“I just happened to be on this side of town and stopped by this store. The associate that took the order through drive-thru to the one that worked the second window was great experience. I was greeted with a hello and a smile. The order was prepared as I requested and it was hot and fresh. Kudos to the management team for the training the did with their staff. I will stop by every time I'm in the area.“
“Probably THE worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Customer service is nonexistent at this location. 1 manager, 20 kids all doing nothing while 2 young men did all the work. Manager was preparing burgers with no gloves, playing with their hair then handling food. Nasty attitude when you ask what the hold up is. Look at you like they are doing you a favor🤷♂️. I see why your prices are so high. You pay 20 people to work when only 2 are actually working. McDonald's is a dying company imo. Lack of service, bad attitude and long wait times and crappy employees ....“
“Food was good, but giving the fact it was breakfast but they was not busy inside or the drive through... didn't receive a straw with my ice coffee asked 3 times before having to actually raise my voice and step up to actually get her attention...but other than that experience was good.“
“I worked here in 2021. First time ever working for the corporation but it was an experience I'll never forget. I had no idea just how busy McDonald's really is and it non stop! What I liked about working here was there was never a dull moment. You're constantly meeting and greeting new people. There is opportunity to learn and advance is youre interested and motivated. I loved my employee meal as I was able to receive every shift I worked. Drinks are unlimited to employees so I got silly off of HI-C alot! ? The sprite is a must! I want to specifically let JOEY & DANIELLE know you two were probably the best two people I've ever worked for and with. All around hands down the best management I've ever encountered and supervisory from Danielle. Joey is outstanding & is probably one of the most professional, nicest, hardworking persons I've encountered and Danielle is always positive and outgoing. She really made me enjoy working there with her. Derrick was a delight to work with as well! Just wanted to come through and give you 5 stars for being the first and best McDonald's I've been employed at and have eaten at. I still come eat here alot. Now I do wanna pinpoint and this is just for safety be careful coming in and out of the entrance across from Walmart and that stop light. It's a dangerous ?️ road and accidents can be frequent. The entrance needs to be a little more safe because you have people trying to cut in line from two directions with no advisory so it can be a little traffic halt right there in the road. Otherwise it's a great place. Love sweet T “
“Went at 9:00 on a Friday, went inside and ordered to go through the kiosk. Got my drinks first, one was a sweet tea that the guy didn’t fill all the way. I asked a girl worker if she could put more and she understood and put more. I appreciate things like that, the food was perfect. I’m glad to say Mcdonald’s did me perfect“
“Brought my son here for a kids meal and the new Mario toys. This location is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and attentive as well. SO much better than the other location in Greer on Wade Hampton close to Target. I appreciate this location and their nice staff.“
“The cashier who took the large group order on 7/17 around 5:50 was phenomenal. I wish I could remember her name but excellent customer service, she did bot complain and she got it all right. Her along with the entire kitchen/ cook staff was amazing. Thank you!“
“While I'm not a fan of McDonald's, I went here for the boo buckets for the kids. Sadly, they didn't have them, but the kids enjoyed their happy meals. I gave a 4 star for service because the kids meal boxes were not closed. Not sure if this is actually common practice, but I thought it took away the novelty of it.“
“Surprisingly solid visit to this McDonald’s! My order was hot, fresh, and came out fast—even during the lunch rush. Fries were perfectly crispy, and the McChicken hit the spot. Staff was friendly and kept things moving. The dining area was clean, and the soda machine had everything stocked. Definitely one of the better-run McDonald’s I’ve been to. Will be back when I need that fries-and-nuggets fix!“
“Well their doors are locked at 930am again. And forget getting straws, napkins, or anything like that bc they are locked up and you have to beg for them. These new owners are horrible people as i have witnessed them talking to their employees like dogs. Someone at corporate needs involved“
