hungry. Oh ! Try the soup. Always delicious.”

“The three of us wanted to like this place because it's right next door to the hotel. So much so that after our first bad experience we decided to go back and give it another try! Ultimately, we decided it's just "meh". The servers and staff were great, but that's not the only thing we go to a restaurant for. If you just want a beer or a glass of wine it's perfect. If you want a mixed cocktail or anything off the menu ... just push onto the next place, it's bound to be better.”
