“Went through the drive thru ordered a#7 and a #9. They forgot my hash brown. Seriously. And it wasn't that busy. Corporate gave me Case 36350449 and said they would be contacting you to take care of this. I will be interested in your response. They came through on their promise and I am content“

“I have been to this restaurant several times. You can place your order at the kiosk or with a cashier. The kiosk makes it easy to order and you can have it brought to your table or have your order to go. Each time the order was correct and the staff was very friendly. The place is very clean and is run very well like a well oiled machine. Would definitely make a return visit.“

“Went at 9:00 on a Friday, went inside and ordered to go through the kiosk. Got my drinks first, one was a sweet tea that the guy didn’t fill all the way. I asked a girl worker if she could put more and she understood and put more. I appreciate things like that, the food was perfect. I’m glad to say Mcdonald’s did me perfect“

“Dasha was very patient with me while she was taking my order I couldn’t decide on what I wanted and she gave me some really good options even asked about the Refreshers that I have been wanting to try. She recommended the blueberry sprite and the strawberry refresher and I tried them both and I love it. Thanks Dasha for my making my order easier and faster. I will be back❤“

“Food was good, but giving the fact it was breakfast but they was not busy inside or the drive through... didn't receive a straw with my ice coffee asked 3 times before having to actually raise my voice and step up to actually get her attention...but other than that experience was good.“

“I went to McDonalds for the first time in years and I was pleasantly greeted by a young man who took my order. Unfortunately I did not catch his name but this was @ 10:49pm on 6/14 and he was serving me my ice cream at the first serving window. I asked for extra oreo which he Absolutely delivered. I am so so happy with my experience and someone get this man a raise!“

“Brought my son here for a kids meal and the new Mario toys. This location is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and attentive as well. SO much better than the other location in Greer on Wade Hampton close to Target. I appreciate this location and their nice staff.“

“I stopped in this morning for a frappe, but unfortunately the frappe machine was down. I was pretty disappointed at first, but Misty completely turned my experience around. She took the time to recommend and customize an iced coffee exactly the way I liked it, and her positive attitude never changed. She was patient, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Great customer service like hers is hard to find, and it definitely deserves recognition. Thank you, Misty, for making my morning so much better!“

“While I'm not a fan of McDonald's, I went here for the boo buckets for the kids. Sadly, they didn't have them, but the kids enjoyed their happy meals. I gave a 4 star for service because the kids meal boxes were not closed. Not sure if this is actually common practice, but I thought it took away the novelty of it.“

“Well their doors are locked at 930am again. And forget getting straws, napkins, or anything like that bc they are locked up and you have to beg for them. These new owners are horrible people as i have witnessed them talking to their employees like dogs. Someone at corporate needs involved“
