“Ordered a Chicken wrap and large Italian! Got home and had received a Chicken BBQ sandwich! Went back with both orders as the Italian was so soggy on the bottom! Did get the wrap but they did nothing about the soggy bread Italian! Go here often and this experience is not typical of Firehouse!“

“We went to Luzianna Purchase's 2nd evening, 5 course dinner and it was fabulous! Each course had a wine pared with it that made it very elegant. Thomas and Mary Katherine explained each course and where the ingredients came from. The atmosphere was warm and personal; we entered as strangers and left with new friends.“

“I have eaten here a few times. The chicken salad is great! The croissant each time is a bit dry. I switched to their wheat bread, which was better. The quality of their chicken salad is amazing. So flavorful! The lettuce and tomato are fresh. The cute little cookie you get just ordering a sandwich was a nice treat! I’ve tried the broccoli cheddar soup, that is very cheesy and tasty. The pasta salad was kind of bland and a super small portion but that’s ok. They have lots of options to figure out what you like. The price is not bad if you just do the sandwich, less than $10. My favorite is the Kickin’ Kay Lynne. The sriracha is a nice touch! The cranberry Kelly is good too! That one reminds me of cape cod chicken salad like back home. This place is always packed but the staff is always nice and get you in and out pretty quickly. My new favorite lunch spot!“

“Visited today, 5:55pm, Walked in the door, two girls working, neither greeted me, said hello or anything. After I decided what I wanted, one of them finally asked what I wanted. Ordered my sandwich and said that I would be getting chips and a drink. She told me that they didn't have fountain drinks only bottles. I asked if I could just get 2 chips and no drinks as I don't care for Pepsi products, "Nope, I'll have to charge you for extra chips".....okay, I'll just get the drink. "Your total is $13.01".....Sorry, I don't have a penny....no problem, $1.99 changed returned. Then, no, "Thank You", no, "Have a nice evening, have a good night, come back to see, hope you enjoy"......the sandwich was outstanding, and the service was great....the personalities, sucked. It was my 1st visit, I'll give it another shot, but if the same 2 girls are in there........nope, I'll go to Steve's, Sub Station or Grouchos.........“

Today I had my usual nacho basket, for some reason the jalapeños are now dumped on top of the chips, I suppose for presentation. problem is that the juice makes the chips soggy. this might seem petty but there's nothing worse than soggy chips. also the cheese sauce was brown and clumpy, like it was old. this was my first bad meal. please go back to the peppers in a cup and a nice fresh creamy cheese sauce. thanks!“

Outstanding Service and Delicious Dinner!

I stopped by the Chicken Salad Chick at the Harbison location and ordered the cranberry/almond chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The croissant was soft and buttery, and the broccoli salad had just the right crunch and tang.

What really impressed me was the staff’s professionalism. The register went down while I was waiting to pay, and even after trying to resolve the issue for 10 minutes, it still wasn’t working. Without hesitation, they offered my meal for free and sincerely apologized for the wait. I left with great food and an even greater appreciation for their customer service. I’ll definitely be back!“

However, every now and then, my husband and I have received our sandwich on wheat bread slices that were drying out due to being exposed to air. The bread container was not properly closed, which would protect the bread, keeping it fresh. This place has amazing deals, making it very affordable.“

She even had her little nephew, Kingston, in with her. They have excellent customer service and always prepare the sandwiches fairly quickly, and I’ve visited this shop many instances in the past few months. “I live in Charlotte, but whenever I am near Columbia I stop at Roly Poly for a wrap!My favorite regular menu item is the Huevos Rancheors (‘egg roly’). My all time favorite menu item is the #9 Thanksgiving roly (this year I made a special trip to get this sandwich while it was available in November). The food is always fresh, and seasoned with a unique combination of spices, sauces and dips. And somehow, despite being so large and so delicious, the rolys are only a few hundred calories each.The shop is run by a kind gentleman named Dave, who always takes time to welcome and talk with customers. I highly recommend Roly Poly and am already thinking about my next trip there!“
